This paper presents a 10-bit 20 MS/s pipelined Analog-to-Digital Converter(ADC)using op amp sharing approach and removing Sample and Hold Amplifier(SHA)or SHA-less technique to reach the goal of low-power consumption.This design was fabricated in TSMC 0.18 μm 1P6M CMOS technology.Measurement results show at supply voltage of 1.8 V,a SFDR of 42.46 dB,a SNDR of 39.45 dB,an ENOB of 6.26,and a THD of 41.82 dB are at 1 MHz sinusoidal signal input.In addition,the DNL and INL are 1.4 LSB and 3.23 LSB respectively.The power consumption is 28.8 mW.The core area is 0.595 mm2 and the chip area including pads is 1.468 mm2. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel Time Tick based Built In Self Test (TT BIST) for measuring the static errors of an Analog to Digital
Converter (ADC). The proposed method determines the period elapsed during transition between two consecutive digital levels
and compares it with the ideal period of transition. A counter that works, at higher speed relative to the sampling rate of
the ADC under test, is used. It counts the number of time ticks occurred during every transition. The required ramp signal
is generated dynamically, using current source with digital switch for selecting the equivalent test signal. Further to support
testing of errors in ratiometric ADC, a slope conditioning module is also implemented. The entire computation cycle is done
in a single ramp cycle whereas in conventional histogram method multiple waveforms are required. Thus, the proposed TT method
requires less time to achieve desired accuracy levels by choosing the appropriate slope of the ramp signal. 相似文献

本文介绍了一种利用单片机(AT89C2051)及GSM无线收发模块(G100A)构成的远程水位显示及远程检测系统。在系统中,设计了一种简单易于实现的水位检测方法以测得现场水位的状况,通过单片机显示系统在水位现场以LED的方式显示出来,并通过与之相连的GSM模块将水位信息以一种无线短信的方式发送给远程终端(用户手机),起到实时检测与实时报警的作用。另外,远程终端可以通过短信实时的查询水位信息。 相似文献

The paper presents a binary relational analysis and expert system base module for maintenance and fault diagnosis of CNC wire
EDM. The module proposes a framework of integrated maintenance and fault diagnosis system. The study explores the binary coded
matrix system, which plays an important role in prediction and diagnosis of wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) faults
on the spot by expert guidance. In this study, 15 inputs were considered to observe eight probable causes with the help of
the forward and backward propagation algorithms. Inputs and output matrices were considered in the form of a square matrix.
To explain the fault diagnosis and to realize the importance of maintenance through advice, the detection of faults is investigated
through forward and back propagation of matrix transformation on the spot. It is an integrated backup that can be individually
focused when input and output parameter do not match. It is a time saving, knowledge acquisition, easy to maintain, and capable
of self-learning system. To verify the developed framework, 120 data sets were generated for proper analyzing of acquired
output through graphical representation. The paper also presents some of the important features of maintenance schedule and
probable causes of wire breakage with remedial actions in tabular form. The developed system can help the operators, trainees,
and manufacturing engineers in achieving trouble free machining through quick detection of faults and proper maintenance of

This paper presents a development result for image processed tracking system of multiple moving objects based on Kalman filter and a simple window tracking method. The proposed algorithm of foreground detection and background adaptation (FDBA) is composed of three modules: a block checking module (BCM), an object movement prediction module (OMPM), and an adaptive background estimation module (ABEM). The BCM is processed for checking the existence of objects. To speed up the image processing time and to precisely track multiple objects under the object’s mergence, a concept of a simple window tracking method is adopted in the OMPM. The ABEM separates the foreground from the background in the reset simple tracking window in the OMPM. It is shown through experimental results that the proposed FDBA algorithm is robustly adaptable to the background variation in a short processing time. Furthermore, it is shown that the proposed method can solve the problems of mergence, cross and split that are brought up in the case of tracking multiple moving objects. 相似文献

The simultaneously sampling data acquisition system contains 16 eight-channel modules, which record the shapes of single pulse signals, and the controller module of the system bus of the Eurocrate, which interacts with the basic computer of the diagnostic complex via an Ethernet-FX communication line supported by TCP/IP protocols. The recording modules are based on 12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADC). The ADC samples are fixed in buffer storage units with a capacity of up to 1 Mword/channel. The current amplitudes of the input signals are measured simultaneously in all recording channels with a time jitter of 3 ns. The maximum sampling frequency is below 4 MHz. 相似文献

This paper presents an intelligent proportional-integral sliding mode control (iPISMC) for direct power control of variable speed-constant frequency wind turbine system. This approach deals with optimal power production (in the maximum power point tracking sense) under several disturbance factors such as turbulent wind. This controller is made of two sub-components: (i) an intelligent proportional-integral module for online disturbance compensation and (ii) a sliding mode module for circumventing disturbance estimation errors. This iPISMC method has been tested on FAST/Simulink platform of a 5 MW wind turbine system. The obtained results demonstrate that the proposed iPISMC method outperforms the classical PI and intelligent proportional-integral control (iPI) in terms of both active power and response time. 相似文献

This paper presents a practical prototype knowledge-based system, called IKMOULD, for mould design in the injection moulding
process. It attempts to tackle the problem in a practical and integrative way, unlike the stand-alone and mathematical programs
which have been developed in the past to solve only a part of the problem. A total quantitative and structured approach is
not feasible in dealing with the complex and multirelated design problems generally involved in mould design. In this system,
the computational module, the knowledge-based module and the graphic module for generating mould features are integrated within
an interactive CAD-based framework. The knowledge base of the system can be accessed by mould designers through interactive
programs so that their own intelligence and experience can also be incorporated with the total mould design. The approach
adopted both speeds up the design process and facilitates design standardisation which in turn increases the speed of mould

This paper presents the development results of a smart memory module for data acquisition system to examine the characteristics
of shaft misalignment. The smart memory module is a standalone type with high capacity, and it can communicate with computer
via RS-232 interface in off-line after data acquisition. In the process of shaft misalignment maintenance, the misalignment
data achieved by strain gauges on the turbine rotor are synchronized with the angle data gathered by 4 angular sensors boarded
on the smart memory system. The real time data are acquisitioned in the manner of self operation during testing; then the
data saved in smart memory are translated into a computer for data processing and analysis via RS-232C. For the better precision,
the system uses two types of filters: a low pass filter on interface circuit and a transfer average filter in software. Also,
the effectiveness of data acquisition operation using the developed smart memory module is proved through the experimental
