在分析了滑动轴承内部摩擦学系统和摩擦学系统过程的基础上,基于摩擦学系统方法构建滑动轴承内部的摩擦磨损动力学模型,对滑动轴承的摩擦磨损特性进行了研究,并通过仿真试验研究了轴承内部温升和热量之间的关系.试验结果表明仿真结果与理论模型计算结果相吻合.  相似文献

高温或冲击载荷会引起钻井液泄漏进入复合锂基润滑脂,从而影响牙轮钻头滑动轴承润滑及摩擦磨损性能。采用MCR102旋转流变仪对含有不同质量分数钻井液的复合锂基润滑脂进行流变性测试,并采用MDW-1型摩擦磨损试验机开展牙轮钻头滑动轴承模拟工况下轴承单元摩擦学实验,研究钻井液质量分数对轴承摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:钻井液的污染将降低润滑脂的黏度,改变润滑脂的流变性能;钻井液的污染总体上增大了滑动轴承单元摩擦因数及摩擦因数波动幅度,同时加大轴承的磨损,且在高转速下,润滑脂中较低含量的钻井液就会使滑动轴承单元的摩擦磨损达到最大值;钻井液中的超细碳酸钙和重晶石颗粒引起的磨粒磨损和犁沟效应,可能导致滑动轴承快速失效。  相似文献

PTFE基三层滑动轴承复合材料与不同材料组成的摩擦副有着不同的摩擦学特性,研究这些摩擦副的摩擦学特性,对于优化摩擦副配副材料具有重要的实用价值。研究PTFE基三层复合材料与钢铁材料、有色金属以及聚合物材料进行配副时的摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电镜观察磨损表面的微观形貌,分析不同摩擦副的摩擦磨损机制,并给出摩擦副配副的优选结果。结果表明:PTFE基三层滑动轴承材料与钢铁材料以及聚合物材料配副时,其磨损机制为剥层磨损,摩擦学性能较好;而与有色金属配副时,其磨损机制为黏着磨损,摩擦学性能较差。  相似文献

基于通用摩擦磨损实验机设计思想,模拟边界条件下的径向滑动轴承,依据金属磨损自修复边界润滑状态下发生的特点,应用自主开发的润滑状态判断软件,研制了径向滑动轴承金属磨损自修复实验机。介绍了该实验机的设计原理及特殊功能,采用该实验机进行了自修复实验。实验结果证明,金属磨损自修复专用实验机能模拟实际工况润滑状态和工况载荷,具有实时监测摩擦副胶合和磨损失效瞬间状态,在线测量摩擦副温度、摩擦扭矩、振动加速度、试件转速及摩擦力等功能,并能实现急停,可用于金属摩擦磨损自修复保护膜生成机制的研究。  相似文献

This article compares theoretical and experimental results on the unbalance response of a super-critical rotor supported by two kinds of gas foil bearings. Analysis of the super-critical rotor is performed with viscoelastic foil bearings (VEFB) and conventional bump foil bearings and compared with early published experimental data. The vibration orbits obtained by theoretical investigation on the viscoelastic foil bearings (VEFB) and the conventional bump foil bearings are compared with the experimental vibration orbits of the super-critical rotor supported by both foil bearings. A numerical analysis program can calculate the static and dynamic characteristics of the elastically supported gas foil bearing using the measured stiffness and damping of the elastic foundation. After the stiffness and damping of both foil bearings are calculated using the perturbation method, vibration orbits of the flexible rotor modeled by the finite element method are calculated. Vibration orbits calculated by numerical analysis agree well with experimental data when the vibration amplitude is small and the rotating speed is below the bending critical speed. The numerical results also show that the enhanced structural damping of the elastic foundation reduces vibration near the bending critical speed.  相似文献

Bicycles are an important means of transport — over 20 million are manufactured worldwide each year, and, because their source of motive energy is human, their energy conversion, as measured by their resistance to motion, is critical. The bearings used in bicycles are rolling bearings, but are normally of different materials and construction quality to the roller bearings used in other applications. The present paper is intended to provide an indication of the phenomena influencing the resistance to motion and loss of energy of these bearings, and is based on a rolling bearing test stand designed by the author. A mathematical model derived from experimental observation is presented, and the theoretical results compared with experimental results.  相似文献

Controversy concerning the relative merits of gas journal bearings employing slot and orifice restrictors led to an experimental and theoretical study to determine the relative merits of the two types of bearing. This paper is an interim report on the programme and shows that slot-entry bearings yield greater load capacity at high eccentricity ratios, whilst orifice-compensated bearings have greater stiffness up to ? = 0.35.  相似文献

The spherical roller bearings, used to support the drier rolls in paper machines, experience premature failure in which external heating and water contamination of the lubricant have been implicated. An apparatus was designed, built and commissioned to simulate the conditions acting on these bearings. A pilot study was performed to examine the effect of the external heating on lubricant film thickness and ultimately on bearing failure. The amount of surface damage sustained by the test bearings increased as the estimated lambda parameter decreased. Furthermore, oil deposit formation was similar to that reported in the literature for drier roll bearings, thereby supporting the validity of the experimental simulation.  相似文献

提出了结合独立分量分析(ICA)和小波变换进行滚动轴承故障诊断的方法。在设计的系统平台上,首先对冲击脉冲信号进行预处理,使信号较好地满足独立分量分析的前提条件。然后,应用独立分量快速算法分离故障轴承的冲击脉冲信号,通过小波快速算法完成信号重构,实现滚动轴承故障的识别。实验结果表明,利用独立分量分析方法提取的故障状态特征向量与小波快速算法相结合可以有效、准确地识别滚动轴承的故障信号。  相似文献
