双辊式铝带坯连续铸轧机的辊套一般是用钢材制成的。由于铜合金的热导率比钢的高很多,多年来国外冶金工程师试图用铜合金加工成辊套,然而因铜合金的强度低使研发工作未能获得希望的结果。德国凯美公司(KME)通过科技攻关,于21世纪初推出铜合金辊套,并在铝铸轧生产中获得实际应用,取得了良好的效果。全文分为两部分刊出,第一部分简要介绍铝铸轧工艺流程及铸轧辊结构和材质,铜合金辊套的研发情况;介绍凯美公司研发的铜合金辊套以及用于制造辊套的Cu-Co-Be合金的成分和性能。 相似文献

依据建立的包括铸轧辊套在内的铝双辊铸轧的整体耦合数学模型对铸轧辊套温度场进行了模拟计算,研究了不同的铸轧速度、带坯厚度、内冷强度、铸轧区长度对铸轧辊套温度场的影响规律.结果表明:铸轧辊辊套外表面任意一点的温度随着铸轧辊的转动发生周期性变化;铸轧速度增加,铸轧辊套外表面温度提高;内冷强度增加,铸轧辊套温度场将降低;铸轧区长度增加,铸轧辊套温度场峰值降低. 相似文献

研究了从德国引进铜辊套在双辊连续铸轧生产5052铝合金应用情况,通过制定与铜辊套铸轧生产相匹配工艺,生产出了符合标准要求的5052铝合金铸轧坯料和冷轧产品。结果表明,铜辊套铸轧可以生产出一些传统铸轧法不能生产的、合金含量高、成分复杂的铸轧产品,并具有提高铸轧速度、提升生产效率的潜力。 相似文献

High speed steel (HSS) rolls can replace traditional rolls such as alloyed cast iron rolls and powder metallurgical (PM) hard alloy rolls. The main reasons for the replacement are that the wear resistance of low-cost alloyed cast iron rolls is poor and the cost of high-quality PM hard alloy rolls is very high. By means of centrifugal casting, HSS rolls having excellent wear resistance have been manufactured. The hardness of the HSS roll is 65~ 67 HRC, the range of variation is smaller than 2 HRC and its impact toughness is 15 J/cm2. The wear rate of HSS rolls used in the pre-finishing stands of high-speed hot wire-rod rolling mill reaches 2.5 × 10-4 mm per ton steel. Furthermore, the manufacturing cost of HSS rolls is significantly lower than that of PM hard alloy rolls; it is only 30 percent of that of PM hard alloy rolls. 相似文献

Ferrous alloy strips of width 150 mm and thickness 150–300 μm were obtained by rapidly cooling from the molten state at ~ 105 Ks?1 with the pressing force of the rolls during casting 1.5 kN mm?1 and a rotational speed of 8 ms?1. Typical composition of the strip was Fe—4.5%Si, Fe—23%Cr—5%Al or Fe—12%Al. The roller wear mechanism and strip quality were investigated using two sets of cylindrical, water-cooled, bronze roll moulds. It was found that the width of the strip obtained by rapid quenching in rolls is determined by the consumption of metal and depends on fluctuations in the molten bath. Strip thickness increases with bath depth. The lenticular form of the strip is obtained by bending of the rolls, and the biconcave form, using a thick water-cooled roll sleeve, is a result of the thermal expansion of the roll.Roller wear and changes to the strip microrelief were investigated using different alloys. The roughness of the surfaces of both strip and roller increased throughout the casting process. The amount of increase depended more on the alloy than on the melt temperature. The average values of the angles of the slopes of micro-peaks were measured and compared and decreased along the strip. Comparison of the coefficient of anisotropy across the width of the strip showed a decrease from the edge to the middle of the strip. The apparent reason for the appearance, on local areas of the strip surface, of oxide pellicles is revealed. 相似文献
