ADC data sheets and test methods are not yet standardized. A new attempt to create a common platform for these is the draft standard IEEE-STD-1241. However, the methods described in this standard need extra effort from the user to exactly understand and implement them. It is therefore very reasonable to provide programs which implement these methods, and allow manufacturers and users to use them. This ensures that the same characterizing quantities will be used for the same purpose by everyone. The first attempt for this was a LabView program announced in 1999. In this paper — after general considerations — another implementation is presented, running under MATLAB. This will hopefully extend the number of the users of the methods described in the standard. 相似文献

Industries’ systems are shifting toward almost entirely sophisticated electronic devices. Power Quality (PQ) analysis is getting importance for the economy because this equipment is highly sensitive to PQ events. Control and supervision of an industrial process has mainly been focused on the electrical protection, and little attention has been paid to the quality of the electrical supplies. Nowadays, measurement and communications systems have advanced to enable the installation of web-based sensors within a PQ assessment scenario. In this sense, this paper presents an innovative low-cost measurement system, as well as investigates the challenges and trends in the development of distributed PQ measurement systems using smart sensors. 相似文献

Flexible manufacturing systems are complex, stochastic environments requiring the development of innovative, intelligent control architectures that support flexibility, agility, and reconfigurability. Distributed manufacturing control system addresses this challenge by introducing an adaptive production control approach supported by the presence of autonomous control units that are cooperating with each other. Most of the currently distributed control systems still suffer from lack of flexibility and agility when the product verity is high and is not reconfigured in case of ad hoc events. To overcome this limitation, a drawback of an excessive dependence on up-to-date information about the products and other elements that move within the system is essential. Radio frequency identification (RFID) is a new emerging technology which uses radio frequency waves to transfer data between a reader and movable item for identification, tracking, and categorization purpose. This paper discusses the architecture devised to deploy RFID-enabled distributed control and monitoring system by means of a set of agents that are responsible for the realization of different control and monitoring tasks and for cooperating to enhance agility, flexibility, and reconfigurability of manufacturing system. 相似文献

Full resolution electron microscopic tomographic (EMT) reconstruction of large-scale tilt series requires significant computing power. The desire to perform multiple cycles of iterative reconstruction and realignment dramatically increases the pressing need to improve reconstruction performance. This has motivated us to develop a distributed multi-GPU (graphics processing unit) system to provide the required computing power for rapid constrained, iterative reconstructions of very large three-dimensional (3D) volumes. The participating GPUs reconstruct segments of the volume in parallel, and subsequently, the segments are assembled to form the complete 3D volume. Owing to its power and versatility, the CUDA (NVIDIA, USA) platform was selected for GPU implementation of the EMT reconstruction. For a system containing 10 GPUs provided by 5 GTX295 cards, 10 cycles of SIRT reconstruction for a tomogram of 40962×512 voxels from an input tilt series containing 122 projection images of 40962 pixels (single precision float) takes a total of 1845 s of which 1032 s are for computation with the remainder being the system overhead. The same system takes only 39 s total to reconstruct 10242×256 voxels from 122 10242 pixel projections. While the system overhead is non-trivial, performance analysis indicates that adding extra GPUs to the system would lead to steadily enhanced overall performance. Therefore, this system can be easily expanded to generate superior computing power for very large tomographic reconstructions and especially to empower iterative cycles of reconstruction and realignment. 相似文献

利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)测试模数转换器(ADC)的信噪比(SNR)必然存在非相干采样,导致测量结果会受频谱泄漏的影响.针对此问题,提出了一种利用Blackman-Harris窗三谱线插值测试高速ADC SNR的方法.基于MATLAB构建了验证平台,采用美国模拟器件公司(ADI)的AD9627等高速ADC产品的行为级动态模型进行了仿真验证.结果表明,在非相干程度最大的情况下,基于Blackman-Harris窗三谱线插值测试得到的SNR误差低于0.23 dB,达到了ADI公司提供的测试标准,证明该法能很好地抑制频谱泄漏的影响,提高SNR测试精度. 相似文献

The present trend for Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) chip designs is smaller in size and power consumption with multifunction. This results the difficulty for the testing engineer, especially for small amount production without an automatic probe station, to complete such task. In order to reduce the workload of the engineer, improve the testing efficiency and accuracy, a LabVIEW based automatic test system for such CMOS chip has been designed in this paper. The details of the overall system which includes the setup of the testing by using a PXI (PCI extensions for instrumentation) system with Data Acquisition (DAQ) and Source Measure Units (SMUs) module, and the LabVIEW based automatic testing program has been introduced in this paper. The testing results have shown that this system is able to improve the testing efficiency with great accuracy, at the same time to evaluate the testing results in real-time.
