用有限元方法模拟了动态滚动的轮胎。由于轮胎复杂的花纹形状和内部结构对轮胎的性能非常重要,因此在这个模拟中对这些因素建立了精确的模型。一个非常长的运算时间对于建立精确的轮胎模型来说是必不可少的,但是,就实际的轮胎开发而言,由于在计算机硬件、有限元软件以及模拟技术方面进行了许多改进,因此这个模拟的运算时间又是可以接受的。本文介绍了用于模拟的模型,并对在不同的滚动条件下采用该方法对轮胎的几个性能的预测结果进行了说明。模拟结果与实验结果相当一致。因此,这种模拟技术对实际的轮胎开发来说非常实用。  相似文献

运用动态模拟解决工程问题在国外已是一项成熟的应用技术,但在国内的工程设计领域很少采用,国内文献也鲜有报道。文中运用Dynsim4.4动态模拟软件对广西石化90万t/a芳烃抽提装置在设计、开车和标定等阶段进行了动态模拟和分析,协助解决了开车阶段装置压力不稳的问题,优化选择控制系统和安全泄放系统的设计,取得了良好的效果,而实际的装置运行结果也验证了动态模拟的准确性。文中对动态模拟建模的基本步骤、模型调试方法和模拟结果的分析进行了详细阐述,可供设计人员、业主和EPC总承包商参考。  相似文献

本文通过建立一个具有充足底水能量水平厚油层理想数值模拟模型,在考虑了不同井型、不同射孔层位、不同产液强度和不同纵向渗流能力的情况下,设计了五种开发方案,运用vip油藏数值模拟软件对五种方案的油藏动态进行了模拟与对比,对具有充足底水能量的水平厚油层的开发规律进行了总结,对指导同类型油藏的开发具有一定得指导意义。  相似文献

体外消化和发酵实验紧密结合才能模拟完整消化道的功能,现有的模拟胃肠消化和大肠发酵的反应器结构各异且不通用,组合多个独立反应器则增加了实验的复杂程度和设备成本。集成了两类反应器的优势特征,开发了一种采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的模拟胃肠道反应器(GSR),模拟了整体的胃肠道动态特征并与体内数据进行了比较。结果表明模拟胃肠道反应器既可准确模拟胃和小肠的蠕动、排空和混合等动态特征,又可提供肠道微生物的发酵环境。尾气排放和收集装置的设计实现了尾气快速排出和尾气体积的准确计量。模拟胃肠道反应器可为体外探索益生元对肠道微生物作用等研究提供帮助。  相似文献

A mathematical model was developed to predict the dynamic behavior of flowrate and melt temperature in a plasticating extruder caused by changes in operating variables such as screw speed, back pressure and barrel temperature. The model has application for on-line computer control of an extrusion process or for simulation purposes off-line. Experimental data for developing the model was obtained from a 2½ in. diameter plasticating extruder producing high impact polystyrene sheet.  相似文献

简要介绍了电磁动态单螺杆挤出机的结构性能,分析了螺杆在振动力场作用下的轴向受力状况。通过将实际螺杆简化成广义螺杆的方法建立了螺杆轴向振动力学模型和振动方程,求解得到了螺杆轴向振动的规律。通过对比螺杆轴向振动的试验和理论幅频(幅值和频率)关系曲线,验证了理论分析的合理性,为电磁动态挤出机的动态挤出和优化设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

A theoretical model for the simulation of dynamic operation of a plasticating extruder is proposed. The model can be recommended as a tool to study various dynamic situations of interest in the operation of an extruder. Several responses to changes in operating conditions are discussed. They indicate the occurrence of transient maximas and occasional oscillations. The controlling of flow rate by adjusting a valve at the die seems to cause temporary local high peaks in pressure, whereas its control through screw speed seems to be satisfactory.  相似文献

Only recently has increasing use been made of computer simulation in the field of extruder engineering. This simulation is based on physico-mathematical process models. In order to achieve a closed, process engineering-based extruder layout and operating behavior simulation it is necessary to have models describing the throughput behavior, the melting process, the temperature development, the pressure profile over the screw length, the residence time distribution, the mixing and dispersion processes, and also the torque and power requirements. In the Plastics Technology Section of the University of Paderborn (KTP) a program for the computer-aided design of extruders (REX), financed by 17 companies, was developed which will permit rapid application of the models developed there and will fulfill the requirements set out above. Since no computation-intensive numerical methods like Finite Element or Finite Difference Methods (FEM, FDM) are required, the algorithms are very rapid, which means that short computing times are achieved (just a few seconds on an IBM AT).  相似文献

This paper deals with the residence time distribution (RTD) in a non-intermeshing counter rotating twin screw extruder. The RTDs were measured in three vent zones of the extruder sparately, and in the adjacent zones combined, using a soluble dye as the tracer. Assuming that the RTDs in the adjacent zones are independent of each other, the overall RTD was also calculated using a previously developed statistical theory. The theory has also confirmed the consistency of the present measurements. A predictive RTD model for the non-intermeshing twin screw extruder, based on the flow analysis of the individual screw zones and their statistical superposition, was also developed. The predictions are in good agreement with experiment.  相似文献

The mechanism of plastic forming and processing in electromagnetic dynamic tri‐screw extruder is very sophisticated and the investigation of amplitude–frequency characteristic acts as the foundation of equipment design and the optimization of polymer processing parameters. A mathematical and analytical model of plastic forming in such extruder was developed and the results were nondimensional‐normalized. To validate the mathematical solutions experiments based on LDPE were carried out and the experimental vibration amplitude and vibration frequency curve was obtained. Three conclusions can be drawn herein: (1) the experimental results hold a good agreement with the calculations, and thus the feasibility of the proposed model is validated; (2) the possibility of resonance closely relates to polymer melt viscosity, rotating speed, and geometry parameters of the screw; (3) resonance of the tri‐screw extruder is seldom observed under normal conditions and there exists an inverse correlationship between vibration frequency and amplitude. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The operation of a twin screw extruder processing a powder or granular solid is reviewed. The operating variables of screw speed and barrel temperature profile interact with a number of design parameters— screw design, die geometry, feed zone geometry and with the material properties, in determining machine performance. The factors that determine output and pressure development are specified in a sequence of block diagrams. The dynamic response of an operating machine to disturbances in the steady state conditions is explained in the light of the established relationships and interpreted in conventional control theory terms. Attention is drawn to the importance of mixing in the chambers formed by the screw channels and of the residence time distribution in determining the quality of the final product.  相似文献
