The situation of intellectual property rights (IPR) capability of IT firms in Shenzhen is investigated and analyzed. They are IPR creation, application, protection, and IPR organizational situation, and the external environment of IPR management. Considering the problems that IT firms are faced with in IPR development, enterprises need to 1) Strengthen the capability building of endogenous IPR; 2) Establish alarming mechanism of IPR; 3) Be good at assembling different IPR tools; 4) Integrate the resources of public service in the government, enhance the level of agency service. Information technology (IT) infrastructure is the foundation of information sharing, storage, and processing upon which the entire business depends and it changes not only inner organizational structures but also outer competitive conditions. An IT infrastructure that possesses elements unique to a particular organization and difficult to duplicate can produce competitive advantage. To achieve this advantage, not only the inner integration of technology, personnel and business process in a firm is needed, but also a platform for electronic commerce is required. Based on the research on emerging technologies and "the technology species", this thesis tries to find out the homologous relations between emerging technology and new species. The theory of the new biology species in synthetic evolution and the modern genetics is referred in the research. The modes of forming emerging technologies are discussed through some examples of IT evolvement according to modes of the biology speciation. Information technology (IT) is one of the most important means by which companies can win an advantaged position in drastically competed market. It has a positive effect on the advancement of the corporation's technical innovation. The application of IT can promote the communication among subordinates of a corporation or group, reduce explicit boundaries of the subordinates, and boost the ripple effect of technical innovation of the subordinates. Not only does any subordinate company within a corporation need to assess both technical and economic benefits brought to the corporation itself by technical innovation, but also it should thoroughly analyze how the ripple effect of technical innovation among subordinate companies plays a significant role in the boosting value of the corporation as a whole. It is a common sense that enterprise is the principal of endogenous innovation, but why many firms do not innovate actively? What kind of difficulty will enterprises suffer in endogenous innovation? What can the government do for the endogenous innovation? These questions are very crucial to realize endogenous innovation. This paper tries to answer the questions mentioned above from the perspective of technology evolution. The industrial environment of emerging technology is emphasized for analyzing the endogenous innovation in Chinese enterprises. The process of endogenous innovation in NanShanBridge Co. Ltd (NSBIC), which is an IC design firm, is analyzed as a case. Today, there are still some amphibolous understanding on the concepts of endogenous innovation and its three patterns in academia field. Grasping the intension and extension of these concepts will contribute to direct the innovation undertakers engaging innovation and the governments establishing innovation system. In order to achieve such aims, we firstly introduced the concept of endogenous innovation and its three patterns. Secondly, this paper established a concept model to describe the typical route of a technology's forming. Based on this model, we went deep into analysis on original innovation, integrative innovation, and re-innovation after digesting the introduced technology from different views. Through these analyses, we also discussed which kind of innovation is suitable for different corporations. In the last part of this paper, we summarized our main conclusions and gave some suggestions to the corporations and governments.  相似文献

The Netac Technology Co., Ltd brought suit against Beijing Huaqi Information Digital Technology Co., Ltd for infringing Netac's patent. This case was the preclude to the intellectual property rights (IPR) war of the internal enterprises. The process of this case was followed with great interest because it would influence the development of the hundreds of Mobile Storage enterprises in China. This paper is based on the brief review of the details of the case, the authors analyze the main legal issues covered by this case from the two aspects of the substantive and the procedural law, and reach the conclusions that the IPR strategy has gradually become the key to the IT enterprises in their intense market competition and that the concerned laws and regulations in China should be rectified and improved accordingly.  相似文献

Radio frequency identification (RFID) shall be a revolutionary technological innovation in recent years. Various solutions employing RFID technology have proved their functionality already in such industries as pharmaceuticals, express parcel carrying, and automotive manufacturing, and the increased efficiency and effectiveness has provided a good payback for the investments. But, up to now, fewer researches concentrate on applying REID to heavy-machinery manufacturing enterprises, which are a typical kind of enterprises in discrete manufacturing industry. The main objective of this case study is to extend our understanding of the potential for RFID to delivery of the heavy-machinery manufacturing enterprise, which involves one specific supply chain. A trial to automate the verification activities of delivery is designed and performed. Results show that the stops currently designed into the processes can be eliminated by employing RFID technology and that RFID should be a revolutionary technology as it redesigns the existing processes, eliminate some current inefficiency, improve the accuracy of delivering the products, increases information sharing between supply chain members.  相似文献
