针对U型夹套封口锥的结构特点,采用我国现行标准《机械搅拌设备》(HG20569-94)及《钢制压力容器》(GB150-98)对其强度进行了计算和分析比较,结果表明,封口锥的壁厚往往大于夹套壁厚,用夹套壁厚代替封口锥壁厚是不安全的,同时也发现,《机械搅拌设备》的计算结果偏大。  相似文献

根据原有70 m3PVC聚合釜的冷模与热模传热性能和搅拌性能测试和分析,提出了新型全流通半圆管夹套结构。夹套的传热面积增加14 m2。通过现场传热测试,在保证聚合釜容积不变的条件下,单釜的生产能力可提高30%以上。新开发的100 m3全流通内夹套PVC聚合釜是适应于PVC悬浮法生产工艺的设备,通过对其结构特点、有限元应力分析、传热分析、搅拌模拟试验、流场分析等研究,开发了拥有自主知识产权的大型聚合釜。  相似文献

A model based on the theory of Markov chains has been developed to represent the residence time distribution (RTD) of municipal sewage sludge in a continuous paddle dryer. The flow of dry solids is described by a chain of n perfectly mixed cells, n corresponding to the number of paddles attached to the shaft. The transition probabilities between the cells are governed by two parameters: the parameter of internal recirculation, R, and the solids hold-up, Hu. In the absence of available correlation, both parameters are identified by fitting the model to experimental RTD data. The model demonstrates its ability to describe the sludge flow in a continuous lab-scale paddle dryer. A sensitivity analysis highlights that R is critical for the treatment uniformity while Hu controls the mean residence time and thus the final moisture content.  相似文献

基于Fluent平台,采用多重参考坐标法(MRF),以2#通用锂基润滑脂为工作介质,对桨框组合式双向搅拌脂釜内流场进行数值模拟。考察应用内外双向搅拌方式以及变形折叶桨时,制脂釜内宏观流场的分布特点,分析了折叶角θ、桨间距l和搅拌转速ω等参数的变化对流场的影响。结果表明,双向搅拌和变形折叶桨明显改善了物料流动状况;折叶角θ取45°时产生的流场分布较22°、60°更优;当桨间距l在(0.16~0.24)D范围内取值对流动特性和搅拌功率影响不大;内桨搅拌ωi转速高于200r/min后,提高转速无益于流场改善。  相似文献

A quasi-one dimensional model taking into account hindered drying beyond the critical tmisture content and droplet size distribution is used to scale-up nozzle tower type of a spray dryer with uniformly distributed air entry, based on pilot plant data. A pilot plant with 8 m high and 1.7 m diameter spray dryer is used to collect the drying data. Equilibrium and critical mistwe contents of the particles are also experimentally msured. The index of drying rate in the hindered drying period is calculated frun the pilot plant data. This index is used in the M e 1 to determine the drying capacity and thereby the mixinnnn particle size that can be produced ina 3.5 m dimoeter 12 m high nozzle t- type of spray dryer. Experiments are carried out in this spray dryer to verify the calculated values of the spray drying capacity. It is s h m that the model when used along with the pilot plant data is adequate for scale-up calaculations for nozzle taer type of spray dryers.  相似文献

Continuous powder mixers offer a viable alternative to batch processes, but have received very little attention in scientific literature and in the industrial world. Mixer design is still very empirical and is not based on assessed methodologies. In this paper, we report experiments that aimed to compare two very different types of stirrers for a pilot-scale continuous powder mixer, and for two types of mixtures: a model mixture and a real pharmaceutical mixture. The first stirrer A is of the frame type with inclined paddles and internal transporting screw, the other stirrer B is of the shaft type with paddles mounted on it. Results are first presented from the viewpoint of bulk powder flow by hold-up determination and correlation with operating conditions. General relationships are derived which show that the mobile B leads to higher hold-ups, which may be an important drawback. The study of mixture homogeneity globally confirms these findings, especially in a dense phase flow regime. In the fluidised regime, where the stirrer B can be used, attention is drawn to the negative effect of excessive rotational speeds on the quality of the mixtures.  相似文献
