Performance of intelligent Mobile IPv6

Mobile IP is the current standard proposed by IETF for mobility management in IP networks. Mobile node communicating with static correspondent node (CN) has been considered in previous performance studies. We propose the mobility of CN and two additional mobility combinations for Mobile IP in this paper. CN mobility causes performance degradation in an environment with frequent handoffs. A new scheme for Mobile IPv6 called Intelligent Mobile IPv6 is proposed. It is observed through simulation results that the performance of Intelligent Mobile IPv6 is better than Mobile IPv6.     

无线移动环境中基于移动Agent的实时构件组装机制研究

由于无线网络较窄、昂贵的带宽，及移动设备自身有限的硬件能力，在无线移动环境中进行实时构件组装调用时面临着更多的技术挑战，需要一种高效、可靠的机制给予支持。本文提出一种基于移动Agent的无线网络环境构件组装调用机制。该机制利用移动Agent作为移动客户端与构件服务器之间交互的中介，提供了灵活、可配置的组装结构，从而有效避免移动客户端不必要的访问操作，节省了移动客户端的无线网络连接开销，与其他机制相比有着较高的执行效率；同时该机制可有效支持移动客户端发生故障后的状态恢复，从而确保运行过程的可靠性。最后本文通过实验分析了MAWA机制的可靠性与高效性。

Mobile health monitoring for the elderly: Designing for diversity

In the field of mobile health monitoring the current most important user groups are those aged 50 +. In our project senSAVE^® we developed a user interface for monitoring vital personal parameters that is specifically adapted to the needs of this group. The group is said to show less perception and control capability and has less experience in the use of information technology. More realistically, the group of 50 + users shows more diversity in their cognitive, sensory and motor skills than younger people. User interfaces for elderly people should therefore be designed for different capabilities and needs. For a mobile health monitoring system three design types were developed and evaluated in this study: three basic interfaces, two professional interfaces and an interface in between as a compromise of the two former types. Beyond monitoring the vital parameters of the user during mobile phases a stationary module for the inspection of aggregated data was included on a standard TV set together with a remote control device. The paper describes the user interface design and a comparative evaluation of the interfaces during and after the development, i.e. formative and summative evaluation. It also describes first user feedback about the stationary component.

一种Internet移动代理系统的黄页服务模型

提出了一种基于信度推理网络的移动代理系统黄页服务模型,为自主迁移的移动代理提供迁移决策支持。与现有的移动代理系统黄页服务模型相比,该模型较好地解决了信息局部性和信息更新的问题,其结构具有良好的可扩展性和灵活性,能更好地适应Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ动态的网络环境。     

基于移动代理的安全集式路由协议

路由安全是移动代理技术面临的主要安全问题之一。基于移动代理的选择式路由是指对于包含在路由信息中的某些支路主机组,用户只要求移动代理经过其中的一条支路主机组即可。基于嵌套加密技术,Mir J首次提出了一个安全的移动代理选择式路由协议。本文利用基本加密签字技术,设计了一个新的基于移动代理的安全选择式路由协议,并且详细分析了协议的安全性和计算复杂度。结果表明,协议不仅满足所有的安全要求,而且与Mir J方案相比,在计算复杂度方面拥有更好的性能。     

移动Agent防范恶意主机攻击的安全措施

Mobile agents and intellectual property protection

Technical enforcemment of intellectual property (IP) rights often conflicts with the ability to use the IP. This is especially true when the IP is data, which may eaisly be copied while it is being accessed. As electronic commerce of data becomes more widespread, traditional approaches will prove increasingly problematic. In this paper, we show that the mobile agent architecture is an ideal solution to this dilemma: by providing full access to the data but charging for the transmission of results back to the user-reslts-based billing-we resulve the access versus protection conflict. We define new requirements for agent frameworks to implement results-based billing: data-aware accounting and data-tight sandboxing, which, along with the common requirements such as authentication, authorisation, agen self-monitoring, and efficiency, provide the mechanisms by which database owners can effectively grant users access to their intellectual property.

Promoting the development of secure mobile agent applications

In this paper, we present a software architecture and a development environment for the implementation of applications based on secure mobile agents. Recent breakthroughs in mobile agent security have unblocked this technology, but there is still one important issue to overcome: the complexity of programming applications using these security solutions. Our proposal aims to facilitate and speed up the process of implementing cryptographic protocols, and to allow the reuse of these protocols for the development of secure mobile agents. As a result, the proposed architecture and development environment promote the use of mobile agent technology for the implementation of secure distributed applications.
