随着网络化制造在国内、外的发展,制造服务逐渐成为网络制造的主要业务形式,制造服务的集成成为网络制造系统研究的热点问题.本文系统分析了制造专业技术服务的集成模式,并在面向行业的网络化制造平台上进一步探讨了服务集成的应用.该平台以快速发展的计算机网络和信息技术为支撑工具,通过为客户和企业建立一个协同设计的制造环境,实现制造资源和技术资源的共享与互补,实现基于服务的企业业务过程重组,缩短了纹织产品的生产制造周期,提高了行业的竞争力. 相似文献

针对先进制造领域中业务系统集成和服务快速封装问题,提出了一种企业集成模式的组合建模方法.定义企业集成模式单元以描述企业集成模式,支持业务系统功能的调用和模式化的消息处理;采用企业集成模式组合方法实现业务系统间的消息路由功能;使用Petri网描述模式组合,并给出组合的正确性验证算法;实现了企业集成模式建模工具MixEIP,支持以配置的方式构建食业集成模式组合.实验结果表明,该方法不仅提高了集成系统的建模效率,还具有较快的消息处理速度. 相似文献

为克服传统作业成本法的缺点并更好地支持计算机集成制造环境下可动态重构生产系统的成本管理,提出了一种基于广义工作中心的作业成本法。该方法建立在广义工作中心列表的动态模块化结构基础上,由从企业资源消耗到基本工作中心产品成本的成本分配过程,以及从基本工作中心产品成本到企业产品成本的成本滚加过程组成。算例表明,与传统作业成本法相比,该方法能够为可动态重构的计算机集成制造系统提供更为有效、准确和集成化的成本信息和决策支持。 相似文献

在分析企业信息集成模式与应用现状的基础上,提出一种基于语义模型的总线式集成框架。该框架采用总线式集成结构以弥补传统点对点的信息集成方式在重用性和扩展性方面的不足。通过建立语义模型增强系统在应用领域层面上的数据集成能力;通过建立信息集成总线,将企业信息的集成过程与信息的语义建模过程紧密结合,以支持企业信息在多个领域内和领域之间的集成;通过建立信息服务总线为企业业务过程提供统一的集成信息访问服务。最后,介绍了该框架在网络化制造领域的应用。 相似文献

Globally, automotive manufacturers are faced with the challenges of expanding product variety and high customer service provision. They increasingly face a flexibility driven, time-based competition. This demands effective knowledge management to develop more effective processes. In other words, there is a need for knowledge-driven innovations that can offer business process improvements in the new business environment. One innovative response to these challenges is postponement, also known as “delayed differentiation”. Such a strategy calls for redesigning products and re-engineering processes so that the stages of the production process in which a common process is used are prolonged. This product/process re-engineering should allow a flexible option to defer the point of differentiation. The manufacturing industry motivation to focus in this direction can be encouraged through relevant demonstrative models capturing their existing processes. In this paper, we develop such a model that captures the costs and benefits associated with postponement strategy that is implemented through business process re-engineering. We apply this model to analyze a real case in an automobile manufacturing plant. Our findings are that there are enormous opportunities for cost-effective postponement strategies in automotive manufacturing sector through a knowledge management (KM)-based process re-engineering. We also note that as the number of differentiated models and variability in demand increase, the cost of process re-engineering can be recovered through value of postponement (VOP), in as short a time frame as 1 year. It is also suggested that for practitioners and researchers working in the KM context, the sharing of the tacit knowledge amongst different professionals managing the various processes must be continually emphasized. The managerial and organization practices required by an increasingly dynamic competitive manufacturing, business, and industrial environment include the formation of virtual enterprises. A major concern in the management of virtual enterprises is the integration and coordination of business processes contributed by partner enterprises. The traditional methods of process modeling currently used for the design of business processes do not fully support the needs of the virtual enterprise. The design of these virtual enterprises imposes requirements that make it more complex than conventional intraorganizational business process design. This paper first describes an architecture that assists in the design of the virtual enterprise. Then it discusses business process reengineering (BPR) as a methodology for modeling and designing virtual organizations. While BPR presents many useful tools, the approach itself and the modeling tools commonly used for redesign have fundamental shortcomings when dealing with the virtual enterprise. However, several innovative modeling approaches provide promise for this problem. The paper discusses some of these innovative modeling approaches, such as object-oriented modeling of business processes, agent modeling of organizational players, and the use of ontological modeling to capture and manipulate knowledge about the players and processes. The paper concludes with a conceptual modeling methodology that combines these approaches under the enterprise architecture for the design of virtual enterprises. 相似文献

As the advent of digital economy changes business environment dramatically, virtual enterprise (VE), in general the interactions among business partners in a value chain, has become a key factor to survive under the competitive business environment. VE reveals that more complex and dynamic business processes should be considered as assembled service components in order to integrate the collaborative business processes. Therefore, a formal standard schema for describing and managing the business processes is required. In this paper, we propose a consistent modeling approach that combines enterprise modeling and simulation modeling to design a value chain of a VE. This methodology will provide designers with insight into the business processes of a VE and help identify and resolve unpredictable bottlenecks on the execution of virtual business processes. This paper also illustrates an implemented modeling tool which is based on the generalized model suggested by the working group of the international conference on enterprise integration and modeling technology (ICEIMT) and notations by the object management group (OMG)’s unified modeling language (UML) profile for enterprise distributed object computing (EDOC). 相似文献

To achieve information integration, process integration and application integration of enterprise, an enterprise integration platform (EIP) based on service-oriented architecture (SOA) is built. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management (PLM) system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material (BOM) conversion driven by process are achieved.
