This paper proposes a new systematic reliability analysis method for repairable systems with multifunction modes based on the goal‐oriented (GO) method. First, we create a new function GO operator, a new logical GO operator, and a new auxiliary GO operator, deduce their GO operation formulas, and propose some new rules of the GO operation and an exact algorithm with shared signal of the GO method for such systems. Then, we formulate the analysis process of repairable systems with multifunction modes based on the new GO method. Finally, we apply this new GO methodology to reliability analysis of the control system for a heavy vehicle. To verify the feasibility, advantage, and reasonableness of the new GO methodology, we compare its analysis results with those of fault tree analysis and Monte Carlo simulation. We show that the proposed GO method has clear advantages in system reliability modeling and analysis. All in all, this study not only improves the theory of the GO method and widens its application but also provides a new approach for conducting reliability analysis of complex systems quickly and efficiently.  相似文献

A new finite element for two-layer plates with built-in interlayer slip is developed. The new plate element is based on a new plate theory formulated using a new variational principle due to Reissner. The accuracy of the new element is investigated by applying it to the problem of a two-layer plate with a linear slip law in cylindrical bending for which an exact elasticity solution exists. The comparison of the inplane response for several different values of interlayer shear stiffness and layer thickness ratios shows that the new element gives accurate results. The cylindrical bending of a two-layer plate with bilinear interlayer slip law is investigated with the new element and the results obtained are compared with a plane strain analysis. Good agreement is obtained for in-plane normal stresses and displacements. To further assess the simulation capabilities of the proposed element, a rectangular plate under concentrated load is analysed and the growth of slip failure regions is shown.  相似文献

通过研究影视动画在新媒体领域的设计目标,结合具体的新媒体产品实例,提出了影视动画与新媒体周边产品的关联类型,即与交互图书的情节关联、与数字游戏的外延关联、与蓝光光盘互动的即时关联;并在此基础上总结了动画新媒体周边产品的设计要点,包括对动画原作情节的延伸与改编设计、交互方式的创新设计。同时探讨了未来动画新媒体周边产品的发展方向与交互趋势。  相似文献

本文对无约束优化问题提出一个自适应的信赖域方法,每次迭代都充分利用当前迭代点包含的二次信息自动产生一个信赖域半径,所用的计算信赖域半径的策略没有增加额外的计算量。在通常条件下,证明了全局收敛性及局部超线性收敛结果,数值结果验证了新方法的有效性。  相似文献

Thin‐film transistors (TFTs) matured later than silicon integrated circuits, but in the past 15 years the technology has grown into a huge industry based on display applications, with amorphous and polycrystalline silicon as the incumbent technology. Recently, an intense search has developed for new materials and new fabrication techniques that can improve the performance, lower manufacturing cost, and enable new functionality. There are now many new options – organic semiconductor (OSCs), metal oxides, nanowires, printing technology as well as thin‐film silicon materials with new properties. The new Spanish Patent Act ("Law 24/2015, of July 24, on Patents") was passed by the Spanish Parliament in July 2015, but did not enter into force until 1st. April 2017. Among other important changes in comparison with the previous 1986 Act, the new regulation stablishes a single granting procedure with substantive examination for every patent application. Regarding patent information, some new document kind codes have been created in order to cope with the additional procedures provided for in the new Act. On the other hand, as a consequence of the implementation of substantive examination, the new Act seems to have fostered the use of patent information services as a means to ensure in advance the novelty and inventiveness of the patent applications. This communication informs about both the new types of Spanish patent documents and the apparent surge in the use of patent information services in Spain as a consequence of the implementation of the new regulation.  相似文献

目的 把新媒体当作一种公益招贴设计作品展示的渠道,并且专门针对新媒体传播环境,探索适合的公益招贴的设计思路、设计形式和设计语言。方法 从公益招贴的定义入手,概述其与媒体的关系,并多方面比较了解公益招贴在传统媒体和新媒体两种媒体环境下的不同传播特性。然后,对基于新媒体传播的公益招贴设计在创意、形式、表现三个方面进行分析,提出公益招贴设计应对新媒体传播时可采取的新思路、新形式以及应该彰显的视觉表现上的优势,并结合具体案例分别加以阐述。结论 公益招贴设计是纸媒体时代行之有效的广告形式之一,而融合了新媒体传播特色的设计则更是传播时政理念、公共道德、公共利益的利器,有着更好的传播效果和宽广的发展空间。  相似文献

为了对中国木板年画进行数字化保护,本文以套色印刷的朱仙镇木板年画为例,采用图像处理技术从年画中提取出线版和色版.处理流程分为前处理、线版提取、色版提取和后处理四个部分.以像素的RGB和CMY颜色分量比率计算灰度值,将图中大部分彩色转化为白色,依此对年画进行去色处理;再经过阈值处理、形态学处理和线条光滑获得年画的黑色线版.主要利用K-均值聚类方法获取年画的色版.本文的处理结果很好地表现了年画的画版原貌,所提出的处理框架对于中国木板年画的数字化保护具有较高的实用价值.  相似文献

This paper presents a new model for shrinkage and a new approach for shrinkage compensation to enhance the accuracy of parts produced by selective laser sintering (SLS)–a solid freeform fabrication process. The present prevailing approach as proposed by machine manufacturers is simple but not accurate. A new shrinkage model which accounts for part geometry as well as beam offset is proposed in this work. A new compensation scheme which accounts for nonlinear shrinkage is proposed, implemented and validated. The proposed compensation scheme compensates for shrinkage at every layer and at every hatch length, unlike a uniform compensation scheme applied to entire part. A new algorithm which accounts for this is developed and implemented. Experiments carried out with the new shrinkage model as well as with the new compensation scheme have shown significant improvement in the accuracy of the parts produced which establishes the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

A new method called new strain induced and melt activated (new SIMA) is introduced firstly through using equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) as strain induced step in SIMA and completing melt activated step by semi-solid isothermal treatment, by which semi-solid billet with fine spheroidal grains with average grain size of 5 μm can be prepared. Comparing with common SIMA, semi-solid processed satellite angle frame components using semi-solid billet prepared by new SIMA have higher room temperature and 393 K high temperature mechanical properties.  相似文献

A new reliability analysis method for repairable systems with closed‐loop feedback link (CLFL) is proposed based on GO methodology. A method for creating new function GO operators is used to describe the CLFL. Next, methods for deducing the formulae of the new GO function are proposed. In addition, a 2‐level GO model is proposed for the GO operation of repairable systems with CLFL. And then, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for repairable systems with CLFL based on the GO method are proposed, and a process for analyzing repairable systems with CLFL based on the new GO method is formulated. Finally, we used this new GO method to analyze the reliability of an electro‐hydraulic servo speed control system and a power‐shift steering transmission control system for a heavy vehicle. To verify the feasibility, advantages, and reasonability of the new GO method, we compared our results with those obtained by fault tree analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation, and an existing GO method using serial and parallel structures to represent the CLFL. All in all, the proposed method overcomes the limitations of the existing methods as well as increasing its applicability. And it provides a new approach for reliability analysis of repairable systems with CLFL.  相似文献
