在化学工程反应过程中经常会用到各种反应器,但是经过长时间的使用,反应器不可避免会出现各种腐蚀问题。本文主要以某石化公司现阶段使用的PTA加氢反应器为研究对象,对其不同部位发生腐蚀的原因进行了详细的分析以及评估,得出PTA加氢反应器经常发生点蚀和冲涮腐蚀的原因主要归结为反应介质中的HAc-Br不同状态具有腐蚀性。另外,氢气入口管经常出现的裂纹问题主要是运行过程中介质中的Br离子容易在临氢状态下出现局部应力集中的现象,进而产生氢致应力腐蚀导致的开裂现象。本文针对上述产生的腐蚀问题逐一进行了详细研究,并针对性地对如何处理和防止腐蚀提出了控制措施,希望能对以后的化学反应提供参考。

A catalytic reactor for the trapping of free radicals from gas phase oxidation reactions

A catalytic reactor for the trapping of free radicals originating from gas phase catalytic reactions is described and discussed. Radical trapping and identification were initially carried out using a known radical generator such as dicumyl peroxide. The trapping of radicals was further demonstrated by investigating genuine radical oxidation processes, e.g., benzaldehyde oxidation over manganese and cobalt salts. The efficiency of the reactor was finally proven by the partial oxidation of cyclohexane over MoO(3), Cr(2)O(3), and WO(3), which allowed the identification of all the radical intermediates responsible for the formation of the products cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone. Assignment of the trapped radicals was carried out using spin trapping technique and X-band electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy.     

取料机行走数据校正方法的改进

在秦皇岛港煤四期扩容工程中，3台取料机的行走数据通过编码器检测，检测后经过PLC处理，将行走数据显示在触摸屏上。取料机的行走动作受行走数据的影响而停止或者减速。司机在夜间和视线不好的情况下行车作业时，都是依照显示的行走数据行走。如果数据出现异常，不但影响取料机的正常行走动作，也存在碰撞保护失灵、与其他设备发生碰撞的安全隐患。可以看出行走数据正确与否，     

A neutrino experiment at the Krasnoyarsk underground reactor

The status of the neutrino experiment at the Krasnoyarsk underground reactor is presented. A method for energy calibration of the silicon multidetector is described. The sensitive volume of the detector has been investigated. The response functions of the detector for electrons, γ rays, and α particles have been measured. Preliminary results of background measurements using silicon and germanium detectors are reported.

A procedure for rapid studies of the metal oxidation kinetics at high temperatures

A procedure for rapid studies of the metal oxidation kinetics in one experiment with one sample in a wide high-temperature range is described. In this experiment, the temperature of the sample is sequentially raised step by step and its mass increment is continuously recorded in the isotherm. The proposed procedure differs from the thermogravimetric isothermic method for studying the kinetics of the high-temperature oxidation of metals (when it is necessary to conduct multiple isothermic experiments with a corresponding number of samples) in substantially decreased time and facilities required for executing the studies. To check this procedure, an iodide zirconium sample was oxidized in an air + argon mixture in a 1380-to 1720-K temperature range. The obtained results agree with the available reference data.
