本文就当前实施的高速公路入口检测系统方案展开研讨,根据高速公路运营管理的特殊性,借鉴高速公路治超十五年来所取得的经验,笔者认为不能简单地将治超工作全部交由入口承担,而应当将入口不停车称重检测与出口复称倒查双模式作为治超的组合拳,强调出口倒查,强化对违法行为的震慑力,提出了"入口检测、出口倒查"的高速公路治超模式,实现高速公路超载超限治理的既定目标。  相似文献

Vascular remodeling in the brain occurs as a plastic change following neural over‐activity. The auditory midbrain (or inferior colliculus, IC) is an ideal place to study sound‐induced vascular changes because it is the brain's most vascularized structure and it is tonotopically organized. However, its micro‐vascular pattern remains poorly understood. Since the IC is a sphere‐like structure, the histological assessment of vasculature could depend on the angle of sectioning. Here, we studied the effects of cutting the IC at different angles on microvascular assessment, specifically: micro‐vascular density and the shape of microvascular lumen. Photomicrographs were taken from 5 µm toluidine blue‐stained histological sections obtained at two angles of sectioning: (a) the conventional coronal sectioning, and (b) a novel “tangential” sectioning (tangential to the dorso‐medial surface of the IC). Results showed that the tangential sections, in comparison with the coronal sections, yielded (a) a higher count of micro‐vascular density and (b) a higher proportion of round‐shaped micro‐vascular lumens. This discrepancy in results between two cut angles is likely related to the spatial pattern of blood vessels supplying the IC. We propose that the tangential sectioning should be adopted as standard for the accurate study of microvasculature in the IC. Microsc. Res. 采用流体力学数值计算软件FLUENT对我国某新型动车组横风条件下的空气动力学性能进行了数值仿真.研究了不同横风风速下,明线上高速列车在不同速度运行时的空气动力性能.根据计算得到的数据,分析了不同横风速度和车速时相应的车体纵、横向气动力变化的规律及成因,得到了相应的结论,为今后列车在横风作用下的运行安全性提供一定的依据.  相似文献

Dental wear caused by tooth care is a complex phenomenon that depends on the quality of the tooth material, the type of toothbrush and the brushing slurry. Tooth wear is commonly determined in abrasion experiments using a standardized toothbrush in contact with a radioactively labeled dentin sample (RDA method). The increase of radioactivity in the slurry is a direct and highly-sensitive indicator for wear. It is, however, detrimental that RDA provides an integral view of the tribological processes leaving microscopic issues undetected. Therefore, in this contribution the macroscopic system of brush versus tooth was reduced to a microtribological setup analyzing the contact between a single bristle (monofilament) and a tooth sample. This setup allowed to correlate friction and wear events to topography and structure of the tooth and will enable the evaluation of cleaning processes microscopically in the future. In addition, results of this work were related to the literature results of RDA experiments.  相似文献
