针对目前电动汽车的选换挡品质欠佳和经济性低的问题,提出了新型电控式机械两档自动变速器设计。该变速器基于电动汽车电控式机械自动变速器控制器的结构以及工作原理,采用直流有刷电机作为电控式AMT控制器的执行选换档电机,选用了Freescale公司的MPC5634单片机设计了变速器控制器硬件电路,并通过分析电控式AMT的基本控制方式,设计了控制器的主程序以及各个子模块程序,增加了CAN通信模块和串口通信模块来实现电控式AMT控制器与整车系统的数据传输,最后对控制器进行了台架换档试验。实验结果表明:所设计的控制器能很好地实现选换档操作功能,且性能稳定。 相似文献

为研究和验证电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)离合器自动控制策略,开发了AMT离合器综合性能试验台及其测控系统.通过改变惯量盘及加载电机负载力矩,可模拟不同挡住下的各种测试路况,实现对不同离合器结合速度下的车辆起步性能测试.试验结果表明,试验台可以测量AMT离合器控制策略所需要的相关性能参数,并验证所制定的离合器控制策略,为研制开发重型商用车AMT奠定了理论和试验基础. 相似文献

依据自动变速器离合器从动侧运动状态判别离合器的起步与换挡状态,建立电控机械式自动变速器(Automated manual transmission,AMT)和双离合器自动变速器(Dual clutch transmission,DCT)的离合器起步统一动力学模型,采用线性二次型最优控制方法,将冲击度转换为最优控制的约束条件之一,以滑摩功最小为目标,通过AMT离合器起步、DCT单离合器起步和DCT双离合器起步时的状态变量选择、参数设置和约束条件修改,实现了AMT和DCT统一的离合器最优起步控制.仿真与试验结果表明,上述方法能够实现AMT和DCT离合器起步控制的通用化,从而为AMT/DCT自动变速器通用开发平台的构建奠定了基础. 相似文献

AMT(电控机械式自动变速器)电控单元的设计通常会耗用大量的时间,降低了项目展开的效率.基于NI(美国国家仪器)平台的AMT快速控制原型利用Labview图形化界面进行编程,采用NI PXIe 6368板卡对选换挡执行机构进行控制,成功完成了AMT选换挡机构走位的自动标定.此快速控制原型跟传统的DSP微处理器相比能达到同样的控制效果,但降低了实验成本和风险、提高了实验效率. 相似文献

Start-up working condition is the key to the research of optimal engagement of auomaticclutch for AMT. In order to guarantee an ideal dynamic performance of the clutch engagement, anoptimal controller is designed by considering throttle angle, engine speed, gear ratio, vehicle accelera-tion and road condition. The minimum value principle is also introduced to achieve an optimal dy-namic performance of the nonlinear system compromised in friction plate wear and vehicle drive qual-ity. The optimal trajectory of the clutch engagement can be described in the form of explicit and ana-lytical expressions and characterized by the deterministic and accurate control strategy in stead ofindeterministic and soft control techniques which need thousands of experiments. For validation of thecontroller, test work is carried out for the automated clutch engagements in a commercial car with antraditional mechanical transmission, a hydraulic actuator, a group of sensors and a portable computersystem. 自动离合器取消了离合踏板,采用电控驱动装置实现自动离合。针对自动离合器接合过程中要实现平稳接合与快速分离的问题,采用无刷直流电机来驱动离合器执行机构。介绍了用于驱动离合器执行机构的无刷直流电机调速系统,系统以ATmega16为核心实现快速控制,以脉冲宽度调制(PWM)调速技术实现了稳定调速,用ZLG7290芯片实现了各数据的显示。研究结果表明,与常规调速系统相比,该调速系统具有调速范围宽、动态响应性能良好和系统稳定等优点,能够满足自动离合器自动控制的要求。 相似文献

This paper describes an investigation of energy efficiency by applying an advanced powertrain system in a conventional wheel loader. A conventional powertrain of a wheel loader consists of an engine, torque converter and transmission. A torque converter in a conventional system generally causes a significant amount of energy loss, as determined by analyzing energy flow based on V-pattern working. To prevent energy loss in a torque converter, Automated manual transmission (AMT) was proposed and modeled in this paper as an advanced powertrain. A wheel loader based on AMT does not need to use a torque converter since the single clutch system is used between the engine and transmission with subsystems of engine controller, clutch actuator and controller. A simplified single clutch system and controller were constructed for V-pattern working of a wheel loader. Additionally, a PI-controller was used as a control algorithm for engine speed control to prevent energy loss while the clutch is not engaged. All simulation models have been constructed in the Matlab/ Simulink environment, and simulation studies were conducted by using a simulation model of a wheel loader with a driver model based on V-pattern working. Simulation results of the AMT-based wheel loader were analyzed by comparison with the results of the torque converter-based wheel loader, and the results show that the AMT-based wheel loader is more energy efficient than the conventional wheel loader. 相似文献
