针对履带车辆转弯过程中履带受到较大的侧向力而影响转向机构安全的问题,设计了液压驱动的铰接转向系统。根据运动学理论推导了履带车辆转向过程的力学模型,搭建了转向机构的动力学和强度分析耦合仿真模型。模拟了转向过程中车辆的动力学规律,研究了不同工况下铰接架刚度的变化,对不满足安全性要求的区域进行了改进。可以看出:在转向过程达到最大角度35°时,转向机构受力存在较大的突变;同时铰接处存在应力集中;改进后的铰接转向机构比原机构更能满足各种工况下的刚度强度要求。 相似文献

以柔性模块化设计理论为基础,将KBE技术与CAE技术集于一体,提出了将KBE技术与CAE相结合的产品柔性模块的创建方法,介绍了以面向对象的专家系统集成开发环境(Visual Frame,VF)为基础完成知识库的构建方法,并以液压机为例,建立了一套基于KBE和CAE技术的液压机机身计算机辅助设计系统框架。实践证明,将KBE技术和CAE技术集于一体,能够较好的解决机械产品的模块化快速响应设计问题。 相似文献

Increasing frame torsional stiffness of off-road vehicle will lead to the decrease of body torsional deformation, but the increase of torsional loads of flame and suspension system and the decrease of wheel adhesive weight. In severe case, a certain wheel will be out of contact with road surface. Appropriate matching of body, flame and suspension torsional stiffnesses is a difficult problem for off-road vehicle design. In this paper, these theoretically analytic models of the entire vehicle, body, frame and suspension torsional stiffness are constructed based on the geometry and mechanism of a light off-road vehicle's body, frame and suspension. The body and frame torsional stiffnesses can be calculated by applying body CAE method, meanwhile the suspension's rolling angle stiffness can be obtained by the bench test of the suspension's elastic elements. Through fixing the entire vehicle, using sole timber to raise wheels to simulate the road impact on a certain wheel, the entire vehicle torsional stiffness can be calculated on the geometric relation and loads of testing. Finally some appropriate matching principles of the body, frame and suspension torsional stiffness are summarized according to the test and analysis results. The conclusion can reveal the significance of the suspension torsional stiffness on off-road vehicle's torsion-absorbing capability. Using CAE tools based on nonlinear finite element methods, full-frontal collision dynamic simulation and analysis of a sedan car body with 3D tubular loadbearing frame are tentatively carried out. Time histories of the main collisional parameters are presented, improvements of the frame are partially made according to simulation results. Collisional simulation of the tubular frame alone indicates that, such new type of bodywork for sedan car is of good potentialities to meet the collision safety regulations. 相似文献

充填保压阶段是注塑成型过程的两个重要阶段,对制品质量有着很大的影响。本文以一汽车音响框架类产品为例,根据实际注塑机情况,采用Moldflow/MPI软件分析塑料熔体的充填保压阶段,从充填时间、温度、及外观熔接线等结果进行阐述,预估合理的成型工艺参数,并进行实际试模,达到合理注塑,大大缩短了找到所需成型工艺条件的时间,显示了CAE技术在注塑成型过程中的突出作用。 相似文献
