本文研制了用于CDMA移动通信系统的高性能高温超导滤波器。该滤波器中心频率为832MHz,带宽为6MHz(相对带宽为0.72%)。为了实现结构紧凑的滤波器,采用了线条宽度和间距均为80μm的双螺旋形谐振器,在MgO基片上实现的12节滤波器尺寸仅为41.4mm×14mm。对滤波器的敏感度分析结果表明,该滤波器的频率响应特性对基片参数和仿真Cell尺寸的变化不敏感,具有较高仿真准确度。滤波器制备采用了高精度光刻和离子束刻蚀工艺,实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合得很好,并且无需调谐即表现出良好性能,插入损耗小于0.36dB,反射损耗大于15.6dB,带外抑制大于100dB。 相似文献

简单介绍了高温超导滤波器系统的构成和性能特点,根据第三代移动通信的技术要求,设计开发了两种类型的高温超导滤波器,针对频分双工的CDMA2000标准,开发了基于自均衡结构的线性相位超导滤波器,滤波器中心频率为830 MHz,带宽为10MHz,其65%带宽内的群时延波动小于±10 ns,带边陡度超过35 dB/MHz.针对时分双工的TD-SCDMA标准,开发了基于双模结构的大功率超导滤波器,滤波器的中心频率为2017.5 MHz,带宽为15MHz,其功率承载能力达到10W以上. 相似文献

研制了一款VHF频段的六阶高温超导带通滤波器。给出了窄带高温超导滤波器的理想电路模型和S参数曲线,提取了该滤波器结构的耦合矩阵、外部品质因数,用主动空间映射法优化了版图性能。研制的高温超导滤波器中心频率45.5 MHz、相对带宽小于2%,由于采用介电常数为23.75 的铝酸镧作为介质基板,大大缩减电路尺寸至0.053λg2。实测结果表明,该滤波器频率响应整体左偏0.15 MHz,带宽900 kHz,通带内插入损耗小于1.9 dB,带外抑制高达70 dB,与版图仿真结果基本吻合。 相似文献

High-field superconducting solenoids have proven themselves to be of great value to scientific research in a number of fields, including chemistry, physics and biology. Present-day magnets take advantage of the high-field properties of Nb3Sn, but the high-field limits of this conductor are nearly reached and so a new conductor and magnet technology is necessary for superconducting magnets beyond 25 T. Twenty years after the initial discovery of superconductivity at high temperatures in complex oxides, a number of high temperature superconductor (HTS) based conductors are available in sufficient lengths to develop high-field superconducting magnets. In this paper, present day HTS conductor and magnet technologies are discussed. HTS conductors have demonstrated the ability to carry very large critical current densities at magnetic fields of 45 T, and two insert coil demonstrations have surpassed the 25 T barrier. There are, however, many challenges to the implementation of HTS conductors in high-field magnets, including coil manufacturing, electromechanical behavior and quench protection. Silver-clad (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x long wires produced by powder-in-tube techniques, which have been recognized as the first generation of the High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) wires, are expected to apply widely especially in strong current applications. In this work, the processing, characterization and application of the silver-clad (Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+x HTS wires are summarized. The HTS wires are fabricated using the combination of powder-in-tube technique, and the resulting wires are fully characterized by the means of chemical analyses, microstructural observation, electrical and magnetic measurements. The relationship among fabrication parameters, chemical and microstructural characteristics, and electrical and magnetic properties are analyzed. Applications of the HTS wires have also been introduced according to their strong current behaviors with various prototype devices made. 相似文献
