Based on the electrical capacitance tomography technique, a voidage measurement system that can implement a voidage distribution display and voidage measurement of a gas-solid fluidized bed simultaneously is developed. The back projection algorithm is selected as the image reconstruction algorithm to satisfy the requirement of voidage distribution display. Combining the Tikhnov regularization principle with the ART algorithm, a new quantitative hybrid image reconstruction algorithm is presented to implement the voidage measurement of a gas-solid fluidized bed. Experimental results show that the developed measurement system is successful. The speed of image reconstruction of voidage distribution is greater than 20 frames per second. The maximum error of voidage measurement can be less than 5%.  相似文献

基于电容层析成像技术,提出了一种在线测量气固流化床空隙率的新方法。建立了相应的12电极电容层析成像气固流化床空隙率测量系统,可同时实现气固 流化床空隙率分布的在线显示和整体空隙率测量。选择加权反投影算法进行图像重建以保证空隙率分布显示的实时性和有效性。采用Tikhonov正则化原理和ART算法相结合的组合型新图像重建算法来实现整体空隙率的测量。Tikhonov正则化原理用于克服图像重建过程中的不适定问题,ART算法用于提高最终重建图像的质量。研究表明以上提出的空隙率测量新方法是有效的。空隙率分布在线测量的速度可达25幅/秒以上,整体空隙率测量的最大误差可小于5%。  相似文献

介绍了应用数字图像处理技术检测流化床气固稀相流动体积空隙率的方法.使用高速摄影系统,对流化床气固稀相流动过程进行实时拍摄和图像采集,利用图像处理技术对不同时刻的图像进行消噪、边缘提取、二值化、分割等处理,然后计算出图像中目标颗粒的周长、面积、体积等参数.统计得出每幅图像中颗粒粒径分布曲线.利用数学模型,计算出稀相流动不同时刻的体积空隙率.实验结果表明,该方法较符合实际情况、且具有较高的测量精度,可以用于气固稀相流动参数的在线检测.  相似文献

针对电容层析成像技术的图像重建问题,提出了基于数据驱动的卷积神经网络图像重建方法。根据气固两相流的流型特点,通过数值模拟的方法随机生成了60000组介质分布图像,并利用有限元法计算了与之对应的电容向量,从而建立了一个“电容向量-介质分布”数据集;然后根据电容层析成像图像重建特点建立了卷积神经网络模型,对数据集中的训练集进行学习和训练,并利用测试集对训练结果进行了验证与评价。在此基础上,对获得的ECT图像重建卷积神经网络模型进行了静态实验和流化床测试实验研究。模拟和实验结果表明:所建立的卷积神经网络能较好地实现ECT图像重建,可直接用于流化床内的颗粒浓度分布测量。  相似文献

A signal reconstruction technique was developed recently to measure the electrostatic charge density distribution surrounding a bubble rising in a two-dimensional gas-solid fluidized bed using four induction probes flush with the outside wall of a two-dimensional fluidized bed and connected to charge amplifiers for recording induced charge signals as bubbles pass by the probes. The model was implemented in Visual FORTRAN using the LSGRR Subroutine to invert the matrix for the signal reconstruction. However, if the matrix was mathematically singular or ill-conditioned, a least-squares routine or the singular value decomposition routine provided had to be used to give approximate results. If the dimension of the matrix exceeds the permissible limit, or the number of pixels is much larger than the number of measurements, the matrix cannot be inverted using the LSGRR subroutine.This paper shows that an iterative linear back projection algorithm (LBP), often used in linear tomography, can be applied to improve the reconstruction resolution of the charge distribution around rising single bubbles in a gas-solid fluidized bed. The experimentally measured induced charges from four induction probes were then applied to reconstruct the real charge distribution around a single rising gas bubble injected in a two-dimensional column as it passed the probes. The results reconstructed using the LBP method are found to be smoother and more accurate than those obtained from the LSGRR subroutine.  相似文献

Experiments were carried out to determine the gas-solid mass transfer coefficient for the air-naphthalene system under fast-fluidized conditions. The data were obtained under conditions of high voidage (as high as 98%) and high gas velocities (0·5 m/s-2·2 m/s). The results indicate that the correlation for the mass-transfer coefficient in a gas-solid fluidized bed under low voidage conditions established by previous investigators can be extended to the fast fluidization regime. Significantly lower mass transfer coefficients were, however, obtained under high voidage compared to low voidage conditions.  相似文献

将基于能量最小多尺度方法(EMMS)的曳力模型耦合到双流体模型中,并针对循环流化床内的气固两流动进行了模拟研究。采用全滑移壁面边界条件处理颗粒相,考察了3种网格尺度对轴向空隙率和出口颗粒循环量等气固流动特性的影响。计算结果表明,应用EMMS曳力模型处理相间作用力,同时在采用全滑移壁面边界条件处理颗粒相时,双流体模型能够正确预测轴向空隙率分布。采用网格尺寸为2.325 mm×20 mm时,模拟结果和实测数据吻合较好,表明在循环流化床的数值模拟中选择恰当的网格尺度是极为重要的。  相似文献

Previous studies aimed at determining the spatial accuracy of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) have employed phantoms placed within the ECT measurement space. No previous studies have compared ECT with a second independent measurement technique in an operating fluidized bed. In the present work, radial voidage profiles have been measured with ECT in the 0.14-m I.D. riser of a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) and in a bubbling fluidized bed with a 0.19-m I.D. The dynamic and time-averaged radial voidage profiles have been compared with measurements taken with a fibre optic probe in the same riser and in a slightly narrower (0.15-m I.D.) bubbling fluidized bed. In spite of the intrusiveness of the latter technique, the time-averaged radial profiles in the CFB riser fall within 10% of each other when the CFB is operated at high-flux conditions that lead to a very dense wall region. Iterative reconstruction of the ECT images is not needed in this case. Similar agreement is found between the two techniques in the bubbling fluidized bed, but off-line iterative image reconstruction is clearly necessary in this fluidization regime. These results suggest that ECT, which is often described as a tomographic imaging technique with low spatial resolution, can in fact provide semi-quantitative time-averaged images of the cross-section of fluidized beds of diameter comparable to or less than that used here.  相似文献

运用双流体法建立了三维脉冲流化床模型,模拟了不同脉冲下流化床内的气固流动特性。通过床层压降与气体空隙率分布的比较和分析,发现:脉冲可明显地降低床层压降,减小气泡尺寸;脉冲频率越大,床层压降越大;脉冲气流中有稳定气流的床层压降比无稳定气流的床层压降更小;脉冲振幅的增强可适量增加气体空隙率,但床层压降也增大。  相似文献

准确识别流型是流化床气固二相流参数检测的一项重要内容,实验是在流化床气固二相流实验系统上进行的。首先,采集5种典型流型的压力波动信号,并以信号的统计参量作为流型特征。然后,将样本送入经过人工鱼群优化的BP神经网络进行训练。人工鱼群(AFSA)是一种新型的智能优化算法,具有全局收敛性好,鲁棒性强,对初值不敏感等特点,通过优化神经网络的权值使识别率得到明显提高,实现了气固流化床典型流型的快速、准确识别。实验结果表明,该方法对气固流化床5种典型流型的识别率达到97%,为在线识别气固流化床流型提供了一种新的有效方法。  相似文献

气固流化床广泛应用于化工、炼油、冶金、电力等工业生产领域。由于流化床中气固两相流动的复杂性,流化床测量方法的研究成为了一个重要的研究领域。电容层析成像(ECT)是20世纪80年代以来发展起来的一种非介入式多相流测量技术,已经在多相流测量领域发挥了重要作用。总结了国内外近年来应用ECT技术进行气固流化床测量的进展,特别是对气固流化床内固体相浓度、流化床流型识别、固体相速度等方面工作进行了总结,并简单介绍了ECT在流化床干燥中的应用,讨论了ECT和其他测量方法结合使用情况。最后对ECT在流化床测量中的局限性和发展方向进行了讨论。  相似文献

气固流化床DEM模拟中,通常采用面积加权平均法计算局部空隙率,为了考虑网格中显著非均匀结构对局部空隙率的影响,提出一个计算局部空隙率的两相两区模型。该模型将网格中的非均匀结构虚拟划分为稀相和密相,将实际网格区域划分为稀区和密区,并采用时空关联性原理识别稀区和密区;模型还采用自适应方法计算网格中颗粒分布的非均匀度;将非均匀度作为非均匀结构的影响权重计算密区颗粒的局部空隙率。模拟了鼓泡流化床,模拟结果表明:与传统的DEM相比,基于两相两区模型的DEM能更好地模拟气泡形态,且能捕捉气泡冒出床层和气泡破裂的复杂现象。  相似文献

A heterogeneous model for the fast fluidized bed reactor which carries out a gas-solid non catalytic reaction is presented. The hydrodynamics of the fast fluidized bed is characterized by the model of Kwauk et al. (1985) which assumes the existence of two phases; a dense phase and a dilute pneumatic transport phase. For a given solid flowrate, the length of the reactor occupied by each phase depends on gas velocity, particle diameter and density and average voidage within the reactor. The gas-solid reaction is assumed to follow the shrinking core model. The solids are assumed to be completely backmixed in the dense phase and move in plug How in the dilute pneumatic transport phase. The gas phase is assumed to be in plug flow in both phases

For given gas and solid flowrates, the transition from the dense phase flow to the fast fluidized bed (containing two regions) as functions of particle size and density is determined using the model of Kwauk et al. (1985). The numerical solution of the governing mass balance equations show that for given solid and gas flowrates, (and average voidage) the gas phase conversion shows an unusual behavior with respect to particle diameter and density. Such behavior is resulted from the effects of particle diameter and density on the reactor volume occupied by each phase and the effect of particle diameter on the apparent reaction rate. The numerical results show that a fast fluidized bed gives the best conversion at large particle density and for the particle diameter which results the fast fluidized bed to be operated near the pure dense phase flow.  相似文献

构建了X光层析成像(XCT)气固流动参数测量系统,基于锥形束滤波反投影算法(FDK)开发了CT三维重建软件,并设计了射流识别及量化算法。基于以上方法获得了不同流化风速下床料粒径dp、布风板孔口直径d0和布风板孔口均分面积A0对射流形态结构和几何特征的影响规律。结果表明平均射流长度L、最大直径D和体积V与床料粒径dp成反比,与孔口直径d0和孔口均分面积A0成正比,最终拟合了流化床平均射流长度关联式。  相似文献

The solid circulation pattern, the voidage profile, and the jet penetration height have been investigated experimentally and computationally in a cold-flow model of jetting fluidized beds (JFBs) of a binary mixture in this paper. This rectangular two-dimensional bed is 0.30 m wide and 2.05 m high with a central jet and a conical distributor, which roughly stands for the ash-agglomerating fluidized-bed coal gasifier. A video camera and coloured particle tracer method were employed to explore the fluid dynamics in the bed. In terms of the average physical properties of binary mixtures, a hydrodynamic model describing the gas-solid flow characteristics in a jetting bed is resolved by using a modified Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equation (SIMPLE) algorithm. This paper focuses on three features of the fluid dynamics—solid circulation pattern, voidage profile, and jet penetration height. The solid circulation pattern is composed of three regions: the jetting region, the bubble street, and the annular region. Above the central nozzle the time-averaged isoporosity contours are almost elliptic, while near the walls of the bed, the voidage in high solid concentration region is approximately equal to that at the minimum fluidization state. The jet penetration height increases with increasing jet gas velocity and with decreasing average particle diameter. The increase in weight percentage of the lighter component in the binary system reveals that reduction of average density causes the enlargement of jet penetration height. The simulated results show good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

应用双流体气固两相流模型,对均一粒径分布的Geldart D类颗粒的节涌流态化过程进行了模拟. 研究了流化过程中流化状态转变、床层膨胀比以及压力脉动功率谱,从Froude准数和颗粒动能的角度分析了模拟结果中的流化特性,并与实验数据进行了对比. 模拟结果准确预测了Geldart D类颗粒的节涌流态化特性,对床层膨胀高度和功率谱的预测与实验基本吻合. Froude准数和颗粒动能随时间的周期性脉动较好地反映了流化床内节涌流态化的气泡行为.  相似文献

The hydrodynamics of a bubbling gas-solid fluidized bed of 57.4 μm FCC particles was simulated by using a state-of-the-art two-fluid model integrating the kinetic theory of granular flow for particulate phase stresses. The overestimation of the bed expansion was resolved by using a suitable scale factor in the drag model as suggested by McKeen and Pugsley (T.R. McKeen, T.S. Pugsley, Powder Technol., 129, 139 (2003)). This study showed that the method was appropriate in simulation of a gas-solid fluidized bed of Geldart A particles at high gas velocities (0.3 to 0.61 m/s). The reduction of computational time especially for simulation of large-scale systems was achieved. The time-averaged local voidage was compared with the experimental data and the trend of varying several parameters on the hydrodynamic of the bed was investigated. The simulation results showed both qualitative and quantitative agreement with the literature.  相似文献
