基于油基钻井液有机土有机改性剂阳离子受高温易分解脱附,引起钻井液性能变差、加重材料沉降等问题,利用六水合氯化镁和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷等为原料,合成了一种适用于柴油基钻井液体系的有机土(有机层状硅酸盐),用于改善油基钻井液的沉降稳定性;通过傅里叶红外光谱、X-射线衍射以及室内钻井液沉降实验进行结构表征和沉降稳定性评价。结果表明:该有机硅酸盐材料具备2∶1层状硅酸盐结构和以Si—C共价键连接的不对称链状有机官能团结构,且300℃无明显热分解;相比于大庆油田常用油基钻井液,该有机层状硅酸盐提高了油基钻井液的动切力、动塑比和储能模量,明显改善了1.4~2.0 g·cm-3密度范围、150℃以下老化温度油基钻井液的悬浮性能和沉降稳定性能。 相似文献

有机土是油基钻井液中最基本的亲油胶体,在油基钻井液中既可提高钻井液的粘度和切力,又能降低油基钻井液的滤失量。针对控制油基钻井液滤失量及重晶石和钻屑的携带与悬浮而研制出一种有机土。通过在钠土中加入有机改性剂进行有机改性,得到有机土LW TRO-250。评价结果表明,将有机土LW TRO-250加入到油包水乳化钻井液中,能很好地起到增粘提切的作用和具有较好的流变性能和抗高温性能,而且能在250℃的高温基本保持稳定,对乳状液的稳定性起到良好的作用。 相似文献

为了开发一种适用于白油的有机土并应用在海上高温高压地层环境,本文通过使用非离子表面活性剂与阳离子表面活性剂对蒙脱土协同改性,采用湿法工艺制得有机土DMOS。选择了其他两种在现场使用的柴油基钻井液有机土与其做性能对比评价。结果表明,非离子与阳离子表面活性剂协同改性的蒙脱土片晶疏松,与白油的接触角极小。有机土DMOS在白油中具有很好的成胶性能,在140℃的条件下,胶体率仍能保持在94%。基于DMOS配置的油基钻井液具有更为稳定的流变性能,在140℃的条件下保持高于1000V的电稳定性。所形成的低渗低厚度泥饼以及良好的润滑性能够减少钻具与井壁的摩擦,防止卡钻,可满足海上现场钻井需求。 相似文献

We obtained a reversible emulsion system induced by bentonite solid particles and surfactant Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB, whose critical micelle concentration (CMC) value is 9.21 × 10−4 mol L−1). In this study, the zeta potential and contact angle were used to characterize surface wettability of bentonite solid particles in the process of phase transmission behavior. The adsorption amount was calculated at different CTAB concentrations, and then the adsorption isotherm of surfactant CTAB at bentonite solid particles was also studied to confirm the adsorption behavior and adsorption layer structure. The electrical conductivity and microscopic analysis were employed to characterize the phase inversion behavior of emulsion. The results show that the wettability of bentonite particles can be reversed by changing the CTAB concentration, and then the two phase transition behavior of bentonite emulsion can be induced. Additionally, the surfactant CTAB can be used in oil-based drilling fluid systems for the inversion of the emulsion type. The research on the performance of the reversible emulsion oil-based drilling fluid system shows that it has a good thermal stability and a small amount of fluid loss, and successfully reduces the damage of the traditional oil-based drilling fluids on oil well completion. 相似文献

使用有机胺对腐殖酸进行亲油改性,研制出一种适合油基钻井液用的腐殖酸类降滤失剂FLA180。室内性能评价表明,采用4%FLA180配制的密度为2.0 g/cm3油包水乳化钻井液在180℃高温下中压滤失量为0 mL、高温高压滤失量为9 mL;具有较强的抗钻屑和盐污染能力;同时该降滤失剂具有降粘作用,有利于提高机械钻速,适用于高温高压深井。通过性能比较,该降滤失剂降滤失性能优于国内主要应用的油基降滤失剂性能。 相似文献

Purification of biodiesel prior to utilizing it as an alternative fuel is an essential industrial practice. Low glycerol content is one of the important pointers needed for passing the EN 14214 and ASTM D6751 international biodiesel standards. In this study, choline chloride (ChCl) as salt and ethylene glycol and 2,2,2-Trifluoroacetamide as hydrogen bond donors (HBDs) were employed to synthesize two ammonium salt-non glycerol based Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES). The physical properties of the synthesized DESs were measured and analyzed. These DESs were utilized to remove all the free glycerol from the palm oil-based biodiesel. The results indicated that all the tested DESs were able to remove all free glycerol successfully. The Central Composite Design (CCD) of the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to to experiment design and optimization of total glycerol removal using ethylene glycol-based DESs and 2,2,2-Trifluoroacetamide-based DESs. The maximum total glycerol removal by ethylene glycol-based DESs was obtained at 0.66 ethylene glycol mole fraction and at DES/biodiesel molar ratio of 3 with removal efficiency of 23.85% as well as by 2,2,2-Trifluoroacetamide-based DESs at 0.60 2,2,2-Trifluoroacetamide mole fraction and at DES/biodiesel molar ratio of 2.93 with removal efficiency of 29.29%. The reusability of these DESs for removing free glycerol and total glycerol content from palm oil-based biodiesel was also investigated. This study proves that both ammonium salt-non glycerol based DESs can be successfully employed to remove the glycerol from palm oil-based biodiesel. 相似文献
