通过碳化硅结合氮化硅室温电阻测试及动态电解过程中绝缘性测试实验。在室温25℃条件下进行电阻测试,结果显示碳化硅结合氮化硅材料在室温下电阻率大于2×10~8Ω·cm,具有一定的绝缘性。在1020℃~1040℃条件下对材料进行了电解动态实验测试,同时对材料进行成分分析和XRD测试,结果表明在高温、氟盐腐蚀、电场交互作用的条件下绝缘性会随着使用时间延长逐渐降低。  相似文献

对微量金测试最佳条件已经有很多探讨和研究。然而,由于地质样品的特殊性、微量金分析的复杂性以及各地区环境和气压的差异,因此所谓的最优化测试条件不是一成不变的。为探究西北地区泡塑富集—石墨炉原子吸收测试微量金的最优技术方案,对泡塑富集、硫脲解脱和石墨炉原子吸收测试微量金中的控制因素,例如浓度、温度和时间等进行了研究,获得了最佳解决方案。对国家一级标准物质和15 000件多元素样品进行分析,其结果符合规范要求;该最佳技术方案适用于泡塑富集—石墨炉原子吸收测试微量金的检测,为微量金测试提供了一种准确实用的方法。  相似文献

为了拓展自主研发的顺序扫描式波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪(WDXRF)在铁基合金检测领域的应用,通过对测试条件、谱线干扰方法、强度表征方法、基体校正方法等的研究,开发了覆盖多种类型铁基合金样品,可以对16种常用元素成分进行直接快速分析的方法。实验采用铣床对样品进行表面处理,对各待测元素设定合适的条件并进行所有样品的测试,然后在软件中分别用经验系数法和Alpha系数法进行工作曲线绘制,并采用估计标准误差(SEE)作为曲线质量评定依据,通过SEE值的大小确定各元素的基体校正方法,最后选取典型样品进行了方法重复性和正确度的考察。结果显示,无论对于常量元素Fe、Cr、Ni、Mn,还是微量元素Al、Si、P、S、Ti、V、Co、Cu、Zr、Nb、Mo、W,实验方法都有较好的正确度、精密度以及检出限,并有较宽的测试范围。研究表明,在铁基合金分析领域,实验方法能够满足日常测试分析的需求。  相似文献

为了矿山经济、合理及安全的开发利用,针对矿区开采技术条件问题,开展水工环地质测量,实施水文地质钻探、水文地质和工程地质编录、抽水试验及取样测试等工作手段,对矿区开采技术条件进行深入分析。调查矿区含水层、隔水层、构造破碎带、岩溶等水文地质特征;分析地表水、地下水的补给、运移、排泄等条件,分析充水水源、矿坑涌水通道等主要充水因素,评价了矿床充水条件;对矿山可供利用的水源水质条件、水量等进行了调查评价。通过分析研究,得出了矿山水文地质、工程地质及环境地质条件属中等类型,矿山开采技术条件属中等复杂类型的结论。  相似文献

Reviews the book "Psychology: The unity of human behavior," by Timothy J. Gannon (see record 1954-06735-000). This volume is an introductory textbook of psychology for college students. In addition to a somewhat different organization of the material and a different emphasis accorded to various topics Gannon's book introduces certain theoretical considerations which are not ordinarily found in most textbooks. The book is divided into four parts: The first part, the shortest, is a general introduction. The second, entitled "Reception," deals with sensation and perception. The author, in discussing perception, particularly stresses the neural correlates of perception and the localization of functions in the brain. The third, "Response," contains the discussion of reflexes, drives, and emotions. The fourth and last part, "Integration," is the longest, constituting almost half of the book. The principal concern of the author is to present all experiences, and all behavior, as integrated manifestations of a single living person. The entire book is characterized by an effort to present to the student not merely a survey of psychological problems and known facts about man but to provide him at the same time with a concept of man's nature which would serve as a key to the understanding of man as such. The use of infiltration storm-water best management practices (BMPs) has become a more commonly used approach as a means of reducing postdevelopment runoff volumes in many areas throughout the United States. Although studies regarding the performance of infiltration BMPs are emerging, much remains to be learned about their design, construction, and operation. The increase in knowledge will improve the performance and longevity of these BMPs. The performance of one such infiltration basin over a 2-year cycle is presented in this paper. The study site is a pervious concrete infiltration basin BMP built in 2002 in a courtyard common area at Villanova University. The system consists of three linked infiltration beds lined with geotextile filter fabric, filled with coarse aggregate, and overlaid with pervious concrete. The natural soil beneath the infiltration BMP is a silty sand. The BMP is extensively instrumented to facilitate water quantity and quality research. Both water-quantity and -quality results are presented. The water-quantity analysis showed that the performance of the basin was directly related to its infiltration characteristics. The infiltration rate of the silty sand is cyclic, with higher rates during warmer periods and lower rates during colder periods. The water quality analysis investigated the pollutant reduction for chloride, copper, nitrogen, and phosphorus from the inlet to the surface-water outlet of the structure, as well as differences in pollutant concentration levels between the basin, surrounding ground, and varying soil layer elevations beneath the basin. In general, the pollutant reduction to the surface waters was greater than 90% from inlet to outlet, primarily influenced by the infiltration of the storm water into the natural soils below the BMP. The pollutant concentration of the infiltrating runoff was found to be higher than expected in the area adjacent to the bed when compared to concentration levels found at a similar depth beneath the infiltration bed. Comparison of pollutant concentration levels, as the water moved from within the storage bed to the soil beneath the bed, were shown to vary, with statistical differences found for mean concentration levels of both pH and copper levels; and no statistical differences were found for conductivity, total phosphorous, and chloride at each elevation.  相似文献

含钛高炉渣特殊的物理化学性质是产生多孔凝渣层的基础条件,在降温过程中黏度提高很快,气泡被迅速“冷冻”;高熔点TiC、TiN及其固熔体Ti(C,N)的存在,显著降低了熔渣的表面张力,使炉渣黏度增加、变稠,阻碍渣中气泡的长大和放出;含钛高炉渣中TiO2组分,尤其是以四配位离子团存在的阳离子Ti4+,其增加熔体黏度、稳定泡沫的作用明显;TiO2及其高熔点还原产物是表面活性物质,具有稳定气泡的马拉戈尼效应。多孔凝渣层的形成是由于反应物质产生气体,气体上浮逸出的速度小于气体生成的速度,以及渣急速冷却凝固,使部分气泡“冷冻”存留在凝渣中。  相似文献

建立了EDTA络合滴定法测定镍镁合金中镍和镁含量的分析方法。试样以硝酸、滴加盐酸溶解,分取一定体积的试液,加柠檬酸掩蔽铁离子,以丁二酮肟沉淀镍,用硝酸和高氯酸破坏沉淀剂,以紫脲酸铵作指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定镍含量;同时,另取部分试液,以铜试剂预先分离镍基体,并以盐酸羟胺、氰化钾、三乙醇胺等掩蔽剩余干扰离子,以铬黑T为指示剂,用EDTA标准溶液滴定镁含量。对沉淀剂进行探讨,结果表明,测定镍时,加沉淀剂丁二酮肟与其络合沉淀,选择性好;而测定镁时,选择铜试剂络合沉淀基体镍和其他干扰离子,滤液可直接用于镁离子的测定,干扰少。对镍镁合金样品中镍、镁含量进行多次平行测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)分别为0.23%~0.57%和0.76%~0.90%。并模拟镍镁合金的主要成分及含量合成试样溶液进行测定,结果与理论值一致。将方法应用于镍镁合金实际样品分析,结果与参照方法结果一致。  相似文献

通过使用手持式X射线荧光光谱仪对铅锌矿含量进行分析,建立了矿山现场快速测定铅锌矿中铅、锌、铜、钼等元素的分析方法。根据待测元素的能量位置,选用35 kV为最优电压。比较了铝、钛、镍等滤片的测试效果,使用镍元素滤片配合4 mm大准直器能够有效降低钼元素的检出限。为了满足矿山现场实际测定的需要,实验采用无制样直接检测的方法。通过数学校准模型对不同样品表面状态进行校准,实现了现场块状、屑状、粉状等矿山实际样品的良好定量分析。采用实验方法检测标准样品和矿山实际样品中的铅、锌、铜、钼等元素含量,测定值与认定值或其他方法的测定结果相符。准确度偏差能够满足现场选矿的需求,重现性好,检测周期短,已经应用于国内某些大型铅锌矿采矿基地。  相似文献

 为了研究轧制温度对复合板界面结合强度的影响,采用真空热轧法制备了不锈钢复合板,利用OM、EPMA观察分析了不锈钢复合板界面组织和合金元素扩散。结果表明,碳钢中碳、铁元素向不锈钢扩散,不锈钢中铬、镍等元素向碳钢扩散,界面处出现Si-Mn-O三元化合物,合金元素扩散随轧制温度的升高而趋于严重。远离界面碳钢的组织为铁素体和珠光体组织,靠近界面碳钢的组织为铁素体组织。碳钢至界面处硬度先减小后升高,界面至不锈钢内部硬度先升高后下降,距界面约40 μm碳钢侧的维氏硬度值最低约为121.8HV,距界面约20 μm不锈钢侧的维氏硬度值最高约为245.5HV。从1 100到1 300 ℃,剪切强度随轧制温度的升高而升高,1 300 ℃轧制获得的界面剪切强度为463 MPa,远远超过基体的剪切强度。  相似文献

Reviews the book, Reconcilable differences by Andrew Christensen and Neil S. Jacobson (see record 1999-04347-000). Christensen and Jacobson have written a book for couples in conflict. The book is presented as a self-help guide to aid couples in accepting incompatibilities and in developing greater intimacy. The emphasis is upon the development of compassionate acceptance, quite a departure from what one might expect from these authors. The authors maintain that when couples get embroiled in blame, hurt, withdrawal, and continuing argument, intimacy seems out of reach. The natural inclination is to try to change the partner-which often makes the conflict worse. The book's thesis is that acceptance is a way out of this impasse. The book is divided into four parts. Part I, "The Anatomy of Arguments," describes and analyzes many, many (perhaps too many) relationship conflicts. The six chapters are written to help the reader understand the principles of arguments and to apply the principles to his or her own conflicts. Part H, "From Argument to Acceptance," strikes to the heart of the authors' therapy and shows the ways a couple can learn acceptance of each other. Part III, "Deliberate Change through Acceptance," continues with the acceptance theme but illustrates how changes can occur. Part IV contains two outlier chapters, one on violence, infidelity, and emotional abuse where acceptance is not the recommended way to go, and the other on getting professional help. This paper presents a regression model that relates job site productivity to process improvement initiatives (PIIs) executed both before and during construction. Applied during early project stages, this model helps industry practitioners to predict the expected value of labor productivity based on certain inputs related to preconstruction planning and construction execution. The model demonstrates the strong relationship of project performance to a variety of PIIs including design completeness, definition of a project vision statement, testing oversight, and project manager experience and dedication. The correlational research methodology targeted 75 projects representing approximately $274.53 million in civil construction. The data collection effort considered 45 PIIs (independent variables) using quantitative and qualitative measures. The modeling technique involved the use of multiple linear regression, a method that exploits available data from multiple, independent sources to focus on specific outcomes. The model was developed directly from contractor specific information and subjected to rigorous statistical analysis. The model provides project managers as front line industry practitioners with a deliberate yet practical approach to project management and productivity enhancement. The study focuses on the development of an innovative procurement method in order to improve owners’ contracting strategies. The aim of this paper is to develop a procurement system that improves the overall project implementation process, in order to meet the project objectives of time, cost, and quality. The Specialist Task Organization (STO) approach is suggested based on a constructive research approach, where extensive theoretical development of the STO concept is developed. The analogical validation was carried out through the review of four case study examples in order to find the analogies between the positive outcomes of four case studies and the elements of the STO route. The proposed task-oriented approach utilizes integrated product (task) development, integrated management, and fragmented execution via task organizations. The merits of the STO approach include, the shifting of competition from only single design and cost based to multiple designs, life-cycle costs, alternative materials, and maintainability implications. The STO approach assumes a modular approach to design, and allows experts knowledge in design and construction through their involvement from preconstruction through project starts up. The suggested STO route is a potential tool in realizing complete sustainability in construction in terms of environmental and social sustainability, as well as economic sustainability.  相似文献
