Abstract The frictional heating and frictional cooling mechanism is first discussed briefly in the present article. A general equation has been developed for predicting the inversion curves—where neither frictional heating nor frictional cooling occurs—for any types of natural gas. The predicted inversion curves can be applied to determine whether frictional heating or frictional cooling happens for any type of gas under a specific set of reservoir and well flow conditions. 相似文献

对地面驱动螺杆泵泵送油水乳化液时的摩阻特性进行了全面的研究。通过测量摩擦压降研究了油包水与水包油乳化液之间的相转变现象,分析了不同含水率下抽油杆转速对油包水乳化液及水包油乳化液流动摩擦压降的影响。实验和分析表明,当含水率为0.41~0.43时,水包油乳化液将向油包水乳化液转换;抽油杆的旋转效应在水包油乳化液时对摩擦压降的影响要大于油包水乳化液。通过实验数据处理,获得了不同流型下抽油杆旋转时环型管道内幂律型油水乳化液流动摩擦阻力的实验关系式。这些研究结果对地面驱动螺杆泵的设计及应用有一定参考价值。 相似文献

在油气井测试过程中,为了保证测试安全,必须准确掌握油管的轴向力与变形情况。测试油管下部因受压会发生螺旋屈曲,并与套管接触产生摩擦力。屈曲后油管进一步变形时,油管轴向力与变形的关系非常复杂。常规计算方法没有考虑摩擦力对变形的影响,其结果不适用于高温高压井测试管柱安全分析。文章经过把塑性力学应力一应变关系与油管轴向力一变形关系进行对比,提出了用塑性力学增量理论的思想,来计算油管轴向力与变形的增量计算模型。通过现场应用,证明了这种计算方法的科学性和实用性。 相似文献

准确预测钻柱偏心旋转工况下的环空摩阻压降是复杂结构井控压钻井的重要理论基础,但常规钻井液环空摩阻压降计算方法无法直接计算复杂结构井的环空摩阻压降。为此,应用数值模拟方法,分析了偏心度(0~67.42%)和钻柱转速(0~114.65 r/min)对典型环空(Ф127.0 mm钻杆和Ф215.9 mm井眼)中摩阻压降梯度的影响。分析结果表明:偏心度小于45.00%时,转速和偏心度对摩阻压降梯度影响较弱,摩阻压降梯度随转速增大略有降低,随偏心度增大而增大;偏心度大于45.00%时,低转速(<60 r/min)下摩阻压降梯度随偏心度增大而降低,高转速(≥60 r/min)下摩阻压降梯度随偏心度增大而略有增大。基于数值模拟结果,建立了偏心度分类的无因次偏心环空摩阻压降梯度预测模型,计算了南海某水平井Ф215.9 mm井段的ECD,并与PWD测试结果进行了对比,平均相对误差为0.45%,表明该模型具有较好的准确性。研究结果表明,无因次偏心旋转环空摩阻压降计算模型可以精细描述环空压力场和准确计算ECD,为控压钻井水力参数优化提供指导。 相似文献

It is demonstrated that more attention should be focused on problems of the in-stage cooling of the compressed gas, since
intensification of this process will result in a lower total heat load on the cooling system, and reduced weight and clearance
dimensions of the heat-exchange equipment.
The cooling rate of the compressed gas is examined for variation in the relative total heat load, relative variation in the
temperature at the start of heating, and variation in the relative amount of heat dissipated in the compression process.
Relationships are presented for the influence exerted by the effective pressure and cooling rate of the compressed gas on
the weight and size parameters of the heat-exchange vessels.

针对传统搅拌摩擦焊因针的磨损而难以适用钢材的不足,西安交大焊接研究所开发了一种摩擦钎焊专利技术,并用其成功地制备了铝/钢(Al/steel)防腐双金属复合板。该技术以摩擦热作为热源,采用无针柱状搅拌头,并预置合适钎料在大气环境下施焊。与传统搅拌摩擦焊的区别在于,用母材的快速熔解代替其塑性变形(特别是较硬的钢材);可避免钢材对针端的磨损;无匙孔。与传统炉中钎焊相比,免用钎剂与保护气体;加热/冷却速率快;可导入压力以挤出多余低强度、低熔点钎料,并使焊缝致密并强化;多途径有效抑制金属间化合物过度增厚。 相似文献

Abstract A mathematical model is introduced estimating the frictional pressure losses of Newtonian fluids flowing through a concentric annulus. A computer code is developed for the proposed model. Also, extensive experiments with water have been conducted at Middle East Technical University, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering Department Flow Loop and recorded pressure drop within the test section for various flow rates. The performance of the proposed model is compared with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software simulated annulus flow section and various criteria such as crittendon, hydraulic diameter and slot flow approximation as well as experimental data. The results showed that the proposed model and experimental results are in good agreement for almost all cases when compared with the other criteria and CFD software. Also, the proposed model could estimate the frictional pressure losses for both laminar and turbulent flow regimes within an error range of ±10%. 相似文献
