本文采用场分量匹配法和鲁线的等值矩形波导方法,首次给出对称鳍线结构环行器的三维电磁场理论分析,计算了8mm和3mm对称鳍线环行器的外部特性,得到一些有用的数据和结论。本文还实验研究了单侧鳍线结构环行器,测试结果满意。 相似文献

本文从Maxwell方程出发,经过Fourier变换和坐标旋转,将铁氧体中的非寻常波分解成TE和TM波,并给出它们的波导纳。利用边界条件,忽略TE和TM波间耦合的影响后,将鳍线用一等效网络表示。本文方法与T.Itoh提出的谱域导抗法比较,在等效网络中引入了理想变压器元件。最后对铁氧体加载单侧鳍线的正反向传播常数进行了数值计算,其结果与有关文献中数据吻合得很好。 相似文献

The analysis of several fin-line configurations (unilateral fin-line, bilateral fin-line, antipodal fin-line, and coupled fin-lines) has been completed accurately. In this unified method, propagation constant is achieved via the generalized spectral domain technique where the basis functions for the bounded and unbounded fields are chosen to be trigonometric functions and Legendre polynomials, respectively. The conduction loss and dielectric loss solution for the first time are found through a perturbation method. The conductor loss so derived is believed to be sufficiently accurate for practical purposes. Characteristic impedances of these transmission lines using tentative definitions have been presented. The CPU time on an IBM 360/65 for calculation of the mentioned parameters does not exceed five seconds if the fourth-order solution in the spectral analysis gives the required accuracy. The programs are also capable of detection of higher order modes. 相似文献

Two transitions between unilateral and bilateral fin-line mounted back to back show unique features for impedance transformation. The series reactance of the equivalent T-circuit are theoretically shown to be capacitive. This is exploited by designing a broad-band switch with two p-i-n diodes. This paper presents a rigorous analysis of a new fin-line structure which has two slots in the metal coating of the substrate. The dispersion and characteristics impedance are computed for the two independent normal modes of excitation. The fin-line structure is a special printed transmission line for millimeter wave integrated circuits. In this paper, a comparison between fin-line and other lines like waveguide and microstrip is presented. The spectral domain approach is used to determine the properties of the fin-line. The dispersion curves, characteristic impedance and power distribution are presented. The numerical solution converges rapidly in all the cases investigated. Some experimental results are reported. The agreement of measured and computed results is very satisfactory. 相似文献

A design theory is described for low-insertion loss fin-line filters that includes both higher order mode propagation and finite thickness of the dielectric substrate and the metallic fins. Design data for three-resonator type fin-line filters with several substrate thicknesses are given for midband frequencies of about 15, 34, and 66 GHz. The measured insertion losses in the passband are 0.25, 0.5, and 1.3 dB, respectively, for these three frequencies. 相似文献

A ferrite isolator in fin-line technique is investigated both theoretically and experimentally. Since fin-line field distributions exhibit similar properties, the realilzation of a field displacement isolator is possible applying the principles of operation known from metal waveguide isolators. A field expansion method for a simplified isolator model is presented for the investigation of the field theoretical problem. Furthermore the feasibility of the fin-line field displacement approach for the realization of an isolator is demonstrated experimentally at the model frequency of 11 GHz. 相似文献
