管道腐蚀超声波内检测具有数据量大、干扰多的特点,其自动测厚算法要求适应性强,但各类超声波检测数据处理算法用于管道内检测自动测厚时存在误判率高、精度较低、耗时长等缺点。针对此问题,本文首先提出了基于两步法的一次FFT自动测厚算法;对其存在的误判率高的问题,提出了二次FFT自动测厚算法;对二次FFT算法精度降低的问题,提出了改进的二次FFT自动测厚算法。理论分析和各类实验证明,该算法具有一次FFT自动测厚算法精度高和二次FFT自动测厚算法误判率低的特点,较好地实现了管道腐蚀壁厚自动测量。  相似文献

通过对注塑模充模过程中熔接痕形成机理的数学分析,给出了一个结合流动模拟数值实现过程的熔接痕自动识别算法,结合计算机图形学知识,利用计算机自动实现了注塑成型中熔接痕的起始、发展和形成。该算法可预测复杂制件的熔接痕位置,并适用于气体辅助注射成型和反应注射成型。最后通过一个算例验证了该算法的实用性。  相似文献

由重庆福信强橡塑制品有限公司申请的专利(公开号CN106346736A,公开日期2017-01—25)“带自动收卷功能的车窗玻璃密封橡胶条生产线”,涉及的密封条生产线包括挤出机、微波硫化机、表面喷涂机、热风硫化机、冷却装置、牵引机、废气处理装置以及自动收卷机构。其中微波硫化机和热风硫化机均设有自动灭火装置,能通过烟雾传感器检测微波硫化机和热风硫化机机壳内的烟雾浓度,当烟雾浓度达到设定值时表示出现橡胶条燃烧事故,第一控制器便立即控制第一水泵工作,通过高压喷头向机壳内喷水,实现快速自动灭火,生产安全性更高。该生产线实现了胶条的自动收卷,胶条收卷工作效率提高。  相似文献

This Paper describes instrumental techniques for the rapid determination of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen and sulphur. Two Perkin-Elmer Model 240 elemental micro-analysers were used, one for the direct determination of oxygen and the other for the simultaneous analysis for carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen. The Leco Automatic Sulphur Titrator was used for the sulphur assay. Accuracy and repeatability similar to that obtained by the classical methods described in the relevant British Standards were found, and data are presented to illustrate the comparison. Special aspects of developed procedures are emphasized which are essential for the attainment of good precision and accuracy.  相似文献

The precision of a standardized detergency test based on the use of a Tergotometer and U.S. Test Cloth was found at a concentration of 0.4 and 0.5%. At these concentrations, the standard deviation was 0.56% soil removal units, and precision at a 95% confidence limit was±1.12% soil removal units. The detergency of some built spray-dried detergents was examined by this method and found to differ significantly, though chemical compositions were identical. Gas chromatographic analysis of the alkylbenzenes obtained by desulfonation of the alkylbenzene sulfonates indicated small structural variations which correlated with the observed variations in the detergency. In two papers, the concept and the performances of a new continuous intensified reactor named RAPTOR® (French acronym for Reactor with Polyvalent Rectilinear Stirred Reactor with Optimised Transfer) are presented.Based on flow, heat and mass transfer characterisations and real hydrogenation experiments, Paper I presented a simple analytical model based on characteristic times that enables to explain the intensified performances compared with a semi-batch stirred reactor and to generalise the operability, rapidity and the flexibility of this minireactor. In Paper II (this article), the model is used to evaluate in a comparative study the eco-efficiency and the techno-economical advantages of a continuous process involving a RAPTOR® versus a classical batch process equipped with a stirred reactor. Economical, environmental aspects are considered as well as productivity, safety and process control.  相似文献

Proper estimation of pore size distribution (PSD) for various solid adsorbents is essential for efficient characterization of such materials. PSD determination is inherently an ill-posed problem which can be solved by resorting to Tikhonov regularization technique. Automatic selection of the optimal regularization level is crucial for efficient extraction of PSD from experimental adsorption or condensation isotherms. A detailed comparison of Leave One Out Cross Validation, L-curve, U-curve and modified L-curve criteria are presented using several real adsorption and condensation case studies. A modified U-curve criterion is also proposed and its superior performances are thoroughly validated. The new method employs a relatively simple minimization procedure, which is much easier than quite complex and tedious procedures used by conventional methods to compute their internal optimum parameters. Other practical issues, such as efficient computation of L-corner have been received proper attention in this article and a simple algorithm is presented for this purpose.  相似文献

Two compounds recently isolated from the defensive gland ofNecrodes surinamensis, -and -necrodol, first representatives of a new category of monoterpenes (the necrodanes), are shown to be repellent to ants and other insects and irritating to cockroaches and flies. The compounds doubtless play a defensive role inNecrodes. A new algorithm, called convex constraint analysis, has beendeveloped to deduce the chiral contribution of the common secondarystructures directly from experimental CD curves of a large numberof proteins. The analysis is based on CD data reported by YangJ.T., Wu,C.-S.C. and Martinez,H.M. [Methods Enzymol., 130, 208–269(1986)]. Application of the decomposition algorithm for simulatedprotein data sets resulted in component spectra [B(, i)] identicalto the originals and weights [C(i, k)] with excellent Pearsoncorrelation coefficients (R) [Chang,C.T., Wu,C.-S.C. and Yang,J.T.(1978) Anal. Biochem., 91,12–31]. Test runs were performedon sets of simulated protein spectra created by the Monte Carlotechnique using poly-L-lysine-based pure component spectra.The significant correlational coefficients (R >0.9) demonstratedthe high power of the algorithm. The algorithm, applied to globularprotein data, independent of X-ray data, revealed that the CDspectrum of a given protein is composed of at least four independentsources of chirality. Three of the computed component curvesshow remarkable resemblance to the CD spectra of known proteinsecondary structures. This approach yields a significant improvementin secondary structural evaluations when compared with previousmethods, as compared with X-ray data, and yields a realisticset of pure component spectra. The new method is a useful toolnot only in analyzing CD spectra of globular proteins but alsohas the potential for the analysis of integral membrane proteins.  相似文献
