Abstract Results of the experimental studies carried out for developing a flowsheet for the recovery of cassiterite from the gravity tails of a low grade lode type tin ore (Tosham, Haryana) from India by froth flotation using three different collector reagents — alkyl phosphonic acid, sodium sulfosuccinamate and alkyl phosphoric acid ester are presented. The studies include micro-flotation of high purity cassiterite from Tosham, bench scale studies on gravity tails of Tosham tin ore, large scale semi-continuous test with relatively better reagent at optimised flotation conditions ending up with development of conceptual flowsheet meant for obtaining fuming grade cassiterite concentrate. The performance of various collector reagents was analysed on the basis of conventional metallurgical accounting methods and flotation kinetic rate constants. From a feed containing 0.24% Sn, a float product analysing 7% Sn with 55% recovery was obtained using a reagent combination of alkyl phosphoric acid ester-sodium silicofluoride - commercial grade sulfuric acid and citric acid. 相似文献

研究铌钽铁锰矿(Fe,Mn)(Nb,Ta)_2O_6在酸浸过程中界面结构及组成变化。探索复杂铌钽矿物元素选择性浸出机理,实现铌钽复合矿的高效资源化利用。通过金相显微镜结合XRD研究了铌、钽在矿中的赋存特性,分析了酸浸前、后的铌钽铁锰矿相变化。利用EDS对微区元素含量进行分析,获得矿物在酸浸前后表面宏观结构的变化以及表面元素含量的变化。XPS结合ICP检测结果分析酸浸前后铌钽矿物表面各元素化学价态及其化学键合状态的变化,确定了铌钽矿酸浸过程中各元素的选择性溶解。H_2SO_4酸浸时,矿物表面结构发生了Me—O转化为Me—SO_4的变化,结合不同Me元素的Me—O和Me—SO_4电子结合能大小以及ICP结果确定了不同化学状态元素在酸中溶解的由难到易的顺序为:Fe~(3+)—O→Fe~(2+)—O→Mn~(2+)—O→Ta~(5+)—O→Nb~(5+)—O。 相似文献

针对采用湿法提纯金泥的企业处理含氰化物的废水,采用氯化法提纯金泥中的黄金,由于金泥含有大量氰化物,在预浸工序产生的废水中氰化物含量达到2 000 mg/L 左右。国家规定排放废水中含有的氰化物浓度不得超过0.5 mg/L,本企业要求排放废水中氰化物的浓度不得超过0.04 mg/L,预浸产生的废水必须经过脱氰化处理才能排放。经过实际研究,结合精炼厂现有工艺设备,采用酸性氯化法和活性炭吸附法相结合来脱出废水中的氰化物,经过处理的废水总氰含量低于0.04 mg/L,达到排放标准,最后排入焦家金矿选厂。 相似文献

Abstract The interaction of octyl hydroxamic acid/salt with cassiterite has been studied using adsorption, electrokinetic and infrared spectroscopic techniques. Results indicate that the surfactant sorbs on the mineral surface by relatively weak forces, both specific and physical in nature. Adsorption was greater in the acidic pH region than in the alkaline pH, implying the involvement of hydroxamic acid molecule and hydroxylated cassiterite of the type-Sn(OH), in the sorption process. Electrokinetic and FTIR studies confirmed the involvement of specific forces of interaction in the sorption process. Based on the experimental observations, the possible modes of sorption are discussed. 相似文献

Studies showed the possibility of arsenic removal from gold- and copper bearing ores and concentrates with high levels of arsenic (2-12%) under reducing-sulphidizing conditions, especially in the presence of pyrite. Pilot plant and industrial scale fluid bed reasting at 750-900°C showed that under reduction-sulphidizing conditions with pyrite and (or) coke the arsenic is eliminated as arsenic sulphide and greater than 99% arsenic can be eliminated from copper and gold concentrates containing 2-8% arsenic. With increasing temperature, duration of roasting, and pyrite addition, vaporization degree increases. The roasted calcine is suitable for pyrometallurgical or hydrometallurgical treatment. 相似文献
