针对我国医院管理现状,在精益六西格玛实施的一般模型的基础上,提出了基于精益六西格玛的医院流程改进PDAIP实施模型,该模型,对医院的流程进行改进。并将PDAIP模型应用于某医院门诊流程的改进,通过顾客满意度调查、流程分析、价值流分析、因果图、假设检验等方法进行了验证,结果显示项目取得了较好的改进效果,对提高医院管理水平提供了一定的参考价值。  相似文献

精益六西格玛(Lean Six Sigma, LSS)作为持续改进与创新的有力工具,在业界(制造业、建筑业、服务业甚至非盈利性组织)得到广泛的应用,但学术界和产业界对LSS的认识和理解仍存在一些差异。为了构建对LSS更为全面的认识,基于Web of Science 数据库中题目含有“六西格玛”或“精益六西格玛”的2701篇文献分析,简要回顾LSS的起源,系统梳理LSS在理论研究和产业界应用的现状,给出6个主要的研究内容。结合LSS在中国的应用实践,并从战略、系统和集成3个角度展望LSS的未来发展趋势,期望对精益六西格玛的学术研究和产业应用提供指导和参考。  相似文献

开发了产品全寿命周期开发和设计的六西格玛解决方案LCSS路线图,改进和发展了新产品设计DFSS的IDDOV流程,提出了由顾客需求分析、系统设计、DFX、可靠性设计、稳定性优化设计和设计验证技术等六个模块组成的DFSS工具箱;把可靠性工程、软件工程、精益思想和标杆管理等与六西格玛相结合,从全寿命周期角度保证质量,设计出大批量生产局部更改设计的DMADOV流程、小批量产品改进的DATIC流程、局部更改设计的DATDOV流程和精益研发等模块.来自六个大型企业(包括电子、电气、机械、通讯、石油化工行业)的工程实践表明该方案的可行性.  相似文献

6σ改进主要应用于现有的过程或产品, 而6σ设计主要应用于设计或重新设计过程或产品;何时优先采用6σ设计方法一直是一个备受争议的问题.为解决这一问题,比较了6σ改进和6σ设计方法的差异;进而从系统论的观点,分析了选择6σ方法时需要考虑的要素并建立了相应的指标体系;在此基础上,引入了多目标决策的层次分析方法,并对一个6σ项目进行了分析.结果表明,选择6σ方法受到许多因素的影响,从而替代了6σ文献中"只有达到4.8σ,才能实施6σ设计"的准则.结论是任何实施6σ管理的组织可以根据技术、顾客需求、成本、复杂性、风险等因素,选择适应于自身发展的6σ方法.  相似文献

This paper aims to develop a unifying and quantitative conceptual framework for healthcare processes from the viewpoint of process improvement. The work adapts standard models from operation management to the specifics of healthcare processes. We propose concepts for organizational modeling of healthcare processes, breaking down work into micro processes, tasks, and resources. In addition, we propose an axiological model which breaks down general performance goals into process metrics. The connexion between both types of models is made explicit as a system of metrics for process flow and resource efficiency. The conceptual models offer exemplars for practical support in process improvement efforts, suggesting to project leaders how to make a diagrammatic representation of a process, which data to gather, and how to analyze and diagnose a process's flow and resource utilization. The proposed methodology links on to process improvement methodologies such as business process reengineering, six sigma, lean thinking, theory of constraints, and total quality management. In these approaches, opportunities for process improvement are identified from a diagnosis of the process under study. By providing conceptual models and practical templates for process diagnosis, the framework relates many disconnected strands of research and application in process improvement in healthcare to the unifying pursuit of process improvement. Manufacturing and service organisations improve their processes on a continuous basis to have better operational performance. They use lean six sigma (LSS) projects for process improvement. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the existing literature in LSS and the application of big data analytics (BDA) to have more confident and predictable decisions in each phase of LSS. Fifty-two articles have been identified after a careful and vigilant screening of closely related themes. Future research directions in the big data and LSS have been highlighted on the basis of organisational theories. Review presents an investigation framework consisting of BDA techniques applicable to each phase of LSS in all the dimensions such as volume, variety, velocity and veracity of big data. Review highlights the concerns of big data in LSS such as system design and integration, system performance, security and reliability of data, sustaining the control and conducting the experiments, distributed material and information flow. The review unveils the application of 8 modern organisational theories to big data in LSS with 21 key aspects of related theories and 19 distinct research gaps as opportunities for future research.  相似文献

目的 通过改善K418C壳型小棒的合格率,提高生产效率并降低生产成本。方法 通过精益六西格玛的方法、DMAIC II模型和D-M-A-I-C改进的5个阶段,利用因果图、方差分析等分析手段,结合扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段,准确定义出坩埚掉砂级别和壳型吸灰时长为两个影响产品质量的关键因素。结果 采用精益方法对这两个因素进行了优化和改善,工艺流程优化后的批量生产中,由于氧化物夹杂而导致报废的小棒根数大大降低,改善效果非常明显,其DPMO由改善前的53 034降低至10 355。结论 该方法的运用不仅有效提高了产品的合格率,而且节省了大量的材料费,提高了企业的竞争力。  相似文献

The importance of the six sigma methodology in industry is growing constantly. However, there are few empirical studies that analyse the advantages of this methodology and its positive effects on organisational performance. The purpose of this paper is to extend understanding of the success of six sigma quality management initiatives by investigating the effects of six sigma teamwork and process management on absorptive capacity. It also seeks to understand the relation between absorptive capacity and organisational learning as two sources of sustainable competitive advantage. The information used comes from a larger study, the data for which was collected from a random sample of 237 European firms. Of these 237 organisations, 58 are six sigma organisations. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses. The main findings show that six sigma teamwork and process management positively affect the development of absorptive capacity. A positive and significant relationship is also observed between absorptive capacity and organisational learning orientation. The findings of this study justify six sigma implementation in firms. This study provides us with an in-depth understanding of some structural elements that characterise the six sigma methodology, enabling us to provide an explanation for its success.  相似文献

It is intuitively appealing to measure downtime in terms of total time lost (i.e. frequency times duration). However, the same total downtime can be produced by an infinite number of frequency/duration combinations. This study reports the findings of a computer simulation study on the impact of varying combinations of downtime frequency/duration pairs on performance of serial production systems. The research reported here clearly shows that different downtime frequency/duration combinations affect serial production lines differently even when the total downtime remains equal. Analysis suggests that long duration, infrequently occurring variation has a much more negative impact on system performance than short duration, frequently occurring variation.  相似文献
