随着直接数字射线照相DDR、计算机射线照相CR、成像版IP等新成像技术在医学成像界的逐步推广应用,传统的X线胶片,包括各种感兰片、感绿片、CT片等的市场已逐步被这些新成像系统产品所占据,在我国的大城市,有些医院(如上海瑞金医院)已经把X线成像的相关工作,包括:照相、诊断、交流、存档、检索、教学、研究全部数字化,不使用胶片了;尽管如此,由于我国广大农村人口卫生保健全面改善的实际需要和支付水平,以及传统医用X线胶片和成像设备的较低价格,胶片仍然还在广泛使用,因此我国最近几年的医用X线胶片的消费量还是在逐步增长,而且预计今后还要继续增长。本文以海关的进出口数据和对医院就诊人数的统计,进行全面分析说明这个问题。  相似文献

本文以实例表明用柯达T颗粒感绿X线胶片配合专用的硫氧化钆/铽稀土元素绿增感屏进行矽肺肺摄影可以取得优越的临床诊断效果:细微结构清晰、信息量增加,有利于早期病变的检出。X线投照量仅需作对比用的常规富士感蓝X线胶片和钨屏组合的五分之一至三分之一。  相似文献

感绿胶片/稀土增感屏系统可大大降低射线剂量。这主要是由于稀土增感屏比钨酸钙增感屏有较高的X线吸收效率及转换为可见光的效率。感绿的屏/片体系显示了细微的影像颗粒,具有较高的解像力。这主要是由于感绿片采用了T颗粒技术及抗交迭效应技术,提高了乳剂对荧光的吸收,同时防止交迭光的散射危害。  相似文献

利用Ar^+束溅射沉积技术在HgCdTe表面低温生长了CdTe介质薄膜。分别用CdTe介质膜和HgCdTe自身阳极氧化膜对HgCdTe表面钝化,利用光电导衰退信号波形的拟合,得到了不同表面钝化的HgCdTe非平衡载流子表面复合速度。结果表明,CdTe/HgCdTe界面质量已超过自身阳极氧化膜/HgCdTe界面质量。  相似文献

借助数字测量和自动控制技术,数字监控冲洗技术可在航摄胶片的冲洗过程中,实时、在线测量胶片影像的密度,并自动调整胶片的冲洗强度,从而解决多种曝光条件的航摄胶片同时冲洗加工的难题。数字测控冲洗技术是以数字测控冲洗机来实现的,主要的特点是,增加了胶片冲洗过程中的影像密度检测和喷雾增强显影的功能。实践应用证明,用这种冲洗机冲洗航摄胶片,能取得良好的冲洗效果。  相似文献

A simple, scalable, and cost-effective technique for controlling the growth density of ZnO nanorod arrays based on a layer-by-layer polyelectrolyte polymer film is demonstrated. The ZnO nanorods were synthesized using a low temperature (T = 90?°C), solution-based method. The density-control technique utilizes a polymer thin film pre-coated on the substrate to control the mass transport of the reactant to the substrate. The density-controlled arrays were investigated as potential field emission candidates. The field emission results revealed that an emitter density of 7?nanorods?μm(-2) and a tapered nanorod morphology generated a high field enhancement factor of 5884. This novel technique shows promise for applications in flat panel display technology.  相似文献

We report a novel nanomanufacturing technique that incorporates patterned arrays built entirely from Fe?O? nanoparticles into a flexible and transparent polymer film. First, the nanoparticles are patterned using the enormous magnetic field gradients at the surface of commercial disk drive media, and then the resulting architecture is transferred to the surface of a polymer film by spin-coating and peeling. Since the particles are immobilized by the field gradients during the spin-coating process, the patterned array is preserved after peeling. To demonstrate the potential of this technology, we fabricate a 5 mm diameter all-nanoparticle diffraction grating capable of producing a white-light optical spectrum. We also demonstrate several extensions to this technology, where, by adding an external magnetic field during assembly, we create both periodic variations in topography, as well as a nanocomposite with two vertically and horizontally separated nanoparticle layers. As this technique leverages the nanometer resolution inherent in current magnetic recording technology, strong potential exists for low-cost nanomanufacturing of optical and electronic devices from a variety of nanomaterials with ~10 nm resolution.  相似文献

Radio-Frequency Plasma Beam Sources — New tools for industrial particle beam induced thin film processes The applications for ion beam techniques has moved from pure base research to industry, mainly for microelectronics applications. Their potential for future surface and thin film processes are known to a large number of users and developers in this area. However such techniques are relative sophisticated and due to the costs industrial applications are often limited. RF-plasma beam technology with its specific advantages may be a possible candidate to overcome these restrictions. For some applications RF plasma beam technology is just on the step to an industrial use. But this technique is still not generally known, and its possibilities deserves more attention. Within this article the principle of plasma beam formation and construction of plasma beam formation and construction of plasma beam sources are described. 利用双放电腔微波ECR等离子体增强非平衡磁控溅射技术成功制备了切削刀具测温传感器的SiO_2多层复合绝缘薄膜,研究了SiO_2多层复合绝缘薄膜的制备工艺.通过扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、台阶仪和XPS对SiO_2功能薄膜的表面形貌、膜厚及成分进行了观测,结果表明,制备的多层复合SiO_2薄膜厚度小、绝缘性好,绝缘电阻达到9.5×10~(12)Ω.其与金属基体结合力可达16.7N,满足制作切削刀具测温传感器的要求.  相似文献

Stoichiometric CaMoO4 thin film was successfully fabricated based on chemical solution processing. The thin films were deposited on Si(100) substrates by means of the spin-coating technique. X-ray diffraction reveals that the CaMoO4 thin film prepared are pure and well crystalline thin films. Atom Force Microscope photographs indicate that the film prepared possesses a homogeneous and dense surface morphology. The average grain size of the films was 40-50 nm, and the root-mean-square (RMS) of the surface roughness and the average surface roughness of the film measured were 2.161 nm and 1.726 nm respectively. The photoluminescent properties of calcium molybdate thin film under ultraviolet light excitation were systematically measured from 12 K to room temperature and a green emission band of the films were observed. The results of present work confirm that the chemical solution processing is a promising technology on the fabrication of CaMoO4 thin film.  相似文献

Plasma-ion assisted deposition, a newly developed evaporation technique for the production of optical coatings results, in outstanding film properties even at a low substrate temperature. The results of single layer investigations in comparison with conventional evaporation demonstrate the physical effects that improve the film properties. The combination of hard- and anti reflexion coating in one vacuum process for plastic eye glass lenses reduces the production time drastically while the quality of the finished product is secured. The production of ultra stable interference filters for fiber optic communication applications demonstrates the superior ability of this technology.  相似文献
