为了克服小波变换在二维空间分析的缺陷,提出了基于快速离散曲波(Curvelet)变换的虹膜识别改进算法.利用能有效捕捉图像边缘信息的Curvelet变换对虹膜图像进行分解,提取低频子带系数矩阵的均值方差和高频子带能量,然后根据不同子带特征的分类能力不同,对各子带特征的离散度进行加权,为分类能力较强的特征向量赋予较大权值,构成虹膜图像的特征向量.利用最优二叉树多类模糊最小二乘支持向量机分类器进行分类与识别.仿真实验结果表明,该算法具有较高的识别性能,具有可行性.  相似文献

虹膜识别认证系统由4部分组成.虹膜图像采集采用自行研制的非接触式虹膜图像采集装置,并加入虹膜图像质量评估模块选取清晰虹膜图像;预处理过程中采用Hough变换精确定位,归一化后的虹膜图像具有平移、尺度和旋转不变性;特征提取采用Daubechies-4小波变换对图像进行4层小波分解,并采用汉明距离进行匹配.与现有其他方法相比,系统大大减少了编码存储空间以及编码和匹配的时间,提高了算法速度.  相似文献

为了快速、准确地达到虹膜识别的目的,提出一种基于Hough变换的快速虹膜识别算法。首先,对虹膜图像进行相关预处理,其中包括将原图像缩小若干倍,利用Hough变换提取虹膜圆环后,再还原图像;其次,利用2D-Gabor滤波器提取虹膜纹理信息;最后,利用Hamming距离进行虹膜识别。采用虹膜库中30例虹膜图像对该快速虹膜识别算法进行实验研究,结果表明:对虹膜图像缩小倍数应为22n(n=1,2,3,…)倍;当虹膜图像缩小倍数为16倍时,可实现计算速度与识别效果的最佳平衡。实验证明,该虹膜识别方法可行有效。  相似文献

针对单模生物特征识别在实际应用中易受干扰、识别率低且无法达到零错误识别的问题,提出一种基于二代Curvelet和2DLog-Gabor滤波器的人脸与虹膜特征层融合识别算法.该方法利用二代曲波变换提取人脸特征,用2DLog-Gabor幅值法提取虹膜特征,通过PCA降维单模特征向量,在特征层进行融合,通过SVM分类识别融合特征向量.在ORL人脸库和CISIA虹膜库构成的多模生物特征库上进行测试.实验结果表明:该算法正确识别率能达到100%,较单模人脸、单模虹膜识别方法的识别率均提高3.33%,为多模生物特征识别提供了一种有效模型.  相似文献

针对尺度不变特征变换(SIFT)算法在匹配时特征向量过多,从而导致耗时过长的问题,提出PCA-SIF]算法,对目标进行匹配与识别.首先,利用SIFT算法提取出原图像中稳健的特征点以及特征向量;其次,利用PCA算法对SIFT特征向量的维数进行约减;最后利用降维后的图像与原始图像进行匹配.实验证明,与原始SIFT算法相比,该算法不仅保持了SIFT算法的鲁棒性和稳定性,同时提高了匹配效率,增强了实时性.  相似文献

 由于在采集虹膜图像前,无法预知眼睑、睫毛等噪声对虹膜纹理的干扰程度和不受干扰的可用虹膜区域的位置和大小,这可能会使提取到的特征模板中包含了由噪声引起的不可靠和不稳定特征,使识别的错误率增加.本文提出了多子区域联合的识别方法,将相对不易受干扰的图像区域划分为4个子区域,分别计算两幅图像对应子区域的相似度,动态选择最相似的子区域,将其特征作为判定依据进行分类.克服了之前算法只选择一个固定位置的区域用于特征提取的局限性.采用CASIA虹膜图库进行测试,结果表明:本方法能提高识别准确率、增强算法对采集图像质量要求的适应性,改善了虹膜识别系统的性能.  相似文献

采用基于小波变换提取纹理特征和BP神经网络对低空风切变的类型识别进行仿真研究。利用已有的仿真雷达数据生成仿真雷达扫描图像,通过阈值分割提取风切变区域,之后对其进行二层小波分解,求取各子带小波系数的均值和标准差作为特征向量。最后利用BP神经网络对特征向量进行识别分类。仿真结果比较理想,表明算法具有良好可行性。  相似文献

为了解决单样本掌纹识别的困难,研究了基于最近相关性分类器(NCC)的单样本掌纹识别方法。首先对掌纹图像进行分块,划分为若干个子图像;然后运用统计特征、傅里叶变换、离散余弦变换(DCT)和Gabor变换4种方法对子图像进行特征提取,将所有子图像的特征向量组合在一起形成该图像的特征向量;最后应用NCC进行分类识别。运用PolyU掌纹图像库,对本文算法进行测试。实验结果表明:与最近邻分类器(NNC)和支持向量机(SVM)相比,在不同大小的子图像上,运用不同的特征提取算法,NCC均提高了识别率;分类时间在0.3~0.7s之间,满足实时系统的需求。  相似文献

虹膜识别是一种新兴的生物识别技术,研究了虹膜图像的快速定位、增强等预处理方法,并提出了一种新颖的基于二维小波变换的虹膜识别算法,它的基本思想是:对预处理得到的虹膜图像进行四层小波分解,对得到的低频和高频系数抽取115维特征矢量,最后用汉明距离进行图像匹配判决合法性.实验证明,该算法运算速度较快,在图像模糊、噪声干扰等不利条件下仍具有良好的稳健性.  相似文献

针对低信噪比下雷达信号识别准确率较低的问题,提出了一种基于时频图像和高次频谱特征联合的雷达信号识别算法。该算法首先对信号采用Choi-Williams分布(Choi-Williams distribution,CWD)变换获取时频图像,接着对时频图预处理并用灰度共生矩阵(gray level co-occurrence matrix,GLCM)提取纹理特征;然后利用对称Holder系数提取信号的高次频谱特征;再将纹理特征和高次频谱特征构成一组联合特征向量,最后通过支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)实现雷达信号的分类识别。通过对8种典型雷达信号进行实验,结果表明本算法在信噪比为-8 dB时,不同信号的识别准确率能达到90%以上。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
