直接将细胞色素C吸附在硝酸纤维素(NC)膜上,进行了基质辅助激光解吸电离- 飞行时间- 质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析。质量准确度和重现性没有明显的降低,检测极限可达lpm ol。扫描电镜结果表明,本文所用NC膜具有孔径均匀、孔深适宜的特点,允许蛋白质和基质在膜上形成良好的“包裹型”或“包围型”结晶 相似文献

纳米压痕仪被称为材料机械性质微探针,它借助于加载-卸载过程中压痕对载荷和压入深度的敏感关系,使得测试始终在薄膜材料的弹性限度内,克服了维氏法和努氏法等传统方法引起压痕边缘模糊或者碎裂的缺点,从而正确地、可靠地测试出薄膜材料的硬度和弹性模量等纳米力学性能.试验用微波电子回旋共振等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,在不同偏压条件下制备三种类金刚石薄膜(DLC膜),用纳米压痕仪测试不同载荷下薄膜的硬度和弹性模量值.试验结果表明,材料的纳米硬度和弹性模量随着载荷的增大而逐渐减小. 相似文献

为提高纺织机高速纺纱工况下钢丝圈表面的磨损性能,采用直流等离子气相沉积法在钢丝圈表面制备类金刚石涂层(DLC),采用原位扫描探针显微镜观测涂层表面形貌,测量并计算涂层硬度。结果发现,DLC涂层颗粒粒径约为100 nm,呈岛状聚集分布,硬度约为18 GPa。采用球-盘式摩擦试验机研究DLC涂层在不同载荷(20~100 N)和不同转速(100~600 r/min)条件下的摩擦特性。结果表明,在低载高速的条件下,DLC涂层具有良好的耐磨特性,符合钢丝圈的实际工况。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析涂层的磨损机制,结果发现,在摩擦磨损过程中从薄膜中释放出来的氢和涂层的剪切变形引起了DLC薄膜的石墨化SP^3/SP^2转变,从而降低了摩擦因数和磨损率。 相似文献

介绍了弯曲电弧磁过滤设备,并利用脉冲磁过滤阴极真空电弧沉积技术,在高速钢基体上制备了DLC膜.对制得的DLC薄膜表面形貌、Raman光谱及纳米硬度和弹性模量等进行了测试.结果表明,脉冲磁过滤阴极电弧法制备的DLC膜具有优良的性能.拉曼光谱分析显示,制得的薄膜为非晶结构,具有明显的sp2和sp3键杂化结构,符合DLC膜的特征,基体负偏压为50 V时,沉积的DLC膜Raman光谱的ID/IG值最小,sp3键含量最高,纳米硬度和弹性模量值达到最高,分别为29.94 GPa和333.9 GPa. 相似文献

To develop electroconductive and high-endurance solid lubricant nanoperiod multilayer (DLC/Au)n films, diamond-like carbon (DLC) and gold layers were deposited while controlling the time the substrate was exposed graphite
and gold targets. The electrical resistivity of the (DLC/Au)n multilayer films was ~12.4 Ω cm. The hardness of the (DLC/Au)n multilayer films was similar to that of DLC films and much higher than that of gold monolayer films. According to the results
of oscillating sliding tests under water boundary lubrication and dry conditions, (DLC/Au)n multilayer films exhibited the low friction coefficient, little damage, and high sliding durability than the monolayer films.
(DLC/Au)n films also have a lower friction coefficient and exhibit less damage than a Au monolayer under polyalphaolefin boundary lubrication. 相似文献

The tribological behavior of alternating-layered diamond-like carbon (DLC) films was examined under a variety of humid conditions.
Alternating deposited layers with Si-incorporated DLC (Si-DLC) and DLC films were prepared using a hybrid coating system.
The residual stress of the alternating-layered films was reduced while the hardness was relatively less dependent on the number
of alternating-layered sets. A ball-on-disk type tribological test was carried out under the following humid conditions: dry,
50% and 90% relative humidity. The friction coefficient for higher number of alternating-layered sets decreased with increasing

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) has been of interest as a promising coating for protection and insulating layer in micro-electromechanical
systems due to high hardness, wear resistance, transparency in IR range, chemical inertness and biocompatibility. The interfacial
effect on thermal transport is studied for DLC films deposited on Al2O3 substrates with an ion gun method. Thermal conductivity of DLC thin films is measured with a 3ω method. DLC films show the
thickness-dependent thermal conductivity, which is understood with the interfacial thermal resistance between DLC thin film
and Al2O3 substrate. The interfacial thermal resistance and thermal conductivity of bulk DLC are determined with the measured thickness-dependent

The effects of added materials such as metals like titanium (Ti), molybdenum (Mo) and iron (Fe) diamond-like carbon (DLC) films on boundary lubrication and microtribological properties were investigated. The nanoindentation hardness and microwear resistance can be improved by adding the proper metal to DLC films, as evaluated by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Boundary lubrication properties of DLC films with metals are improved as comparing with DLC films without metal under lubricant with both MoDTC and ZDDP additives. Moreover, lower friction coefficient of μ=0.03 than carburized steel is exhibited with the appropriate quantity of Ti added. The tribochemical reactant was formed on the sliding surface of the Ti-containing DLC film like as carburized steel. Higher mechanical damping materials containing elements, such as Mo, Zn, P and S, formed tribochemical reactors as observed by X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (XPS) and AFM force modulation methods. 相似文献
