为了研究大跨斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁在车辆荷载作用下的受力特点,本文以一斜拉桥为工程背景,建立了整体有限元模型和局部模型。在对整体模型分析的基础上,应用子模型法对该斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁各关键截面进行了有限元受力分析,研究了其应力水平及其分布特点,并总结了大跨斜拉桥扁平钢箱梁的受力特性。其结论可以为同类型桥扁平钢箱梁的设计提供参考。  相似文献

机面吊机与安全平台配合的施工技术主要是针对钢斜拉桥而言的。它是悬臂拼装施工技术的一种,因为斜拉桥钢主梁,不管是开口断面箱梁,还是封闭式断面箱梁,都是在工厂里精加工的,其接头连接型式多为高强螺栓或焊接,桥面吊机可以满足吊装部位钢梁拼接需要,而结构斜拉索的多次张拉,又能保证施工线型满足设计成型的要求。传统的挂篮只剩下施工平台满足施工操作要求,常设计成轻盈的安全平台,多固定在已安装好的梁底轨道上,这样就实现了桥面吊机与安全平台相配合的施工方案。如叠合梁式的南浦大桥、杨浦大桥,混合式桥的徐浦大桥等桥均为如此。  相似文献

Since the mid-twentieth century, prestressed concrete (PC) bridges have been significantly developed to become the most important type of bridge in the world. However, only a few studies have dealt with the reliability-based design optimisation (RBDO) of PC bridges despite the fact that RBDO demonstrates the real behaviour of structures. Moreover, the corrosion of post-tensioned tendon in PC bridges seriously caused sudden failures which have been recorded in the world. Since then, this study presents the probabilistic model and approach to formulate and analyse the RBDO of PC box girder bridges which consider the pitting corrosion phenomenon of shear, torsion reinforcements and post-tensioned tendon. A practical example of a typical PC box girder bridge is presented and discussed. Sensitive analyses are performed to evaluate the influence of ultimate target reliability index on the optimal solution. For the simple support PC box girder bridge, the ultimate target reliability index should be in the range of βult: 3.5–5 in order to produce the optimal design.  相似文献

Accurate evaluation of the effect of possible damage in critical components on the dynamic characteristics of a structure is of critical importance in developing a robust structural damage identification scheme for a long-span cable-stayed bridge. The strategies of finite element (FE) modelling of a long-span cable-stayed bridge for multi-scale numerical analysis are first investigated. A multi-scale model of the Runyang cable-stayed bridge is then developed, which is essentially a multi-scale combination of a FE model for modal analysis of the entire bridge structure and FE sub-models for local stress analysis of the selected locations with respect to the substructuring method. The developed three-dimensional global-scale and local-scale FE models of Runyang cable-stayed bridge achieve a good correlation with the measured dynamic properties identified from field ambient vibration tests and stress distributions of a steel box girder measured from vehicle loading tests, on the basis of which the effectiveness of some damage location identification methods, including a modal curvature index, a modal strain energy index and a modal flexibility index, are evaluated. The analysis results show that the effect of the simulated damage in various components of the steel box girder on the dynamic characteristics of a long-span cable-stayed bridge should be properly considered in structural damage analyses using multi-scale numerical computation.  相似文献

介绍了单索面斜拉桥薄壁钢箱梁体系剪力滞后效应的研究现状,并列举了剪力滞分析方法。结合一实际斜拉桥荷载试验,分析了单索面斜拉桥体系下薄壁钢箱梁的整体受力性能,通过实测数据与有限元计算结果对比分析,结果表明:塔端位置处截面剪力滞后效应不明显,而跨中截面处主梁剪力滞效应则非常突出;实测主梁抗扭性能满足要求。  相似文献

A new type of hybrid high tower is proposed and applied to a multi-span cable-stayed bridge. This is basically a sandwich type structure and consists of a steel double box section filled with concrete. The filled concrete increases its strength due to the confined effect and the steel plates increase the resistance against local buckling because the deformation is restricted by the filled concrete. Therefore, this hybrid tower is expected to have high bending and compressive strength, and also a good ductile property. First, static analysis is conducted for different live load intensity and distribution because the multi-span cable-stayed bridge is a new structure and its static behavior is not fully understood. The live loads distributed in alternate spans give larger bending moment of the towers than the live loads distributed in full spans. Towers with three different heights are also studied, showing that the higher tower produces smaller displacements and bending moments. Safety of the tower is checked by the limit states design method. Serviceability is not a major problem for the hybrid tower. Second, seismic analysis is carried out for a multi-span cable-stayed bridge subjected to the medium and ultra-strong seismic waves specified in Japanese Seismic Code for Highway Bridges. Three support conditions of the girder at the tower cross beams are compared: movable, connection with linear springs and bi-linear springs. Bi-linear springs are very effective in reducing the dynamic displacements and bending moments of the towers. Restorability of the composite tower is checked when an ultra-strong seismic wave hits the model bridge. This study shows that a new steel/concrete hybrid tower is feasible for multi-span cable-stayed bridges and most effective for seismic forces when the girder is connected with bi-linear springs.  相似文献

结合天津海河蚌埠桥钢箱梁节段桥位施工,大桥钢箱梁为全焊接结构,钢箱梁断面宽度大,所用钢材厚度较薄,加之钢箱梁环缝桥位施焊在野外作业,施焊环境恶劣,桥位环缝焊接变形、焊接收缩量和焊接质量的控制等有一定的难度。钢箱梁是天津海河蚌埠桥悬索桥上部的承重钢结构,其焊接质量直接关系到桥梁的安全。为保证产品整体质量,控制焊接变形,对钢箱梁焊接和焊接变形控制进行细致地分析,制定合理可靠的焊接工艺流程,采用焊接变形小和焊接收缩量小的焊接工艺措施。在钢箱梁环缝焊接过程中,通过对人、机、料、环等各方面的控制,保证钢箱梁环缝的焊接质量。根据施工经验,探索预制钢箱梁节段接口匹配工艺及接口环缝焊接变形的规律,通过采取工艺措施确保大桥整体线形满足设计要求。  相似文献
