目前,物流作为"第三利润源"已经成为一个新的经济热点,受到国民越来越多的重视,然而在大力发展物流行业的同时,人们面临着一个共同的问题:如何合理地对物流中心进行选址。物流中心在物流系统运作中具有很重要的地位,是连接物流上游供应地和下游需求方的桥梁。在对物流中心的重要性有所了解后,本文从销售方、物流中心、需求方这三个层面出发,针对成本最小化这一目标,运用混合整数规划方法对多物流中心的选址建立模型并运用Lingo软件对模型进行求解并得出结果。  相似文献

The geographical location of Turkey in general, and Istanbul in particular, in a wider region encompassing the Black Sea, Balkans, Caucasus and Middle East provides an absolute advantage for the city to become an important international logistics node. Recent research has also identified Turkey as the fifth largest logistics market in the world. Therefore, promoting Istanbul as a logistics center of international importance has been high on the agenda of the Turkish central government, city authorities, and interest groups in recent years. To achieve this aim, local and central governments have been sponsoring new infrastructural projects to strengthen the position of the city as a world-class logistics center. However, other research has pointed to serious problems resulting from legislative shortcomings, lack of coordination among public bodies, mistakes in implementation, and insufficiencies in infrastructure and human capital. This article is based on a research project involving logistics firms in Istanbul designed to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of Istanbul in its quest to become as a logistics center serving a wider region beyond Turkey. The results of the interviews and survey have shown that today, logistics activity in the Marmara region (and Istanbul in particular) is mainly the result of economic activities taking place in a national context, rather than the result of entrepôt or logistics node operations at a regional or global level. In the promotional literature of public authorities, nevertheless, ’links with Turkic republics’ and ’a bridge between Europe and Asia’ are repeatedly referred to, despite their diminishing relevance to the operational requirements of Turkish logistics companies. Bureaucratic and legislative implementation deficiencies, and consequent transport shortcomings seem to occupy a more concrete and higher place on their agenda for the growth of logistics service provision. Policy formation needs to recognize this ordering of priorities in order to integrate economic and urban planning more effectively.  相似文献

Located in Wutiao Harbor of Tainan City, Hai'an Road used to be a significant trade logistics center and the most flourishing commercial area until the construction of underground street in Hai'an Road and the beginning of broadening project which brought irreparable and huge damages to this historic street. Fortunately, Artistic Street Renovation Plan was implemented in 2004 and succeeded in revitalizing Hai'an Road. The implementation of this plan transformed this street into an art museum to which lots of photographers and artists were attracted and made a pilgrimage. Besides, it remodeled the local cultural identity and enhanced the community cohesion. Based on the in-depth research on the integral process of Artistic Street Renovation Plan on Hai'an Road, this paper focuses on the analysis of multivariate stakeholders' partnership among government, inhabitants, curatorial group and artists so as to propose protective methods and developmental ideas for historical streets.  相似文献

Logistics agglomeration refers to the geographical concentration of logistics companies and activities. The growing trend of logistics agglomeration in the USA has drawn significant attention from both researchers and policy makers, and its benefits are being widely recognized. However, understanding of logistics agglomeration is still limited. The purposes of this paper are to confirm and quantify productivity gains for the logistics industry from the trend of agglomeration, using the County Business Patterns dataset for the US counties from 2007 to 2014. Panel unit root and panel cointegration test results suggest that a long-run equilibrium relationship between logistics agglomeration and logistics industry productivity exists. We then apply the panel fully modified ordinary least squares regression to estimate the long-run elasticity, and model estimation shows that the elasticity between concentration of logistics activities and industry productivity is 0.039. The study thus provides empirical evidence of the economic benefits associated this phenomenon and suggests that in a long run logistics agglomeration gives rise to higher industry productivity with an elasticity of 4%. In addition, our study results provide justification for policy makers to further invest in logistics agglomeration.  相似文献
