针对在产业集群背景下,供应链网络内中小企业采购方式是一种非传统的、随机延迟支付的信任采购模式.在单供应商—单采购商采购模式的基础上,建立了产业集群下多供应商—多采购商分散式供应链采购模型;在模型中通过对生产周期和供应周期的调整,并引入Credit期权,以保证上下游多供应商—多采购商之间的协调,设计出集群供应链多供应商—多采购商Credit期权联合采购模型,以及相应的基于信任延期支付方式,并提出了利润分配协调机制.最后,通过算例分析了集群供应链Credit期权联合采购模型和基于信任延期支付的有效性,特别是根据双方议价能力分配所得利润,能达到Pareto最优,且模型设计不需要采购商提供任何成本信息.  相似文献

In this paper, a new entropy approach is developed to study the vulnerability of cluster supply chain network during the cascading failure spread from a holistic point of view. We use the tools of complex network theory and social network analysis to obtain the network representation of cluster supply chain system and explain its cascading phenomenon. Then we build a new cascading model for cluster supply chain network, and further introduce the concept of network load entropy, to analyse and predict the dynamic behaviours of the vulnerability during the process of failure spreading. Using a cluster supply chain network in an industrial district as a case study, we employ the modelling approach to explore its vulnerability. The simulation results demonstrate that the vulnerability of cluster supply chain network with cascading failures can be identified and predicted efficiently by using the modelling approach. In addition, this work may have practical implications for reducing the cluster supply chain network vulnerability in the cascade control and defence, then obtaining its healthy evolution.  相似文献

Global supply chain practices and their effects have received considerable attention over the last two decades. In the recent past, the need for integration across supply chains has been identified as a key for effective and efficient operations of supply chains. This is observed with the increasing trend of collaborative partnerships among supply chain partners. This paper presents an integrated approach for manufacturing and distribution networks within the supply chain system of a global car company. The paper shows that the integration of manufacturing and distribution networks creates the environment for effective planning of many components and execution/follow-up of those plans. These components include materials, resources, operations/activities, suppliers and customers. The main features of the integration include component integration at individual networks via use of a central warehouse. This integration reduces various interfacing steps between partners and enables representations of relationships (component precedence, parent-component and component-component). The proposed integrated model is numerically tested using past data from one of Japan's auto-makers, based in the emerging economy of Thailand. The paper concludes that the integrated supply network eliminates the need for interfacing of individual networks and enables simultaneous planning of many components as well as forward planning of supply components in global supply chain operations. It also shows that the integrated approach is capable of providing visibility, flexibility, and maintainability for further improvement in the supply network environment.  相似文献

In order to simulate the real world effectively, this paper proposes a multi-agent model that integrates a price negotiation support system based on the use of intelligent agents capable of processing information uncertainty. The certainty factor is integrated in expert systems to support the decision of agents. In the model, each agent is integrated with an expert system to deal with the uncertainty information. A real example of supply chains is chosen to show the validity of the proposed multi-agent model. Virtual companies can use the uncertainty information to support decisions. Multiple experiments are conducted to work on the coordination of the supply chain. The selling and purchasing prices in the supply chain are proposed in the experimental results. These prices are similar with the data in a real supply chain and are the optimal price strategy for the supply chain. The model was programmed using Jess and Swarm, which was run on Windows XP. The multi-agent model in the paper is beneficial to the reasoning of uncertainty information in multi-agent systems.  相似文献

This paper studies the manufacturer's and retailer's integration strategies in a supply chain with complementary products and examines the effects of downstream, upstream and vertical integrations on supply chain members' decisions and profits and on supply chain performance. The centralised and decentralised decision models are considered as benchmarks that are compared to downstream, upstream and vertically integrated strategies. Our comparison and analysis show that the total profit of the supply chain increases with the number of integrated players and that vertical integration can be more profitable than that of upstream and downstream integrations. However, to our surprise, the upstream and downstream integration strategies do not affect the total profit.  相似文献

Integration is posited by many authors as a supply chain utopia. Indeed, it is claimed as being synonymous with supply chain management excellence. The primary aim of this research is to verify the link between supply chain integration and competitive performance. Detailed information collected via an 8-year international field study of 50 products and their associated supply chains subjected to an extensive statistical analysis provides rigorous insight into supply chain integration in practice. The breadth of supply chain integration significantly correlates with increased performance, yet in practice, the majority of supply chains are not well integrated. However, most supply chains seem to follow a popular route when seeking to enable seamless operations. This starts with enhanced internal effectiveness followed by upstream streamlining and then finally downstream integration. If practitioners are still struggling with supply chain integration, this research confirms that they are not unique in their predicament. Indifferent practice is indeed the norm. Fortunately, practitioners can follow the popular route established herein when seeking to improve integrative capability.  相似文献

This paper considers the integration between quality control and production inventory control in supply chain management. Specifically, we study the effect of inspection errors on the costs incurred in a supply chain system with a single vendor and multiple buyers. In this system, the vendor enters into a vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and a consignment stock (CS) partnership with several buyers. We assume that the items made by the vendor are not in perfect quality, but they contain a given proportion of defective units. We also assume that quality inspection of these items by the buyers is subject to sampling errors. Three cases indicating to different levels of supply integration are considered: VMI–CS system, traditional system and integrated system. For each case, a mathematical model is formulated, an optimum solution is developed, and a numerical example is solved.  相似文献

We introduce a menu-driven user-friendly decision support system (DSS) for supply chain planning based on optimisation. The DSS is based on a multi-source (supplier), multi-destination (warehouse) network having multiple manufacturing facilities, with multiple materials and multiple storage areas. This integrated supply chain model performs multiple period planning. The use of this DSS requires little knowledge of management sciences tools. We discuss the need for an integrated approach towards supply chain modelling for the process industry. We present the integrated model in the form of a database structure. We validate the model with the real data of a zinc company and demonstrate the impact of optimisation in terms of percentage improvement. The result shows that it is possible to improve unit contribution to profit from 1.89 to 4.66%.  相似文献
