在研究现有并行工程理论基础上,提出了过程并行理论,主张在某些产品开发进程中,基于一定机制的约束,把产品开发中前,后阶段工作尽可能同是进行,从而最大限度地缩短产品开发周期。给出了进程并行的图示表达模型,并通过引入“阀”的概念研究了启动后阶段工作的条件与时机。提出了支持过程并行的产品开发环境体系结构。  相似文献

分析了产品开发过程与工作流程的关系,提出了产品开发过程分析与改进方法,并且对具体的铁路货车产品开发过程进行了分析与改进。给出了基于Windchill PDM的产品开发过程管理方法,包括用户、组、数据域、产品生命周期、工作流程等定义与实现。经过实践证明,基于PDM的产品开发过程管理方法有很强的实用性,具有广泛的推广应用价值。  相似文献

资源管理是产品开发过程管理的重要一环,为了定量描述产品开发资源能力,更好地支持产品开发资源配置和管理,提出了资源能力概念及其测度方法,构建了基于产品开发活动及其实现过程(ProA)的资源能力模型,深入分析了产品开发ProA资源能力描述和资源能力层次结构。通过资源任务能力项RTCI与资源实际能力项RPCI的映射关系,以及资源能力指数RCI的匹配度建立了产品开发过程资源能力的优化配置机制和方法。实例应用表明该资源能力模型与方法能对产品开发资源配置进行有效的管理。  相似文献

Laboratory trials of a process for sorption decontamination of real NPP bottom residues from Cs radionuclides with Termoksid-35 ferrocyanide sorbent and rig and pilot trials of the technology for reprocessing of bottom residues from a number of Russian nuclear power plants were performed. The efficiency of the Cs sorption drastically decreases in the presence of organic complexing agents (EDTA, oxalate ions). Preliminary ozonation of the bottom residue allows the working life of Termoksid-35 sorbent in the decontamination process to be increased by a factor of several tens. Rig and pilot trials showed that ozonation of bottom residues, followed by microfiltration separation of the precipitate formed, ensures efficient decontamination of the solutions from Co, Mn, and Sr radionuclides and from α-emitters. A technology was suggested for decontamination of NPP bottom residues from radionuclides, involving ozonation, microfiltration, and selective sorption of Cs radionuclides on Termoksid-35 ferrocyanide sorbent. Process and technical solutions obtained in the course of trials were implemented in an industrial installation for reprocessing of bottom residues from the Kola NPP.  相似文献

A manufacturing process for glass sheet production is investigated. In the process, molten glass is formed into a continuous sheet which is conveyed on a long train of supporting rollers until it is cool enough to be cut into sheets of required length. A mathematical model for the structural behaviour of the sheet in this “roll-out” operation is formulated. In this model the glass is treated as a simple Maxwell elastico-viscous material with temperature-dependent viscosity. The sheet is considered as a continuous beam in horizontal translation over the rollers. Computational solutions for the sheet deflection, obtained with the aid of certain analytical results (derived elsewhere), are given for a variety of boundary conditions. These solutions are found to be in good agreement with observed process behaviour.  相似文献

Based on purification efficiency calculations for lead distillation, we developed a combined process for the ultrapurification of archaeological lead. We obtained pilot amounts of high-purity archaeological lead and PbO with the following contents of detrimental impurities: U, <2 ppb; Th, <1 ppb; Ni, Cu, Fe, Si, Ti, Mg, Al, Mn, Cr, V, Co, < 0.1 ppm; K, Ca, Zn, Cd, Ag, Sb, < 1 ppm. Lead of such purity can be used in low-background experiments as a protective shield material and in the growth of low-background PbWO4 and PbMoO4 scintillator crystals. From an isotope ratio, we were able to identify the origin of the archaeological lead.  相似文献

A new concept for a retrodirective tracking system applicable for communication and power transmission is proposed. In the proposed concept, the power transmitter utilizes a receiver's pilot signal to obtain information about its direction by conjugating the signal's phase inside a nonlinear medium. Power is therefore transmitted back to the receiver by the phase-conjugated signal beam. The power can be concentrated by an array of phase conjugators, which provides a large aperture so that the intensity can be increased on the receiver's photovoltaic panels compared to a single element. Controlling the phase and the direction of the readout beams in the four-wave-mixing process provides control over the interference pattern, its position, and its size. A numerical analysis is given for the phase and spot size control, and measurements with two Co-doped Sr(x)Ba(1-x)Nb(2)O(6) (Co:SBN) crystals confirm the occurrence of interference that is achieved for the case of two beams.  相似文献

Engineering consulting firms have historically paid little attention to client and public relations strategies. Only in recent years have professional engineering journals carried articles on business and marketing plans or supported advertising and programs to manage client account potential.

But now, the critical role of public relations within the systematic development of client potential is being recognized as an essential ingredient in reaching and influencing targeted groups of clients in today's global economy. The marketing-selling of consulting engineering services is clearly a management process-analytical, rational, and thoughtful. Engineering managers may spend years developing an intuitive approach to the client development process yet be unable to specify its dimensions and characteristics.

This paper presents a conceptual framework for understanding how public and client relations program efforts contribute to clear and purposeful project development. The argument for crafting the public image of the firm is demonstrated by a case study that examines the client account management methods of a consulting engineering organization.  相似文献

目的 以感性工学为理论基础,运用BP神经网络构建神经内科诊室使用者的情感与诊室配色设计之间的映射关系。方法 首先,通过文献查阅和访谈等途径获取神经内科诊室使用者情感感受的意象词汇,并运用聚类分析选取代表性感性意象词对;然后,运用案例分析法,对神经内科诊室进行空间配色设置分析并提取典型色彩样本,经过搭配形成典型配色设计方案,通过语义差异法构建感性评价矩阵;最后,运用Matlab软件,建立神经内科诊室空间配色设计的BP神经网络模型,经验证得出,模型映射了感性意象和空间配色设置之间的关系。结果 运用该模型可获得神经内科诊室空间配色感性意象评价得分预测值,指导诊室空间色彩设计。结论 该方法提高了诊室空间色彩设计的准确度,同时为医疗空间色彩设计提供了重要参考依据。  相似文献

The process of high-pressure torsion (HPT) was applied to control the size and distribution of ferromagnetic Co particles in a Cu–Co alloy. Electron probe microanalysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, and transmission electron microscopy confirmed that the Co particles were significantly refined through fragmentation and dissolved with intense straining by HPT. Magnetoresistance appeared by ~2.5% at 77 K with an isotropic feature corresponding to giant magnetoresistance (GMR). It is demonstrated that HPT is a potential process for creating GMR in the Cu–Co alloy prepared by conventional ingot metallurgy.  相似文献
