对45号钢抽油泵泵筒进行表面淬火、表面化学处理和表面涂敷处理后进行的耐磨试验表明,硼铬复合渗是提高泵筒耐磨性的最佳处理工艺,其余依次为双相渗硼、单相渗硼、镀硬铬、38CrMoAl离子氮化和淬火+回火。在滑动摩擦条件下,45号钢渗硼的耐磨性比渗碳的耐磨性高3 ̄5倍,比碳氮共渗高0.5 ̄2倍。比淬火+低温回火高3倍,比渗氮高6倍。渗硼层在800℃以内有良好的抗氧化性能。 相似文献
