山梨醇是一种用途广泛的化工、食品、医药原料,结晶山梨醇应用更广,但必须掌握好其结晶的条件才能制备出熔点高的结晶山梨醇。本文对山梨醇结晶的工艺条件进行了深入研究,通过对结晶温度、结晶时间、晶种用量及晶种粒度进行了单因素对比试验,并用三因素三水平正交试验表安排了正交试验,优化结晶工艺条件。根据正交试验结果的极差分析及方差分析,对三因素的显著性作出了判断,确定了影响结晶山梨醇熔点的显著因素为结晶温度,也找出了原来产品熔点低的主要原因,对原装置上的结晶温度控制系统进行了改造,并对操作人员进行了培训,按优化的条件生产后,结晶山梨醇的熔点稳定达到101℃以上,达到进口样品的水平,其优化的条件为:结晶温度:70℃,结晶时间:40min,晶种用量:10%。 相似文献

目的 研究糖尿病大鼠红细胞山梨醇浓度与肾脏损害的相关性.方法 链脲佐菌素52 mg/kg一次性腹腔注射大鼠,造模,于不同的时间点测定糖尿病大鼠红细胞内山梨醇、血肌酐、24 h尿量、尿素氮、及尿肌酐,并计算肌酐清除率,观察肾脏的病理改变,研究红细胞山梨醇浓度与肾脏损害的相关性.结果 糖尿病大鼠红细胞内山梨醇由第3周开始浓度显著升高,第6周后趋于稳定;肾功能和肾脏的病理改变则在第6周后变化明显.结论 糖尿病大鼠红细胞内山梨醇聚集达一定浓度,并持续一段时间后糖尿病大鼠出现肾脏损害,红细胞内山梨醇浓度可作为肾脏损害前的预警指标. 相似文献

利用具有不同抗菌机理的五种抗菌防霉剂,即4-(2-苯并噻唑基亚氨甲基)苯氧乙酸锌(A)、尼泊金丁酯(B)、山梨酸(C)、百菌清(D)、异噻唑啉酮(E)之间的协同和加合作用,成功开发出了用于糖尿病患者皮鞋鞋材的复配型抗菌防霉剂.首先,以糖尿病患者鞋内分离出来的代表性细菌、酵母菌和霉菌为供试菌种,采用滤纸条交叉放药法对五种抗菌组分进行了复配,结果表明,去除对菌种有拮抗作用的复配组分,有效的复配组分为:A和B、A和E、B和C、B和E、C和E.然后,以等浓度的混合菌为供试菌种,对各种有效组分进行不同比例的复配,并测定了复配后的抑菌圈直径,结果显示,优化复配比例为:A:B=3:7、2:8、1:9;A:E=6:4、4:6、2:8;B:E=5:5、2:8;C:E=3:7、2:8.用这些优化复配组分可以有效的抵御糖尿病患者鞋内的病原微生物,这就为它们在糖尿病患者鞋材上的应用提供了参考. 相似文献

Trials were conducted to standardise the buffalo milk chhana spread by using whey and buttermilk. The milk was standardised to 4% fat and 9% milk solids‐not‐fat and chhana was prepared. The chhana was blended with different quantities of water (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%) at varying blending temperatures (65, 70, 75, 80 and 85°C) and blending times (2, 3 and 4 min). The chhana spread was prepared by using different levels of oil (0%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% and 12.5%), cream containing 40% fat (0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%) and salt (0%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1.0%, 1.25% and 1.5%). It was observed that chhana spread prepared by using 20% water, 80°C blending temperatures and 3 min and 0.75% salt scored maximum for body and texture, spreadability and overall acceptability. This chhana spread was further incorporated with buttermilk or whey either alone each at 20% or in combination each at 10% by substitution of water. Incorporation of buttermilk or whey significantly (P < 0.05) improved the chemical and sensory quality of chhana spread and had better texture. 相似文献

大豆异黄酮对糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力的影响 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
目的:观察大豆异黄酮(soybean isoflavone,SIF)对糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法:以四氧嘧啶(ALX)为诱导剂建立糖尿病动物模型,正常对照组(N)和糖尿病对照组(DC)以蒸馏水灌胃,大豆异黄酮组(SI)每日以100mg/kg·d的SIF溶液灌胃。实验6周后,分别测血清及肝脏中总抗氧化能力(T.AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果SI组实验后血糖较实验前和DC组明显降低(p〈0.05),DC组实验前血糖较实验后则明显升高(p〈0.05)。与DC组相比,SI组血清和肝脏GSH-Px和SOD抗氧化酶活性明显增强(p〈0.05)接近和超过正常水平,肝脏T.AOC能力明显高于DC和N组(p〈0.05),而血清及肝脏MDA含量均低于DC组(p〈0.05),血清XOD活性较DC组略有降低。结论:大豆异黄酮具有降血糖和增强机体抗氧化能力,其降糖机理与阻止胰腺B细胞和肝脏表面胰岛素受体进一步氧化损伤,修复其功能有关。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: To test the possible involvement of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the etiology of diabetic complications and therapeutic potential of antioxidant biofactors, we studied the effects of Curcuma aromatica (C. aromatica) on the pathologic events in streptozotocin-treated diabetic rats. Administration of streptozotocin (100 mg/kg, i.p.) increased plasma levels of glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, and lipid peroxidation products but decreased plasma albumin levels and suppressed the growth of animals. Histological examination revealed a marked injury in renal glomeruli and proximal tubules with concomitant occurrence of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and mitochondrial 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal (4-HNE). Urinary excretion of 8-OHdG was also increased in streptozotocin-treated animals. Administration of streptozotocin decreased the mitochondrial localization of both Cu/Zn-superoxide dismutase (SOD) and cytochrome C in the kidney without affecting the localization of Mn-SOD. When animals were given 1.5% C. aromatica- containing diet for 1 wk before and 8 wk after administration of streptozotocin, all the events induced by streptozotocin except for hyperglycemia decreased markedly. Thus, C. aromatica may have therapeutic potential for the prevention of hyperglycemia-associated diabetic complications. 相似文献

A functional Chhana‐murki (FCM) was formulated at laboratory scale using different levels of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC): inulin (fibre) blend (1:1), isomalt:lactitol (polyol) blend (1:1), gum arabic and sucralose by response surface methodology (RSM) and sensory analysis. The colour and appearance, texture, flavour and overall acceptability scores increased by increasing the fibre level from 5 to 10% (w/w) and polyol level from 5 to 15% (w/w). The sweetness score increased significantly by increasing the sucralose level from 600 to 800 ppm (w/w). The optimised product had 738 ppm sucralose, 10% fibre, 15% polyol and 1.1% gum arabic. 相似文献
