甲醇制乙烯工艺的模拟与分析结果表明,每吨甲醇可以生产0.2067吨乙烯、0.1385吨丙烯、0.041吨正丁烯,每吨总烯烃需要2.576吨甲醇。以150 kt/a乙烯装置为基准,甲醇消耗量为750kt/a,目前国际上最大的单线甲醇装置已达到这一规模,因此工业上是可行的。 相似文献

The Ningbo Mitsubishi Chemical Company, Ltd. located in the Daxie Development Area of Ningbo has installed and tested its first 600 kt/a PTA unit and intends to provide the unit with feedstock by the end of November 2006, and make test run of this unit in December and deliver the first batch of products in January 2007. This company after commissioning of the said unit will construct the second 1.0 Mt/a PTA unit, which will be located side by side with the first unit to make full use of the existing utilities, such as the berth and the power plant. Furthermore, the Yisheng Chemical Company located in the Qingsi Development Area of Ningbo after putting on stream the phase I project (a 660 kt/a PTA unit) in August 2005 will soon engage in the test operation of the phase II project (a 600 kt/a PTA unit), which is expected to reach its full load in late December 2006. This company has stored enough paraxylene and acetic acid for the new PTA production line. This company plans to construct the third PTA production line to boost its production capability to 2.0 Mt/a, with its investment totalling 10 billion RMB. Construction of the 1.0 Mt/a dimethyl ether (DME) project owned by Jiutai Energy Company was kicked off in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. This project is a joint venture project signed between Linyi municipal government of Shandong province and Ordos municipal government with construction sponsored by Shandong Jiutai Chemical Co. This dimethyl ether project has been listed in the State plan for tackling key problems in the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period by the State Science and Technology Ministry as a project for study and demonstration of key clean automotive fuel commercialization technique. The technologies for adoption of dimethyl ether as clean energy, substitution of DME for Freon, combustion of fuel blends containing DME, and development and utilization of DME downstream products jointly developed in collaboration with Xi'an Jiaotong University are matured and are ready for market application. 相似文献
