2020年春节假期与新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期叠加,线下消费锐减,居民对于数字经济消费的依赖倍增。短期来看,线上文娱产业迎来爆发式增长,出行相关OTA(在线旅游预订商)消费平台面临短暂的消费空窗期,电商平台为化解疫情期间对消费的冲击提供了缓冲空间,线上协同办公、远程诊疗、网络教育等对传统线下模式进行大规模替代。长期来看,经历疫情磨砺的数字经济消费各环节协同和响应能力将得到提升,线上协同模式将更成熟,资源将不断累积,消费者数字经济消费习惯将进一步巩固,利好数字经济消费未来发展。  相似文献

2020年春节期间,新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情迅速向全国蔓延,对经济发展、社会生产带来较大冲击。数字经济投资因其在短期内拉动经济增长效果明显,对国民经济发展发挥着关键作用。短期来看,疫情对数字经济整体投资规模、产业数字化转型投资、民间投资、外商直接投资等会造成一定冲击。长期来看,疫情对数字经济投资的冲击不具有可持续性,一旦疫情得到控制,数字经济投资规模将持续扩张,数字经济新模式新业态、产业数字化转型、数字化治理将成为投资的热点领域。为此,政府应充分发挥财政作用,帮助受疫情影响较大企业渡过难关,长远来看,要加强数字经济投资引导,激活数字经济民间投资,优化数字经济投资环境。  相似文献

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) coronavirus is a new strain of coronavirus that had not been previously detected in humans. As its severe pathogenicity is concerned, it is important to study it thoroughly to aid in the discovery of a cure. In this study, the microRNAs (miRNAs) of COVID-19 were annotated to provide a powerful tool for the study of this novel coronavirus. We obtained 16 novel coronavirus genome sequences and the mature sequences of all viruses in the microRNA database (miRbase), and then used the miRNA matures sequences of the virus to perform the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) analysis in the coronavirus genome, extending the matched regions of approximately 20 bp to two segments by 200 bp. Six sequences were obtained after deleting redundant sequences. Then, the hairpin structures of the mature miRNAs were determined using RNAfold. The mature sequence on one hairpin arm was selected into a total of 4 sequences, and finally the relevant miRNA precursor prediction tools were used to verify whether the selected sequences are miRNA precursor sequences of the novel coronavirus. The miRNAs of the novel coronavirus were annotated by our newly developed method, which will lay the foundation for further study of this virus.  相似文献

The so-called fourth revolution is underway and its impact is appreciated in societies and in the way of life of people, particularly due to its effects on the labor market. The disruption generated by the fast changes point out to the immediacy of the needed changes in higher education for responding the new and changing world. The millenarians or digital natives are already used to living with technology, but the technological changes are so fast that if they do not prepare to face them, they will become obsolete soon. Hence the importance of continuous training and the need for institutions and companies to promote training courses for their employees. The higher education institutions have a key role on the promotion of knowledge and on the innovation, but this new scenario is an unexpected challenge that is difficult to face. Incorporating teaching of information and communications technology in universities within the curriculum, as a cross-training topic, is a difficult but necessary challenge for preparing students for success in labor market. In this paper, the importance of training in ICTs to get a job is raised. An empirical study with EUROSTAT data is carried out and is limited to young people between 16 and 24?years old. Structural Equation Modelling is the applied method. The results indicate that informal ICTs training favors employment and training in computer management. The conclusions point to the need to providing channels of self-training or informal personal training to fit the needs and temporal and spatial availability of each.  相似文献

提出了一种适合大规模网络的新型智能网管模型——MADINM(multi-agent based distributed intelligent network management)模型。该模型采用基于域的管理策略,在管理功能的实现上集移动agent和智能agent的优点于一身,既能够对网络管理提供更多的智能支持,又能够解决系统的性能瓶颈问题。理论分析和实验结果均表明,在管理大规模网络时,MADINM模型在性能上优于基于SNMP的网管模型和基于移动agent的网管模型。  相似文献

Combining 2D MoS2 with other transition metal sulfide is a promising strategy to elevate its electrochemical performances. Herein, heterostructures constructed using MnS nanoparticles embedded in MoS2 nanosheets (denoted as MnS-MoS2) are designed and synthesized as anode materials for lithium/sodium-ion batteries via a facile one-step hydrothermal method. Phase transition and built-in electric field brought by the heterostructure enhance the Li/Na ion intercalation kinetics, elevate the charge transport, and accommodate the volume expansion. The sequential phase transitions from 2H to 3R of MoS2 and α to γ of MnS are revealed for the first time. As a result, the MnS-MoS2 electrode delivers outstanding specific capacity (1246.2 mAh g−1 at 1 A g−1), excellent rate, and stable long-term cycling stability (397.2 mAh g−1 maintained after 3000 cycles at 20 A g−1) in Li-ion half-cells. Superior cycling and rate performance are also presented in sodium half-cells and Li/Na full cells, demonstrating a promising practical application of the MnS-MoS2 electrode. This work is anticipated to afford an in-depth comprehension of the heterostructure contribution in energy storage and illuminate a new perspective to construct binary transition metal sulfide anodes.  相似文献
