本文以凌阳SPCE061A单片机作为核心控制器,设计了一种基于语音识别技术的语音控制智能手系统.系统由微控制器、语音模块、电机模块、光电寻迹模块、无线控制模块等部分组成.控制器利用语音模块识别出操作人员的语音命令后,通过电机模块与光电寻迹模块的协同工作来完成预设的多个复杂动作.本设计还加入了无线控制功能,可以在特殊情况下替代部分语音指令来操控智能手.  相似文献

自整角机是一种用于角度测量的微型电机,其可输出包含角度信息的四路模拟信号,为了便于信息处理,需要将这些模拟信号数字化。本文针对现有国内外数字化转换技术存在的各种问题,介绍了一种以单片机为控制和处理核心的自整角机信号数字化方案。该方案主要包括硬件电路设计和系统程序设计,硬件电路包括:A/D转换模块、单片机模块、系统接口模块。系统程序包括:系统初始化、A/D转换时序控制、数值计算和数据输出。与现有技术相比,本方案电路简单,加工方便,精度高。  相似文献

该智能门卫系统采用语音识别技术.在陵阳单片机SPCE061A上实现.硬件部分主要由SPCE061A单片机、电源与门控电路、外扩存储器SPR4096、音频输入与输出电路等组成.主要技术是该单片机在语音识别中的应用和对门控电路的设计.该系统软件部分由语音训练模块、语音识别模块、语音数据处理模块、语音播报模块和密码输入与确认模块组成,通过对系统的初始化和识别训练实现了语音数据的采集、特征提取、特定语音识别和语音播放等功能.根据语音识别算法原理,对语音信号的预处理、特征提取、模式匹配做了分析.该系统实验结果表明,系统性能稳定,识别效果好,可用于家庭或小型办公场所的门锁控制.  相似文献

The scale of Taiwan’s mold industry was ranked the sixth in the world. But, under the global competitive pressure, Taiwan has lost its competitive advantage gradually. The only chance of Taiwan’s mold industry lies in improving the competitive abilities in product research, development and design. In mold manufacturing cycle, mold tooling test plays a very important role at accelerating the speed of production. An experienced engineer can minimize the error rate of mold tooling test according to his rich experiences in parameter adjustment. However, this experience is mostly implicit without theoretical basis and its knowledge is difficult to be transmitted. Benefiting from the well development of data mining technologies, this study aimed at constructing an intelligent classification knowledge discovery system for mold tooling test based on decision tree algorithm, so as to explore and accumulate the experimental knowledge for the use of Taiwan’s mold industry. This study took the only high-alloy steel manufacturer in Taiwan for case study, and performed system validation with 66 record data. The results showed the accuracy rates of prediction of training data and testing data are 97.6 and 86.9%, respectively. In addition, this study explored two classification knowledge rules and proposed concrete proposals for tooling test parameter adjustment. Moreover, this study provided two ways, rule verification and effectiveness comparison of four mining algorithms, to conduct model verification. The experimental results showed the decision tree algorithm has an excellent discriminatory power of classification and is able to provide clear and simple reference rules for decisions.  相似文献

Multi-piece molds, which consist of more than two mold pieces, are capable of producing very complex parts—parts that cannot be produced by the traditional molds. The tooling cost is also low for multi-piece molds, which makes it a candidate for pre-production prototyping and bridge tooling. However, designing multi-piece molds is a time-consuming task. This article describes geometric algorithms for automated design of multi-piece molds. A multi-piece mold design algorithm has been developed to automate several important mold-design steps: finding parting directions, locating parting lines, creating parting surfaces, and constructing mold pieces. This algorithm constructs mold pieces based on global accessibility analysis results of the part and therefore guarantees the disassembly of the mold pieces. A software system has been developed, which has been successfully tested on several complex industrial parts.  相似文献

An integrated CAD/CAE/CAM system, HSC--1.1, is described in the paper. HSC--1.1integrates surface modeling, mold design, technological simulations and NC machining into a full CAD/CAE/CAM system with data exchange from one module to another. The design of injection mold tools is a complex process for which market pressures demand ever-shorter development time and higher quality level. Thus, it is considered imperative to adopt new methods and tools to support the design process, in order to achieve a more effective mold design solution. Based on this assumption, a multidisciplinary framework was developed, centered on Design for Six Sigma methodology and reinforced with a set of highly valued techniques, namely: the European Customer Satisfaction, the Axiomatic Design and the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization. As a result, a platform was built to support the design of any mold tool without undercuts, which tackles the design of an injection mold as a fully integrated multidisciplinary optimization problem, oriented by customer preferences and their impositions. A set of specific analysis sub-modules is integrated through an overseeing optimization code system, responsible for the numerical simulation of the injection process. This platform was validated through the comparison with an existing mold, whose results attained highlight the great potential of the proposed framework to achieve mold design improvement. In particular, the value of mold solutions generated led to a global improvement on mold performance by 5 %.  相似文献

In order to study the weld line developing process and its influence on mechanical properties in micro injection molding, a visual mold with variotherm system mold was designed and fabricated. In this mold, a visualization design and a rapid heating/cooling system were integrated, and specimens with different cross section shape and micro dimensions could be molded for weld line study. The building process for the visual and variotherm mold was presented and the experiments were executed. The specimens for weld line study of micro injection molding were produced applying different processing parameters. A problem of flash in molded specimens needs to be solved.  相似文献

This study developed an innovative gas-assisted microstructure elastic multiform UV imprint replication molding technology. It first designed and fabricated the upper closed gas chamber and lower four-directional extension open imprint chamber system. Then, ANSYS software was used to analyze the axial stress uniformity of the multiaxial extension of the flexible mold and design the extension angle. A gas-assisted elastic multiaxial UV imprinting system was designed. The imprint uniformity and stability were tested and discussed by gas-assisted pressing and pressure sensitive adhesive tape. After regulation and control of elastic multiform variation of the lower chamber, the four-axis microstructure component transfer printing was tested. The experimental results showed that the imprinting system proposed in this study effectively controls the imprint mold shape in the elastic range with the flexible mold, and the gas-assisted uniform pressing transfer printing replication proves that excellent complementary structures of imprint replication can be obtained. This process technology greatly reduces the time and energy consumption of microelectromechanical process, providing a faster and economical option.
