全国八亿多手机用户中有35%用手机上网,其中大学生是主体,他们用手机WAP上网和用即时通讯工具聊天使手机不仅具有人际传播功能而且具有大众传播功能。如果高校应对不力,手机上网可能会诱发和助长校园网络舆情突发事件。以此通知结合典型案例探讨了手机如何变革了校园网络舆情环境,阐明了研判校园网络舆情应遵循的原则,指出了应避免的误区,最后从构建队伍培养机制、管理机制、引导机制、预警机制、应急处理机制、文化熏陶机制等方面阐述了如何进行管理应对。
