Based on the thermodynamically self-consistent analysis and optimization of three sub-binary systems ofthe ternary system PrCl_3-CaCl_2-MgCl_2,the thermodynamics of this ternary system has been studied.UsingHillert model and taking MgCl_2 as an asymmetric component,the PrCl_3-CaCl_2-MgCl_2 phase diagram hasbeen calculated.The agreement between calculated and measured compositions and temperatures at deflectingpoints on liquidus is good.The system is a simple eutectic one with a eutectic point at 26.0mol% PrCl_3,41.5mol% CaCl_2,32.5mol% MgCl_2;560℃(calculated)and 26.0mol% PrCl_3,39.4mol% CaCl_2,34.6mol%MgCl_2;546℃(measured),respectively. 相似文献

基于Calphad方法,首先对CaCl2-CaO、CaCl2-CaF2和CaO-CaF2体系进行了系统的热力学评估和优化。采用置换溶液模型来描述液相和固溶体相的吉布斯自由能,所有中间相因其固溶区域十分有限而近似处理成准化学计量比化合物,且其自由能依据Neumann-Kopp规则定义。其次,利用Muggianu溶液几何模型将优化获得的所有子二元系的模型参数扩展至CaCl2-CaO-CaF2三元体系。最后,对共晶点进行配样和差示扫描量热法(DSC)测试,通过引入三元交互参数使计算结果与试验数据一致,从而获得了一套自洽的CaCl2-CaO-CaF2三元体系热力学数据库。 相似文献

采用自制微型平衡溶解度测定装置 ,研究了CsCl C2 H5OH H2 O三元体系 2 0℃和 6 0℃时的平衡溶解度 ,并绘制成相应的相图。首次发现 2 0℃时 ,CsCl C2 H5OH H2 O三元体系中 ,乙醇和水没有发生分层 ;而在 6 0℃时 ,3∶7,4∶6 ,5∶5 ,6∶4和 7∶3比例的样品中 ,原本互溶的乙醇 水混合溶液却发生了分层 ,即有部份的乙醇从乙醇 水混合溶剂中分离出来 ,体系由原来的两相 (液相和固相 )变为轻相、重相和湿固相 ,而其它比例的样品在这一温度没有发生分层。用“湿渣结浅法”确定体系在 2 0℃和 6 0℃时的平衡固相为无水CsCl。这一实现现象为氯化铯试剂的分离和纯化提供了必要的依据 相似文献

The isothermal section of the Er-Mn-Nd ternary system at 773 K was investigated mainly by X-ray powder diffraction with the aid of differential thermal analysis. The 773 K isothermal section of the ternary system consists of 9 single-phase regions, 14 two-phase regions, and 6 three-phase regions. At 773 K, the maximum solid solubility of Er in Nd and Nd in Er is about 20%(atom fraction) Er and 26%(atom fraction) Nd, respectively. Er6Mn23 and Nd6Mn23 form a continuous solid solution. The homogeneity range of δ phase extends from about 38% (atom fraction) Er to 43% (atom fraction) Er. No ternary compounds were observed at 773 K in this system. 相似文献

采用自制的相平衡研究装置,测定了Rb2CO3-PEG-H2O三元体系在25,35,45℃ 3个温度及PEG1000,4000,10000 3个分子量下的等温平衡溶解度。用四参数方程w1=a+bw2^0.5+cw2+dw2^2对体系的双液线进行了拟合,拟合结果较好。结果表明该体系的双液相区,随着体系温度的升高和聚乙二醇分子量的增加而增大。用Othmer-Tobias方程和Bancroft方程对体系结线的实验数据进行了关联,并给出了方程的参数,所有线性相关系数(R)均大于0.99;并用NRTL模型对其进行了拟合。论文给出的Rb2CO3-PEG-H2O三元体系的相平衡数据,不仅为溶液化学提供了基础热力学数据,而且为碳酸铷的分离纯化及生物物质的萃取提供了新的方法和依据。 相似文献

In this paper the phase diagrams of LaCl3-LiCl and CeCl3-LiCl systems have been experimentally determined and theoretically calculated. Bath are simple eutectic systems. The eutectic points are at 25mol% LaCl3, 508℃ and 27mol% CeCl3, 494℃, respectively. The optimized phase diagrams and thermodynamical data of LaCl3-LiCl and CeCl3-LiCl systems with self consistency are a better basis for constructing ternary phase diagrams. 相似文献

Metallography, DTA, x-ray, and electron-probe microanalysis methods have been applied to alloys with four compositions in the cast and annealed states. A phase diagram has been constructed for the entire concentration range on the basis of these data together with published ones. The diagram is of peritectic type, and the peritectic temperature is 1500°C. The mutual solubilities of the components at that temperature are 13.3 at.% osmium in nickel and 13 at. % nickel in osmium. The solubility of osmium in nickel falls to 9.2 at. % when the temperature is reduced to 1200°C. 相似文献

A polynomial method has been used to construct a model for the liquidus surface in the ZrO2-Y2O3-Sm2O3 phase diagram; that surface is made up of four fields of primary crystallization for the following phases: solid solutions
based on cubic (C) and hexagonal (H) Y2O3, cubic ZrO2 with a structure of fluorite type F, and high-temperature cubic La2O3 (X). The ternary system has two nonvariant four-phase equilibria of incongruent type.
