针对柴油机故障征兆、故障原因及故障机理的复杂性和模糊不确定性,将模糊数学理论与故障诊断专家系统引入柴油机故障诊断。建立故障诊断的模糊模型、模糊隶属度函数,利用模糊产生式系统实现了模糊性知识表达,论述了模糊诊断原则和推理诊断流程,构建了基于模糊理论的柴油机故障诊断专家系统。通过一个具体故障诊断案例证明系统能够快速、准确地推断出故障原因,同时也证明了该方法的实用性。  相似文献

针对模糊Petri网模型难以解决航天复杂系统故障诊断中存在的状态组合空间爆炸、故障关系不清晰、故障源对故障影响程度等问题,提出了基于加权模糊Petri网的故障诊断方法,同时定义了加权模糊Petri网转化成分层着色Petri网的规则。该方法将加权思想与模糊Petri网相结合,建立加权模糊Petri网模型;将加权模糊Petri网转换为分层着色Petri网模型;通过图形反向推理诊断思想实现加权模糊Petri网的知识表示与推理规则,诊断故障发生的原因。最后,对某航天测试系统的一级稳定系统中的放大器系统故障诊断实例进行了仿真,结果表明:该方法对本实例的应用效果较好,故障传播路径清晰,对于规则变化具有良好的适应性,为其他复杂系统的故障诊断提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

针对鱼雷电子系统故障传播的连续性,以及故障征兆与故障原因之间的模糊不确定性特点,提出一种基于禁忌搜索算法的模糊Petri网的鱼雷电子系统故障诊断方法.该方法定义了一个十元组的模糊Petri网,给出了表示模糊产生式规则的三种基本的模糊Petri网模型,在此基础上采用禁忌搜索算法对模糊Petri网模型参数进行优化.当模糊Petri网模型参数得到优化后,根据库所信度的大小通过故障推理进行故障定位.将其应用到某型鱼雷电子系统的故障诊断系统中,结果表明,该方法能够有效的提高模型故障诊断能力,具有较强的实用性.  相似文献

利用面向对象思想、高级Petri网技术、模糊及概率理论,建立了一种描述复杂系统故障关系的模型.着重介绍了基于该模型的故障诊断仿真控制策略,包括控制层策略和操作层策略.讨论了该模型的网元素实现,定义了5个库所类、5个变迁类、1个模糊概率Petri对象类、1个模糊概率Petri对象类的派生类和3个Token对象类,并给出了基于该模型的故障诊断仿真算法.最后,介绍了基于该模型的故障诊断仿真系统设计,并以简单的仿真实验验证了模型及仿真算法的适用性.  相似文献

本文提出在故障诊断的层次化分解基础上,结合模糊Petri网(FPN,Fuzzy Petri Network)实现故障推理过程.首先将层次化的诊断分解模型采用Petri网中变迁和位置的转移来进行描述.推理算法采用矩阵运算,充分利用了Petri网的并行性处理能力,并能够描述故障传递状态.该推理过程简单,并能够使诊断效率得到提高.  相似文献

针对汽车故障诊断专家系统的知识具有动态性和不确定性的特点.提出了一种基于自适应模糊Petri网(AFPN)的汽车故障诊断方法。该方法首先根据模糊产生式规则建立相应的模糊Petri网模型,然后利用BP算法,通过样本数据对模糊Petri网中的权值等进行反复的学习训练,最后利用训练得到的参数和故障征兆发生概率对故障进行诊断。这种方法使知识库能动态更新,并可以避免依靠人工经验设置带来的不确定性。诊断结果表明,和传统故障树方法相比,该方法具有很多优点。  相似文献

螺杆泵驱动装置受力复杂,振源众多,轴承和齿轮的磨损类故障较为频繁,而常规的单项指标测试只能进行定性分析,诊断精确度不高。为此,开发了磨损状态监测系统。该系统由传感器、诊断仪主机和便携式计算机组成。通过建立设备信息库、故障模式库实现了故障特征自动提取;通过建立磨损状态分级模型,实现了部件的故障诊断及整机磨损状态的评判。实际应用中,诊断出了电机轴承磨损和驱动装置大、小齿轮磨损的故障,表明系统具有较高的应用价值。  相似文献

基于发动机磨损变化的时间序列模型,提出基于模型的特征根位置诊断方法、Green函数诊断方法和残差方差变化的3种发动机磨损状态诊断方法,并通过仿真和发动机磨损实测数据对上述诊断方法进行了验证。特征根方法和Green函数方法是从产生观测数据的系统稳定性度研究磨损状态变化,而残差方差方法则是从观测数据的统计特性来研究系统的变化。特征方程根位置诊断方法对于判定磨损状态在理论上给出了严格的阈值,Green函数方法同样可以用来诊断系统的稳定性,但这一方法对于轻微的磨损现象表现出不敏感,而参差方差方法对系统的变化最为敏感。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
