A basic reseach of tailored blank welding between a low carbon steel sheet and a STS 304 stainless steel sheet was carried out with CO2 laser beam. The materials used in this work were a low carbon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.9 mm and a STS 304 stainless steel sheet with the same thickness. Experiments were carried out by applying the Taguchi method to obtain optimized conditions in order to apply this tailored blank laser welding method in the practical manufacturing process. In order to compare the laser welding results with the conventional welding process, GTA welding was carried out for the same materials. Optical microscopy, SEM and XRD analyses were performed to observe the microstructures and to analyze the various phases. A tensile test, hardness test and Erichsen test were performed to evaluate the formability of welded specimens. In addition, immersion test was carried to estimate corrosion resistance. A WDS analysis showed that laser welding resulted in almost the same dilution of both low carbon steel and stainless steel in welded metal, meanwhile, GTA welding resulted in more dilution of stainless steel due to its slower heat conductivity. The formability of the laser welded specimen reached 83% of that in base metal. On the other hand, it was 63% in the case of GTA welding. During the tension test, base metal was fractured in the case of a laser welded specimen, meanwhile the welded zone was fractured in the case of the GTA welded specimen. The corrosion test showed that weight loss per unit area was less in the laser welded specimen than that of the GTA welded specimen.  相似文献

为了研究A304不锈钢薄板的连续激光焊接工艺及电化学腐蚀性能,本文采用英国GSI公司的JK2003SM型Nd:YAG固体激光器进行焊接实验,并对焊接接头微观组织进行了研究。研究结果表明工艺参数为P=1 600 W,v=3 mm/s,焊后熔宽为1.6 mm,焊缝的中心位置有等轴晶;A304不锈钢焊接接头耐蚀性最强的是焊缝金属区、其次是母材区、最弱的是热影响区。  相似文献

针对6 mm厚的921A钢板,采用激光-MAG复合焊接工艺进行对接焊试验,并对焊接接头的显微组织、硬度、拉伸性能、耐腐蚀性能等进行了分析。结果表明,采用激光-MAG复合焊工艺可获得成形连续美观的焊接接头,无未熔合、裂纹、气孔等缺陷;焊缝组织为针状铁素体、少量沿晶界析出的先共析铁素体及长条状贝氏体,热影响区组织为马氏体;焊接接头的拉伸性能和冲击性能均符合国家标准要求,焊缝强度高于母材,但塑韧性低于母材。峰值硬度在热影响区,为315 HV,焊缝硬度约为280 HV,符合最高硬度不得超过410 HV的规定。焊缝耐电化学腐蚀性能最强,母材次之,热影响区最低;激光和MAG电弧2种热源共同作用区域的组织分布更加均匀,硬度及耐腐蚀性能较激光单独作用区域有了明显改善。 创新点: 采用激光-MAG复合焊实现了6 mm厚度921A钢板无缺陷对接焊的一次焊接成形。焊缝晶粒更加细化,分布更加均匀;焊缝抗拉强度、硬度、电化学腐蚀性能均高于母材,冲击吸收能量满足船级社要求。  相似文献

采用钨极惰性气体焊对镀锌薄板 SGCC 实施等厚拼焊,测试分析了拼焊板焊接接头的金相组织、显微硬度,并对拼焊板和母材试样进行杯突试验.结果表明,在拼焊过程中,母材的散热情况不同会造成焊缝金相组织在靠近母材的局部区域有很大差异.焊缝熔合区组织为粗的片状与块状先共析铁素体沿柱状晶界分布,晶内为魏氏体组织和片状珠光体,热影响区为块状的珠光体和铁素体,导致了焊缝及其热影响区的硬度均高于母材,对拼焊板的整体成形性能产生负面影响;同时,焊缝杯突值较母材有一定程度的降低,揭示其焊缝深冲性能低于母材.
Abstract:
The microstructure and micro-hardness of welded joint of SGCC by tungsten inert-gas (TIG) welding are studied, and the cupping test of Tailor-welded blank and base metal are studied.The results show that in the welding process, the microstructure of weld will have great diversity at local region closing parent metal because of the different cooling condition of the parent metal. The microstructure of welding fusion zone is massive sheet proeutectoid ferrite distribution along the columnar grain boundaries, intragranular organizations are Widmanstatten and sheet pearlite structure, and the microstructure in HAZ is massive pearlite and ferrite, which make the micro-hardness value of welding seam and HAZ higher than that of base metal and lead negative influence to the formability of Tailorwelded blank. The cupping value of weld seam reduces to some extent compared with that of base metal, which indicates that the formability of weld seam is not good as that of base metal.  相似文献

针对汽车制造中薄板焊接质量问题及鉴于汽车行业对镀锌双相钢的大量需求,在弧长修正系数为0,送丝速度为3.0 m/min,焊接速度为400 mm/min的焊接工艺参数下,对1.0 mm厚的DP590镀锌双相钢进行了CMT搭接焊试验,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜与维氏硬度计等设备研究了焊接接头的显微组织与力学性能。试验结果表明,CMT焊接DP590镀锌钢能够得到成形良好的焊接接头。焊缝组织主要为板条马氏体,粗晶区由板条马氏体和少量铁素体组成,细晶区组织多为马氏体及少量贝氏体,不完全相变区中的铁素体含量增加,马氏体含量减少;焊接接头拉伸试验断裂位置在不完全相变区,属于塑性断裂,最大载荷为10.48 kN,与母材接近。焊缝平均硬度值最高,约为260 HV,不完全相变区显微硬度值最低,约为170 HV。该研究为DP590镀锌双相钢薄板CMT焊接提供工艺参考,对汽车轻量化生产制造具有重要的工程意义。 创新点: (1)针对汽车用钢薄板焊接的难点,提出具有低热输入焊接特点的CMT工艺。 (2)研究DP590镀锌双相钢CMT焊接接头显微组织及力学性能,研究结果可为工厂实际生产提供理论依据与数据支持。  相似文献

以裁焊板工业生产为背景,对汽车用镀锌钢板的CO2激光切割板坯的CO2激光焊焊接性进行了试验研究。对于不等厚和等厚的镀锌板拼接进行CO2激光焊接,在激光功率4000W时其焊接速度可达0.1m/s。对镀锌钢板激光切口拼接的激光焊接与铣口拼接的激光焊接的焊缝形貌和硬度进行了比较,它们产生的焊缝宽度在0.5-1.0mm范围,激光焊缝最大硬度比母材硬度高出1-1.5倍,激光焊接对激光切口拼接与铣口拼接两者都可获得等同的宏观焊接质量。  相似文献

Dissimilar metal joints of Zn-coated Galvannealed steel (GA steel) and commercially available pure aluminium (A1050) sheets were produced by changing the laser power and the roller pressure by the laser pressure welding method. By this method, the YAG laser beam was irradiated into a flare groove made by these dissimilar metal sheets. In addition, the laser beam was scanned at various frequencies and patterns through the lens using two-dimensional scanning mirrors. Then the sheets were pressed by the pressure rolls to be joined.

The compound layers in the weld interface were observed by an optical microscope and the layer thicknesses were measured. The thicknesses ranged from 7 to 20 μm. The mechanical properties of the welded joints were evaluated by the tensile-shear test and peel test. In the tensile-shear test, the strengths of the joints produced under the most welding conditions were so high that the fracture occurred through the base aluminium sheet. In the peel test of the specimens subjected to a laser beam of 1200–1400 W power under roller pressure of 2.94 kN, the specimen fracture took place in the base aluminium sheet. Even if the compound layer was thick, high joint strength was obtained. On the other hand, the specimen fractured in the weld interface at a laser power of 1500 W. The results of X-ray diffraction on the peel test specimen surface identified that the intermetallic compound on the GA steel side was Fe2Al5Zn0.4. Moreover, the aluminium parts adhering to the GA steel side were confirmed. These results suggest that the fracture in the peel test occurred between the compound layer and A1050 and partly in the base aluminium. A micro-Vickers hardness test was performed to examine the hardness distribution in the compound layer. The hardness values near A1050 and GA steel were about 100 and 470 Hv, respectively, which suggests that the compound layer should not necessarily consist of brittle intermetallic compounds. It is therefore concluded that laser pressure welding could produce high strength joints of GA steel and A1050 dissimilar materials.  相似文献

与传统电弧焊相比,激光焊接厚板优势明显。采用纯激光焊和激光电弧复合焊等多道焊接技术实现了28 mm厚10Ni3CrMoV钢的高效焊接,采用光学显微镜分析焊缝、热影响区和焊缝重叠区的组织,激光复合焊缝组织主要为针状铁素体,纯激光焊缝、粗晶区和细晶区组织主要为板条马氏体,激光复合焊缝重叠区组织为粒状贝氏体+马氏体,纯激光焊缝和激光复合焊缝重叠区组织为马氏体+少量粒状贝氏体。测试了焊接接头的力学性能,结果表明,激光复合焊缝金属的冲击韧性较高,焊接接头的抗拉强度和屈服强度与母材相当,延伸率略小于母材,焊接接头的最大硬度小于360 HV,弯曲性能合格。  相似文献

采用Al Si5铝合金焊丝,冷金属过渡方法对6061铝合金和裸钢板进行了搭接点塞焊试验,运用正交试验法优化工艺参数,分析了接头的界面结构特征及其性能.结果表明,采用上述方法成功实现了铝和裸钢板的连接,点焊接头成形美观、性能良好;工艺参数显著性顺序为裸钢板孔径大小、点焊时间、送丝速度;接头为典型的点熔钎焊接头,由钎焊结合区和熔焊结合区组成;接头上的缺陷主要是气孔;接头的最大抗拉剪载荷可达4 k N以上,断裂方式为撕裂型断裂.  相似文献

采用CO2气体保护焊选择ER55-G焊丝焊接了超细晶Q460钢,研究了焊接接头显微组织、断口形貌以及力学性能。结果表明,焊缝主要由铁素体和少量珠光体构成,焊缝中大量针状铁素体的生成有利于提高焊缝金属的强度和韧性。焊接接头热影响区粗晶区为贝氏体组织,相变重结晶区和不完全重结晶区未出现软化现象。焊缝金属同热影响区冲击断口均为韧窝状韧性断裂,由于超细晶Q460钢材质的高度纯净化以及焊接过程中较小线能量的选择,焊接接头热影响区表现出优异的冲击韧性。  相似文献

The lap joints of upper Al alloy sheets (1.0-mm-thick A5052) and lower Zn-coated steel sheets (1.2-mm-thick GI steel or GA steel) were welded using insert steel sheets (0.6-mm-thick SPCC) by a spot welding process with a tool having a spherical ceramic tip, i.e. ‘Friction Anchor Welding.’ As a result, straight (not-rugged) steel projections were formed in the Al alloy sheets for both the GI and GA, while steel projections were not formed for the GI, rugged steel projections were formed for the GA without the insert steel sheets. In addition, the tensile shear strength for the GI was greater than that for the GA. In other words, the tensile shear strengths reached about 3.9 kN/point for the GI and about 3.2 kN/point for the GA, which were greater than those of the welds without the insert steel sheets. On the other hand, the cross tensile strengths for the GI and GA were almost the same, which reached about 2.6 kN/point. Additionally, for the GI, the Zn layer on the GI steel sheet melted and was totally removed due to the pressure and heat caused by the rotating tool, which facilitated the welding between the SPCC and GI steel sheets. For the GA, however, the Zn-Fe layer on the GA steel sheet changed to a solid-liquid mixture and was not completely removed, which prevented the welding between the SPCC and GA steel sheets. Therefore, the thickness of the steel-steel welded region (i.e. the SPCC-GI or the SPCC-GA welded region) for the GI was greater than that for the GA. We estimated that the difference in this thickness is significantly related to the fracture mechanism during the tensile shear test and the cross tensile test.  相似文献

A 4 kW fiber laser was chosen to weld the new hot-rolled nano-scale precipitation-strengthened steel with a thickness of 4.5 mm. The effect of laser power, defocusing distance, and welding speed on the welded joint appearance was examined, and the microstructure and mechanical properties on the typical butt joints were investigated. Results showed that increasing laser welding power may cause faster downward flow of molten metal to produce greater root humping. With the welding speed increasing, the average welding seam (WS) width decreased, and the average WS and heat-affected zone (HAZ) hardness increased. The microstructures of WS, fusion line, and coarse grain heat-affected zone were lath martensite, but the growth direction of the original austenite grain boundaries was significantly different. The microstructures of fine grain heat-affected zone were ferrite and martensite, and the microstructure of mixed grain heat- affected zone contained ferrite, massive M/A island, and a small amount of martensite. The micro-hardness values of WS, HAZ, and base metal (BM) were 358, 302, and 265 HV, respectively. The butt joint fracture at the BM far from the WS and the welded joint tensile strength are observed to follow proportional relationship with hardness.  相似文献

汽车薄板的激光拼焊可以减轻整车质量和制造成本,对提高汽车设计的灵活性具有重要意义.通过对汽车用冷扎薄钢板和镀锌板的激光拼焊的实验研究,表明虽然激光焊接接头的塑性有所下降,但其焊接强度与母材差不多,且焊接影响区小,对汽车覆盖件和地板等零件的焊接获得很好的效果.  相似文献
