总结了国际上目前研究的几种可以实现自动向数学模型转化的机电一体化系统理想的物理模型建立的方法,即键合图方法、面向对象的方法、方块图方法、系统图方法和混合Petri网方法。分析研究了由Lancaster大学EDC(Engineering Design Center)中心的研究者们开发的计算机辅助机电一体化系统概念设计的建模与仿真软件Schemebuilder,研究了用键合图方法建模的仿真软件20-sim和使用面向对象方法建模的仿真软件Dymola,以及使用方块图建模的控制系统仿真软件Matlab和机械机构系统仿真软件Adams。最后总结了机电一体化建模与仿真的发展趋势,即机电相结合的机电一体化系统仿真软件为机电一体化系统理想的建模和仿真环境。  相似文献

为了不断提高轴承的寿命与精度,目前轴承所使用的材料、设备、工艺都有了飞跃的发展.轴承加工单位在不断提高这些加工精度与研发材料达到某个极限时,不得不从轴承设计角度上对通用轴承进行创新.由于“差载轴承”属新型轴承产品,尚无详细的寿命及其精度方面的理论分析,以汽车轮毂轴承为主要事例,就该新轴承相对传统结构的轴承,有效提高了寿命与极限转速,做了表浅性研究分析,为行业提供参考和借鉴.  相似文献

Hydrodynamic bearings are subjected to wear during starts and stops due to the absence of sufficient film pressure to effect complete separation of the sliding surfaces. In an earlier publication, our group reported the development of a new hydrodynamic rolling hybrid bearing (HRHB) to overcome the wear problem in hydrodynamic bearings. In the configuration, the transition of operation modes between the rolling bearing supporting state and the hydrodynamic bearing supporting state was realized by the clearance of the rolling bearing. Here we report on the development of a method to identify the operation modes for HRHBs based on monitoring the cage speed of the rolling bearing. The variation of cage speed with the shaft speed is measured. The effects of external load and starting time on the cage speed are also investigated experimentally. The results show that variation in the cage speed reflects changes in the load on the rolling bearing, as well as the operation modes of the HRHBs. With increases in the shaft speed, the variation in the cage speed presents three stages: the increasing stage, the decreasing stage, and the stationary stage. In the first two stages, the HRHB works at the rolling bearing supporting state while in stationary stage, the HRHB works at the hydrodynamic bearing supporting state. In additions to its property of no wear sufferance during starts and stops, compared to hydrodynamic bearings there is little risk of catastrophic failure with HRHBs during any interruption to the lubricant supply and compared to rolling bearings there is no fatigue failure. Therefore this hybrid design is useful at very high speeds.  相似文献

This paper introduces a simple “Rule of Thumb” (ROT) method to estimate the load capacity of foil air journal bearings, which are self-acting compliant-surface hydrodynamic bearings being considered for Oil-Free turbomachinery applications such as gas turbine engines. The ROT is based on first principles and data available in the literature and it relates bearing load capacity to the bearing size and speed through an empirically based load capacity coefficient, D. It is shown that load capacity is a linear function of bearing surface velocity and bearing projected area. Furthermore, it was found that the load capacity coefficient, D, is related to the design features of the bearing compliant members and operating conditions (speed and ambient temperature). Early bearing designs with basic or “first generation” compliant support elements have relatively low load capacity. More advanced bearings, in which the compliance of the support structure is tailored, have load capacities up to five times those of simpler designs. The ROT enables simplified load capacity estimation for foil air journal bearings and can guide development of new Oil-Free turbomachinery systems.  相似文献

A new air bearing element called as vortex bearing is introduced and investigated in this study. In comparison to the conventional orifice bearing, the new bearing is characterized by blowing air through tangential nozzles to form a vortex flow. The study focuses on one vortex-bearing element to investigate its basic characteristics (flow rate characteristics, pressure and velocity distributions, load capacity, and static stiffness). We show that the vortex bearing uses vortex flow to form a sunken negative pressure distribution at the central area, so that it can narrow the gap clearance between the workpiece and the bearing and thereby improve the flotation stiffness. Moreover, blowing air tangentially instead of emitting onto the workpiece directly can avoid the formation of intense pressure distribution on the workpiece’s surface, which would reduce the partial stress concentration acting on the workpiece. For these reasons, the new vortex bearing is applicable in air conveyors that float and transport workpieces such as glass substrates and silicon wafers.  相似文献

The elasto-hydraustatic bearing is a new type of hydraustatic bearing. In action, it is similar to some conventional type of hydraustatic bearing The difference lies in the fact that in a Conventional hydraustatic bearing, the inside surface of the bearing shell must bs made to a certain configuration to prodvce the by dravstatic action. In this new type of bearing, the bearing shell is made to the form of a plain cylindrical bushing with a circumferential groove in the middle. (Fig 3-1) when the oil pressure is low, it will function as a plain sliding bearing. But when the pressure of oil is high, the bearing Shell, mostly made of some elastomer, will deform and the diameter of the bearing at the middle will be larger than the diameter at both ends. As is well known, this taper shaped bearing shell will have hydracstatic action, (Fig 3-2) Experiments show that the load carrying capacity of this kind of hrdravstatic bearing can be computed by the following empirical formula;W=0.12xDxL when the bearing bushing is made of metal, the outside of the bushing must be hollowed out(Fig3-3) to make it easier to deform.There are many advantage of this type of hydraustatic bearing. It is simple in form and very easy to make. When the pressure of the oil drops, it will foction as a plain bearing and hence is very safe and reliable. As there is no groove at the inside of the bearing shell, it will function as a squeeze film bearing under shock or vibrating load and has a high capacity.  相似文献

向心推力滚动轴承本身所受轴向力通常采用判断“压紧”端和“放松”端的方法来求解,现有的判别方法既不完备,又容易出错。为了完善现有的判别方法,通过轴系结构的分析,引入轴承安装方式这一新增判别条件。为了简化计算过程,通过力学推导,提出了一种不需要利用判别方法,直接得到向心推力滚动轴承本身所受轴向力的新方法,称为附加轴向力法,即向心推力滚动轴承本身所受轴向力等于其本身派生轴向力与其本身所受附加轴向力之和,并通过与原先方法的结果对比验证了新方法的正确性。  相似文献
