Large Magnetic Entropy Effect in La2/3Ca1/3MnO3   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The magnetocaloric effect in the colossal magnetoresistance material La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 was studied. From the measurements of temperature dependence of magnetization in various magnetic fields, the large magnetic entropy change associated with the ferromagnetic-paramagnetie transition was discovered. This result suggests that perovskite manganites are suitable candidates as working substance in magnetie refrigeration technology.  相似文献

The transport properties were studied for rare earth manganese oxide La0.67Cao.33Mn1-x FexO3(x=0-O.3) systems. It is found that with increasing Fe^3 -doping content x, the resistance increases and the insulator-metal transition temperature (T1M) shifts to lower temperature. If the doping content is small, the transport properties manifest metallic characteristics in the temperature range of T<T1M, while they will obey a thermal activation model in the temperature range of T>T1M. Such a behavior may be attributed to the Fe^3 -doping and possible Mn ions scattering to electrons. The Fe^3 doping may lead to the formation of Fe^3 -O^2- -Mn^4 channels, which could terminate the double exchange Mn^3 -O^2--Mn^4 channels. The antiferromagnetic clusters of Fe ions may induce the Mn ions to scetter to the electrons.  相似文献

Eu2Mn2/3Ta4/3O7 specimen was synthesized from Eu2O3, MnO and Ta2O5 in a reducing atmosphere. Structure analysis was carried out by Rietveld method from X-ray diffraction data. The X-ray diffraction profile calculated with monoelinic C2/c model was in a good agreement with the observed X-ray diffraction patterns since several small peaks of super lattice could be also assigned with C2/c symmetry in addition to fundamental reflection peaks. Eu2Mn2/3Ta4/3O7 has two kinds of distorted (Mn, Ta)O6 octahedra and HTB layers, which deviates from the regular forms. Europium atoms coordinate to eight or seven oxygen atoms and lead to two kinds of polyhedra, EuO8 and EuO7 in this compound.  相似文献

Nominal composition of Ca1-xZnxTiO3 : 0. 002Pr^3 + (x = 0. 000 - 0. 200) phosphors were prepared by conventional solid reaction route. XRD and PL measurements were used to investigate the solid-solution structure and luminescence properties of Zn-doped Ca1-xZnxTiO3:0.002Pr^3+ phosphors. The effect of solid-solution structure formed by substitution between Ca^2 + and Zn^2+ ions on the luminescent properties was analyzed. The results reveal that, with the increase of Zn substitution content below 0.010, lattice parameters and the intensity of excitation peak at both 260 and 330 nm as well as the corresponding 610 nm emission intensity are monotonously decreased quickly in a similar tendency. Also, the evolution of luminescence intensity and crystal cell parameters against Zn doping concentration are in good agreement. Above results are closely related with the structure change within Ca1- xZnxTiO3:0.002Pr^3+ solid-solution phase formed by the Zn ions substitution for the Ca sites. Present study reveals that the solid-solution structure formed by substitution between Ca^2+ and Zn^2+ ions has significant effect on the luminescence properties of single phase Ca1-xZnxTiO3:0.002Pr^3+ phosphors.  相似文献

以固体超强酸SO4^2-/TiO2-WO3为催化剂,对以丁醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究。实验表明:SO4^2-/TiO2-WO3是合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,研究了醛醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对收率的影响。最佳反应条件为:n(丁醛),n(1,2-丙二醇):1/1.4,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间50min。上述条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达84.6%。  相似文献

以乙二醇为溶剂,柠檬酸为络合剂,用溶胶凝胶-自蔓延燃烧法合成La1-xSrxMnO3纳米粉体.探讨了制备过程中的最佳成胶温度,pH值,烧结温度;利用X衍射分析了掺锶量对晶体结构的影响;用数字电桥测定了不同掺锶量的样品的电导率;运用热重和红外光谱对粉体的形成过程进行了分析.实验结果表明,最佳制备条件是:成胶温度65℃,溶液初始pH值1.5,烧结温度800℃;粉体的电导率随掺锶量增加而增大,以x=0.3最大;自燃烧后La1-xSrxMnO3钙钛矿结构已初步形成且掺杂后钙钛矿结构没有改变,但晶胞参数发生了一定的变化.  相似文献
