目的研究排铅冲剂对染铅小鼠的驱铅作用。方法选用50只18~22g雄性小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和3个实验组。低、中、高剂量组和模型组自由饮用0.1%的三水醋酸铅水溶液;低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃2,4,8g/kgBW剂量的受试药液,模型对照组和空白对照组灌胃去离子水,连续30d。采血,取肝、股骨,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅含量。结果3个实验组小鼠肝组织铅含量显著低于模型对照组,但各剂量组小鼠血和骨铅含量无明显影响。结论排铅冲剂有排铅作用。  相似文献

为观察以金属硫蛋白为主要成分的某口服液对小鼠体内铅、锌、铜含量的影响 ,小鼠自由饮用Pb2 浓度为 5 46 2mg L的水溶液 ,低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃给予 1 6 7、3 34、10 0mL kgBW 受试液 ,模型对照组给予去离子水灌胃 ,阴性对照组饮用、灌胃均给予去离子水。连续 30d后 ,采血 ,取肝、脑、肾、股骨 ,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、锌、铜含量。 3个剂量组与模型组小鼠铅摄入剂量大致相当 ,但全血铅水平显著低于模型组 ,10 0mL kgBW 剂量还使肝组织铅含量显著降低 ,使股骨铜含量显著升高 ,对小鼠全血和其它组织内锌、铜含量无不良影响。  相似文献

目的评价排铅食品对铅中毒小鼠的排铅效果及对其他矿物质的影响。方法选用75只18~22 g昆明种雄性小鼠,随机分为阴性对照组、醋酸铅模型组及低、中和高剂量干预组。实验期间,阴性对照组自由饮用去离子水,醋酸铅模型组、受试物各剂量组自由饮用1.00 g/L醋酸铅水溶液造模的同时,低、中、高剂量干预组按成人推荐摄入量0.60 g/kg BW的5、10、20倍经口灌胃受试物,醋酸铅模型组和阴性对照组灌胃去离子水。连续30 d后,测定小鼠全血、肝、股骨、肾和脑中铅、钙、铁、锌及铜元素的含量。结果低、中及高剂量干预组肝、肾和脑铅含量低于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),中、高剂量干预组的血、股骨铅含量低于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);低、中和高3个剂量组的肝钙、脑锌及肾铜水平高于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);中、高剂量组的血、肾、脑钙,血铁,血锌,血、脑铜水平高于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01);高剂量组的骨铁水平高于醋酸铅模型组(P<0.05)。结论排铅食品具有明显促进小鼠体内铅排出作用,并对铅引起的钙、铁、锌和铜代谢紊乱有改善作用。  相似文献

目的评价排铅食品对铅中毒小鼠的排铅功效。方法选用90只18~22g昆明种雄性小鼠,随机分为6组:阴性对照组,醋酸铅模型组,阳性药物组,排铅受试物低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。除阴性对照组自由饮用去离子水外,其他各组均自由饮用1.00g/L醋酸铅水溶液染毒。30d后,剂量组按人体推荐摄入量0.60g/(kgBW·d)的5、10和20倍经口灌胃排铅受试物,阳性药物组灌胃二巯基丁二酸(dimercaptosuccinic acid)溶液,模型对照组和阴性对照组灌胃去离子水。1个月后测定全血、肝、股骨、肾和脑中铅含量。结果排铅食品3个剂量组血、肝、肾和脑铅含量比醋酸铅模型组明显降低(P0.05或P0.01),高、中剂量组股骨铅含量比醋酸铅模型组明显降低(P0.01)。结论排铅食品具有明显促进小鼠体内铅排出作用。  相似文献

选用48只昆明小鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组;铅中毒模型对照组;;EDTA对照组;枸杞多糖低、中、高剂量组.进行为期30 d的不同喂食试验,测定小鼠的血铅及股骨和肝脏中的铅含量与抗氧化能力.结果表明,染铅小鼠给予枸杞多糖后,可以明显降低血铅和股骨、肝脏中铅含量(p<0.05),提高超氧化物歧化酶活性(p <0.05).枸杞多糖具有明显的促排铅效果.  相似文献

通过铅中毒小鼠口服金樱子果粉观察金樱子是否具有排铅作用.方法:选用1822g昆明种小鼠60只,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和高、中、低剂量金樱子果粉受试物组共6组.采用自由饮用醋酸铅水溶液建立铅中毒小鼠实验模型,连续灌胃给药30d.摘眼球采集血液;断颈处死动物,取肝脏、骨骼、脑组织用原子吸收法测定铅含量.结果:金樱子果粉可增加铅中毒小鼠铅的排出量,降低血液、骨骼、肝脏、脑组织中的铅含量.结果提示金樱子果粉对铅中毒小鼠有促进排铅作用.结论:金樱子的排铅效果是由金樱子所含的营养成分,即维生素C、低脂果胶、鞣酸、微量元素等与铅作用的结果.  相似文献

采用小鼠腹腔注射乙酸铅溶液10d,建立染铅小鼠模型,连续15d灌胃给予苹果多酚,研究苹果多酚的促排铅作用。石墨炉原子吸收法测试血铅、尿铅、粪铅和股骨、肝脏中铅含量。结果表明:染毒小鼠给予苹果多酚后,血铅和股骨、肝脏中铅含量明显低于阳性对照组,而尿铅明显高于阳性对照组。苹果多酚具有明显的促排铅效果。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
