冷轧产品在汽车工业中多用于装饰外板,表面质量要求高,且冷轧产线较长,一旦发生产品质量问题排查缺陷源难度大,所以冷轧产品的缺陷分析在钢铁生产中具有重要意义。某冷轧产线突发疑似氧化铁皮压入的表面缺陷,通过宏观分析、电子显微镜微观观察、利用能谱仪进行压入异物的成分测定、产线跟踪等途径,确定缺陷由酸轧异物压入引起,排除氧化铁皮压入的可能性。最终通过清扫缺陷产生的机组,并更换部分轧辊,使其得到控制。 相似文献

For high strength interstitial free(IF)steel containing P element,the salt and pepper(SP)defects exist on the strip surface and could not be eliminated effectively by optimizing the hot rolling process,such as temperature and cooling water.The combination effect of Si and P on the characteristic of tertiary scale has been studied comprehensively by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron probe microanalysis(EPMA),and the concept is proposed firstly that Si and P are of combination effect which can be utilized to eliminate the SP defect.The results show that the SP defects were induced by the rolled-in scale during finish rolling.P can be enriched at the interface between substrate and tertiary scale,which is easy to decrease the adhesion of tertiary scale.However,Si enrichment at the interface between substrate and tertiary scale can increase the adhesion.The SP defects can be eliminated completely,which is attributed to the accompanying enrichment of Si and P. 相似文献

为了分析硼元素对低碳铝镇静钢酸洗板的氧化特性、氧化激活能和界面作用特点,利用差热分析仪系统研究了硼元素对低碳铝系列镇静钢酸洗板的氧化行为。结果表明,添加硼元素后,酸洗板抗氧化性明显降低;氧化激活能由12.02 kJ/mol 降至8.52 kJ/mol,氧化增重速率由0.239%/min增至0.323%/min;高温条件下硼元素出现界面富集,并与硅氧化物形成复合氧化相,因此降低了氧化铁皮的黏附力。同时,含硼钢在1 100 ℃附近存在氧化增重速率明显增大的趋势,抗氧化性不足,导致氧化铁皮厚度明显增加,当氧化铁皮厚度超过临界变形厚度时,易于发生氧化铁皮压入现象。可通过适当降低精轧入口温度以及适当添加硅元素,改善含硼钢表面麻点状氧化铁皮压入缺陷。 相似文献

采用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同颜色的氧化铁皮部位进行表面形貌和氧化铁皮厚度观察,同时检测钢板的力学性能,研究了轧制工艺对热轧钢板氧化铁皮的影响。结果表明:在保证钢板性能合格的前提下,适当提高终轧温度,可以改善氧化铁皮的塑性;优化轧制过程的除鳞制度,可以减薄终轧道次氧化铁皮的厚度。 相似文献

The rolling of steel transforms certain defects formed during the steelmaking operation into other, outwardly similar defects
(such as blowholes, longitudinal cracks, and folds). Like steelmaking defects, the defects formed during rolling cannot always
be unambiguously evaluated by visual inspection and distinguished from the flaws formed during production of the steel. For
example, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish laps from rolled-in cracks or to distinguish rolled-in scabs from folds.
Accurate classification of surface defects on rolled products according to their causes and the stage of the production process
in which they were formed is essential to improving product quality and reducing the cost of producing steel and rolled products,
since it makes it possible to promptly make corrections to the process. The degree of accuracy with which the origin of a
given defect is determined depends on the degree of perfection and reliability of the inspection methods and equipment used,
as well as on the system implemented to monitor the production process.
