为了实现我国温差水热法生长的祖母绿晶体的激光运转,利用Nd∶YAP的1.3414μm激光经过LBO晶体倍频得到的670.7nm红光作为抽运光源,采用对称共焦腔实现了祖母绿晶体732nm红外激光的输出,激光阈值在0.5W~0.6W之间。在输入功率达到2.89W时获得了46μW的732nm激光输出。  相似文献

祖母绿是一种名贵宝石和优秀的激光晶体材料。总结了国内外祖母绿激光晶体在合成工艺及其激光器的研究现状,对比了水热法和助熔剂法合成祖母绿晶体生长工艺的不同特点和激光特性方面的异同,通过对我国水热法生长的祖母绿晶体的激光性能及其器件研究,指出提高祖母绿晶体的质量与尺寸、使用新型LD泵浦技术和腔型结构,有望获得较高的红外激光输出。  相似文献

目的 :观察调Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗颧部褐青色痣的临床效果。方法 :运用Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗颧部褐青色痣。结果 :2 0 2例颧部褐青色痣经 1 -5次治疗 ,痊愈 84例 ,显效 6 1例 ,总有效率为 71 .8% ,除色素沉着外无其它副作用。结论 :Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗颧部褐青色痣疗效满意 ,安全可靠。  相似文献

报道了温差水热法生长的祖母绿晶体在660 nm激光二极管(LD)抽运下的激光实验结果。根据祖母绿晶体的光学特点和生长情况,加工了长度分别为10.5 mm和3.4 mm的两种激光棒,并分别进行了激光实验。当激光二极管输入功率为2.68 W时,在平凹腔中祖母绿晶体分别实现了2.7 mW和24 mW的731 nm红外激光的自由输出,其中长度3.4 mm激光晶体的光-光转换效率为1.4%,斜率效率为11.9%,激光阈值在0.7 W附近,并分析讨论了效率低的原因。  相似文献

The lasing properties of chromium-aluminum-doped forsterite were investigated using a tunable alexandrite laser as the pump source. Results of measurements of the lasing threshold, slope efficiency, spectral and temporal profiles of the laser pulse, and the time delay between the alexandrite pump pulse and the laser emission are presented for pump wavelengths of 770, 746, and 730 nm and different pump beam energies. Experimental and theoretical studies of intracavity Raman lasers are presented. Advantages of intracavity Raman lasers, particularly for low-emission cross section and broadly tunable vibronic gain media, are described. Experimental studies of a hydrogen gas Raman laser pumped inside the cavity of an alexandrite laser are presented. Emerald is a new broadly wavelength-tunable vibronic laser material with stimulated emission in the red to infrared due to4T_{2} rightarrow4Atransitions of Cr3+. A multi-reentrant nonplanar ring laser cavity configuration is presented. Two identical spherical mirrors were used to construct the laser cavity. The exact reentrant condition of the ring cavity is derived and the stability of the laser cavity is analyzed. Although slight astigmatism can arise from the intracavity elements, the cavity itself is astigmatism-free. Linear output polarization is readily achieved. A 3-atm.% Nd doped YAG with 1-mm thickness was used as the gain medium to reduce beam distortion, and the gain medium also served as a Faraday rotator to control the laser beam propagation direction. The laser cavity length is short, whereas the laser beam round-trip length can be long. A factor of 13-times enlargement in round-trip length is demonstrated.  相似文献

The characteristics of optical pumping dynamics in laser-pumped, rare-earth-doped, solid-state laser materials are investigated by using a tunable alexandrite laser to pump Y3Al5O12 :Nd3+ in an optical cavity. It is found that the slope efficiency of the Nd laser operation depends strongly on the wavelength of the pump laser. For pump wavelengths resulting in low slope efficiencies, intense fluorescence emission is observed from the sample in the blue-green spectral region. This is attributed to the excited-state absorption of pump photons which occurs during radiationless relaxation from the pump band to the metastable state. This type of process is an important loss mechanism for monochromatic pumping of laser systems at specific pump wavelengths  相似文献

提高谐振腔的稳定性一直是激光技术的一个重大问题。将“猫眼”逆向器作为反射镜,组成“猫眼”谐振腔可提高激光谐振腔的稳定性。以功率稳定性为参考指标,做了一系列对比实验来对比“猫眼”谐振腔He-Ne激光器和现有He-Ne激光器在失调特性、温度漂移方面的性能。结果表明,“猫眼”谐振腔激光器稳定性显著优于传统平凹谐振腔和凹凹谐振腔激光器。进行了免调节“猫眼”谐振腔He-Ne激光器的实验,“猫眼”谐振腔He-Ne激光器的功率稳定性达到了以前各种构造的He-Ne激光器无法达到的高水平。  相似文献

A corrugation-pitch-modulated phase-shifted distributed feedback (DFB) laser is proposed to reduce the spatial-hole-burning effect along the laser cavity. The structure of the proposed corrugation-pitch-modulated phase-shifted DFB laser is illustrated. A reduction in this effect is confirmed from its spectral behavior as a function of driving current. 为了探究定向棱镜谐振腔激光模式分布情况,通过连续利用反射系统的光线矢量的反射定律,推导出具有二面角误差的角锥棱镜相位模型,首次创新性地建立了定向棱镜腔的光场数学模型,并运用FOX-LI的理论。研制了一套求解各种腔形的稳态模的场分布软件。用这套软件模拟出了定向棱镜谐振腔自再现模的分布。同时,针对免调试固体激光器(定向棱镜腔)进行实验,将模拟所得结果与实际激光器的输出近场、远场光斑,以及与光束质量分析仪检测分析结果进行了对比,取得了较好的效果。  相似文献

The self-pulsing laser oscillator is examined theoretically by developing a simple model based on the assumption that the pulse in the laser cavity is a 180° pulse for the medium. The concept of an optical 180° pulse is closely analogous to the idea of a 180° RF pulse discussed in spin-echo studies. The range of parameters for which a laser oscillator is expected to be self-pulsing is found from this theory, and the results are compared with experimental observations of the behavior of a 6328 Å He-Ne laser oscillator. Observations of self-pulsing are made as a function of cavity length, position of the gain medium in the laser cavity, and laser excitation. Observations of pulse widths and output frequency spectra are also reported. It is found that the main features of the experimental observations agree well with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献
