针对目前人工辅助吊装设备对轮胎进行夹持与搬运的缺点,研制了自动抓胎装置,用于将水平放置的轮胎胎胚自动夹持搬运至输送线上。本抓胎装置包括龙门架结构与抓胎结构,该抓胎装置利用四连杆原理,实现了抓胎装置夹持爪的同步涨缩。该抓胎装置与卸胎装置共用一套移动导轨及链条传动,结构简单,成本低,抓胎过程避免了人工干预,降低了工人的劳动强度,为轮胎从成型到硫化的自动化实现创造了条件。 相似文献

本文对带束层传递环夹持带束层时的夹持精度进行分析,通过有限元方法进行数值模拟计算,得到带束层传递环在空载运行及夹持带束层时变形情况,同时校核传递环在受力时的强度是否符合设计要求。分析结果表明,夹持爪瓦块数量为影响精度主要因素,当夹持爪瓦块数量为11时,较夹持爪瓦块数量为5或6时的真圆度更高,同时整体应力较小,根据分析结果提出考虑铝制材料进行轻量化能有效降低重力造成传递环变形带来的带束层传递精度影响。 相似文献

Injection molding machines are widely used to fabricate plastic products with complex geometries and structures. They consist of an injection unit and a clamping unit. To withstand the pressure of the mold cavity, the clamping unit needs a high clamping force to hold the mold halves. Unfortunately, the clamping force is among the overlooked parameters of the injection molding parameters. Setting the clamping force at max is needed in practice to avoid flash defects for most operators. However, excessive clamping force creates problems for the machine. This study proposes a verification method for determining optimal clamping force based on the clamping force change ΔCF. When ΔCF becomes zero, the current set value of the clamping force is appropriate. A positive and negative ΔCF corresponds to an excessive and insufficient set value of the clamping force, respectively. Verification experiments are implemented on an electric injection molding machine with polypropylene (PP). The experimental results show that the novel strategy can basically calculate and identify the optimal clamping force with iteration method. The optimal clamping force value for current working conditions (620kN) is acquired after several automatic molding trials, which provides a direction for further research. 相似文献

Vacuum bags are used in conjunction with autoclaves to generate the consolidation pressures and temperatures required to manufacture aerospace composites. As the scale of continuous fiber composite structures increases, autoclave processing becomes prohibitively expensive or infeasible. The objective of this study is to develop flexible magnetic clamping structures to increase the consolidation pressure during the conventional vacuum bagging of composite laminates, thereby obviating the need for an autoclave. The ferromagnetic rubber, which consists of rubber filled with iron particles, developed in this study provides a conformable and reusable vacuum bag that provides increased consolidation through attractive forces produced by electromagnets. Experiments and finite‐element modeling indicate that consolidation pressure in the range of 100 kPa can be generated by such a device with realistic power requirements. The effects of the magnetic clamping device process parameters on the consolidation pressure magnitude are modeled theoretically and are characterized experimentally.
