Traditional configuration-based product family modeling techniques do not yield favorable solutions for modeling the product families with the dominant product topology variations. This paper presents the case study for the modeling of variations of the product configuration, parameters, and topologies in mass production of custom windows and doors in a one-of-a-kind production (OKP) company. The case study is based on the object-oriented product family modeling framework we developed for OKP which is characterized by the dominant product variation by topology. The problem of variation in topology in our framework is solved by the manual model transformation in the computer-aided design module which creates a new metamodel of products with the desired topology and which is the basis for a further, automatic model transformation. Usage of our framework has a positive effect on the level of the product customizations and shortening of the leading time which helps OKP companies in obtaining a better position at the market. Our software solution for the designing and manufacturing of custom windows and doors based on our framework is implemented in more than 300 mostly small- and medium-sized enterprises. It proves our concept which can be used for the realization of the information systems for computer-aided one-of-a-kind production in the companies with a different production plan.  相似文献

为了及时反馈业务过程性能信息,保障企业持续无误执行其关键业务过程,提出基于事件-条件-活动规则和过程仓库的支持业务过程性能实时管理的4层框架,并据此框架搭建系统体系结构。在该方案中,事件-条件-活动规则用于描述过程性能控制逻辑,将过程仓库作为过程性能指标的计算模型;为满足性能指标的实时计算需求,采用实时过程仓库与历史过程仓库分离的策略;实时过程仓库的设计遵循业务过程性能评价体系,且满足工作流参考模型。另外,通过实例介绍了实施实时监控后的业务场景和业务过程性能控制方案的重新设置,通过事件-条件-活动规则的更新,满足了企业敏捷性和智能性的需求。  相似文献

Design reuse of parts plays an important role in product design. In this study, we present a parametric design reuse framework for parts design based on web service. The proposed framework borrowed the ideas from component model of software reuse, such as reuse service, separation of interface, and realizing procedure. The reuse framework for parts can be divided into three layers: the design interface layer, the design service layer, and the design result layer. Firstly, we built parametric templates for parts design using software integrated technology (e.g., iSIGHT). The parametric, automatic, and integrated design for parts can be accomplished through the templates. Then, we deployed parametric templates for parts design using web encapsulation technology (e.g., EASA). Finally, we developed a design reuse prototype system using heat pipe exchanger design reuse for demonstration based on the proposed framework.  相似文献

Collaborative and distributed engineering Web services are emerging as a viable alternative to the traditional design and engineering process automation. Existing approaches have limitations in supporting long-running engineering transactions, automatic engineering process orchestration and choreography, synchronous and asynchronous conversation, and geometric abstraction for transmission and sharing. In this paper, we present a process-centric engineering Web services framework to overcome these limitations by utilizing BPEL-based (business process execution language) process templates and coordination broker-based conversation support. This paper also discusses the synchronization of engineering Web services, which can be either peer-centric or process-centric to support long-running engineering transactions and conversation. The process orchestration and choreography broker works as a service dispatching and aggregation agent for executing process templates, which enables the individual activity of the engineering process to dynamically invoke one of the alternative Web services through the run-time process brokering. Further, the paper presents how to support collaboration over the running process using conversation policy .  相似文献

企业资源计划系统刚性太强,是其实施成功率较低的一个重要原因。为提高该系统的柔性,支持业务系统随企业业务变动而适应性演进,提出了一个基于集成化建模技术与Web Services技术的、以工作流管理系统为核心的柔性企业资源计划框架,以开放性、集成性、适应性和面向整个供应链为系统目标。该框架基于模型驱动的思想,将具备一致性的企业模型映射为不同层次的Web Services规范,对应到信息系统的数据层、业务基础件和业务过程等不同应用层次。基于Web Services规范流程描述语言的工作流系统和统一描述、发现和集成协议注册仓是实现整个系统整合和柔性演进的核心。  相似文献

Enterprise application integration (EAI) is an important issue for a company trying to transform itself into a ubiquitous real-time organization. However, traditional techniques for EAI are only suitable for integrating the virtual information among different applications. The challenge of integrating physical objects with corresponding business processes and applications at the right time and location is a critical concern for companies building a real-time enterprise (RTE) information system. In this research, we proposed an EAI framework based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. On the basis of this framework, a prototype system is developed to demonstrate the applicability of the framework in a shop floor environment. This paper also presents a RFID-based standard operation procedure to configure a prototype system for a particular shop floor operation and an operator orientation for performing the corresponding tasks. The findings of this paper demonstrate that the proposed framework is more capable than most current industrial practices in both managing dynamic manufacturing processes and in providing real-time visibility of work-in-process information. Using this framework, an enterprise can easily integrate an RFID-based solution into its IT infrastructure and manufacturing environment to facilitate real-time management of dynamic production operations.  相似文献

针对传统CAx软件封装产生的问题,提出了一种基于Portalet模型的封装方案及框架。阐述了Portalet模型的概念和特点,构建出了多层次模板集,以实现对CAx软件的封装,研究了设计资源的自主发现和远程调用方法,采用可扩展标记语言+产品数据模型交换标准混合传输和共享方法实现了不同节点之间的信息提取、传输、交互、共享和增值,构建了CAx软件资源使用的排队服务模型,以实现对设计任务的排队管理,同时解决了各节点之间的设计协同问题。在此基础上,开发出了基于Portalet的CAx软件封装原型系统,以验证上述方法和技术的可行性。  相似文献

针对目前中小纺织企业存在的生产管理问题,提出了一种可重构的纺织生产管理系统设计方案,该系统包括流程控制和生产物料计划等模块。针对纺织生产基于流程控制和面向订单的特点,提出了流程节点模块化和订单信息抽象化的设计模型,并建立了业务注册机制,实现了流程控制模块的重构;节点模块化将流程步骤封装为处理单一事务的模块单元,订单抽象化将订单生产相关信息整合为通用元素集合,实现了业务内容与系统框架的松耦合;结合企业开发框架Jboss Seam和工作流引擎jBPM加以实现。研究结果表明,该设计方案可以较好地实现系统的重构性,便于系统的改进和移植。  相似文献

为了低成本、高效率地获取大规模定制客户的个性化需求信息,建立了大规模定制环境下客户需求信息的分类模型,将客户需求信息分为二元型、选项型、参数型、描述型和解释型五类.探讨了不同类型的客户需求信息相应的形式化语义描述方法.在此基础上,采用框架法对二元型、选项型和参数型等结构化客户需求信息进行表达,对于半结构化的描述型客户需求信息和非结构化的解释型客户需求信息,采用模糊框架进行表达.最后,通过两个应用案例说明了该模型的实用性.  相似文献

为解决实验室管理普遍存在的数据量大、数据形式复杂、分析效率低等问题,提出了采用J2EE架构设计与开发的实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)。该系统按功能划分为合同管理、样品管理、检验管理、报告管理、客户管理、资源管理、质量管理和文件管理等模块,在Web层使用了JSP技术,通过Servlet控制业务流程,运用JavaBean处理业务数据逻辑,并建立了J2EE4层架构。该系统已在某低压电器实验室投入运行。研究结果表明,该系统在实现信息资源共享方面起到了关键性作用,可以显著提高实验室的工作效率和管理水平。  相似文献

基于知识管理的共性与差异,提出一种基于本体、知识处理模板与基于实例推理方法的可重构知识管理系统框架。在该框架中,知识被视为本体概念的对象实例,通过本体配置,可建立新的知识类别,克服了以往知识类型不能扩充的问题;通过本体、知识处理模板以及内嵌机制,系统自动生成用户界面,并可对不同类别进行区别或缺省处理。简要讨论了基于工作流程的协作知识生产方法。  相似文献

Imaging flow cytometry is an emerging technology that combines the statistical power of flow cytometry with spatial and quantitative morphology of digital microscopy. It allows high‐throughput imaging of cells with good spatial resolution, while they are in flow. This paper proposes a general framework for the processing/classification of cells imaged using imaging flow cytometer. Each cell is localized by finding an accurate cell contour. Then, features reflecting cell size, circularity and complexity are extracted for the classification using SVM. Unlike the conventional iterative, semi‐automatic segmentation algorithms such as active contour, we propose a noniterative, fully automatic graph‐based cell localization. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed framework, we have successfully classified unstained label‐free leukaemia cell‐lines MOLT, K562 and HL60 from video streams captured using custom fabricated cost‐effective microfluidics‐based imaging flow cytometer. The proposed system is a significant development in the direction of building a cost‐effective cell analysis platform that would facilitate affordable mass screening camps looking cellular morphology for disease diagnosis.  相似文献

As business imperatives change and new high-capability information technologies (IT) appear, organizations recognize the need to remain at the forefront of change by reengineering their business processes and implementing enabling responsive IT infrastructures. However, experience in this context indicates a lack of comprehension of essential elements and their mutual relationships that can contribute to the success of business-process change-implementation efforts. This article proposes a framework for managing IT for effective business-process redesign (BPR) implementation. After establishing BPR principles, components, and the relationship of BPR to some organizational and technological approaches, it presents the role and benefits of IT in BPR. The article then discusses in detail the core elements of the framework. Its theme is that an IT infrastructure that covers issues of BPR strategy development, IT strategic alignment, IT infrastructure development, IT sourcing, legacy systems reengineering, IS integration, and IS function competence is essential and critical for effective implementation.  相似文献

Enterprise applications are increasingly becoming capable of sharing information and coordinating decisions autonomously without any human intervention. This open business environment gives rise to several new supply chain planning problems that have to be solved by individual entities of a supply chain. This paper first mathematically formulates the supply chain planning problems emerging in the open business environment and second proposes a heuristic solution procedure based on the framework of genetic algorithm applicable to large-scale problems. The procedure has two stages as the original problem is decomposed into two sub-problems in an effort to reduce the overall problem complexity. The performance of the proposed algorithm is empirically proven to be effective in both solution quality and search time in various problem sizes.  相似文献
