以龙山县2015年棚户区改造及公租房建设项目为实际案例,研究BIM技术在高层房建施工中的应用。首先明确各分部工程量大、钢材成本控制、钻孔灌注桩溶洞处理等施工难点,搭建三维立体模型,生成场景动画,提高可视化效果。然后在项目施工过程中,通过BIM技术三维表现、专业深化与设计综合、方案模拟优化、工程量统计、三控三管、钢筋精细化管理、实施监管等措施解决传统工程在施工管理过程中存在的粗放式、经验式管理弊端,实现项目管理数据信息化、精细化、可视化、及危险可预见性的管理方式,大大提高管理创新理念及生产效率。最后针对施工难点提出相应的解决措施,模拟施工部署及进度、创新工法,深化设计碰撞检查、钢筋精细化施工、平台管控的施工全过程控制,便于技术交底、方案筛选与施工准备,进一步完善BIM的研究与应用力度。  相似文献

BIM广泛应用于建筑工程动态可视化管理、信息共享和决策支持中。针对复杂地质环境下的地铁隧道而言,地质模型的准确度决定了隧道的设计质量,影响施工及后期运营安全稳定,而这是BIM较为薄弱环节。以南宁地铁2号线为例,利用Revit的API进行二次开发,建立隧道BIM结构模型和基于地质数据库的三维地质模型,分别得出地铁隧道结构计算和岩土软件数值分析结果,结合项目实时施工进度、隧道结构变形数据、地面沉降数据、建筑物沉降倾斜数据等实时变形监测信息,进行反馈和验证。最终计算结果在web 监测平台上三维可视化,可辅助施工单位及时掌握相关信息并做出应急反应,从而实现BIM在复杂地质环境下地铁隧道三维可视化、结构分析以及安全预警预报的应用。  相似文献

Numerous Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools are well established and potentially beneficial in certain uses. However, issues of adoption and implementation persist, particularly for on-site use of BIM tools in the construction phase. We describe an empirical case-study of the implementation of an innovative ‘Site BIM’ system on a major hospital construction project. The main contractor on the project developed BIM-enabled tools to allow site workers using mobile tablet personal computers to access design information and to capture work quality and progress data on-site. Accounts show that ‘Site BIM’, while judged to be successful and actively supporting users, was delivered through an exploratory and emergent development process of informal prototyping. Technical IT skills were adopted into the construction project through personal relationships and arrangements rather than formal processes. Implementation was driven by construction project employees rather than controlled centrally by the corporate IT function.  相似文献

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process used by Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) stakeholders which simulates a construction project in a multi-dimensional digital model and provides multitudes of project benefits from project inception to its occupancy. However, a variety of barriers impede a holistic BIM implementation. Due to these barriers, some general contractors outsource the creation and use of BIM models to specialized Information Technology (IT) firms. Since limited literature currently exists for BIM outsourcing, this study aims to identify BIM outsourcing patterns among the general contractors across the US and the perceived impacts it has on construction projects. Analysis of two-hundred and fifty-two complete responses from general contracting firms determines that 45% of responding companies have outsourced BIM, this signifies that outsourcing has become an important facet of BIM implementation. Data was also collected on company demographics, BIM outsourcing locations, strategic reasons for outsourcing, and various other aspects related to BIM outsourcing. The results indicate that respondents perceive BIM outsourcing as less efficient than in-house BIM implementation. However, continued use of outsourcing for BIM functions also displays the adaptability of the industry in meeting challenges and embracing new technology through alternative methods, despite the potential risks.  相似文献

以大型综合体项目为研究对象,基于建筑信息模型(BIM)开展施工进度模拟精细化研究,在此基础上提出一种施工进度管理方法,以期有效提升工程信息化水平。首先利用参数化建模方式创建三维BIM模型,导入广联达BIM5D平台生成四维模型,然后将计划-实施-检查-处置(PDCA)理论与BIM技术相结合,应用在结合点一(宏观视角下施工全过程进度管控)与结合点二(施工进度管控中重点环节的BIM强化应用),最后将该方法应用到大型综合体项目进度管控实例中验证其可行性。结果表明:将BIM技术与PDCA循环管理理论相结合,可以使施工全过程的进度管控目标更明确、管控流程更优化; 实际案例施工段二区的进度模拟次数减少60%,工期整体提前3.5%; BIM和PDCA结合应用有效提升了工程信息化水平,为建立科学有效的进度管理方法提供了新思路。  相似文献

为提高曲港高速公路施工进度管理和投资管理水平,BIM咨询团队将BIM施工技术结合4D技术应用于项目管理过程中,并实际应用了基于4D-BIM的曲港高速公路建设管理软件。本案例实践了新型的进度和投资管理技术,实现了4D施工进度可视化模拟和基于BIM的投资管理。案例成果可以作为BIM在高速公路工程的施工进度和投资控制中的应用示范,将为类似的高速公路工程的施工管理,尤其是进度投资管理提供参考。  相似文献

The complicated nature of interior construction works makes the detailed progress monitoring challenging. Current interior construction progress monitoring methods involve submission of periodic reports and are constrained by their reliance on manually intensive processes and limited support for recording visual information. Recent advances in image-based visualization techniques enable reporting construction progress using interactive and visual approaches. However, analyzing significant amounts of as-built construction photographs requires sophisticated techniques. To overcome limitations of existing approaches, this research focuses on visualization and computer vision techniques to monitor detailed interior construction progress using an object-based approach. As-planned 3D models from Building Information Modeling (BIM) and as-built photographs are visualized and compared in a walk-through model. Within such an environment, the as-built interior construction objects are decomposed to automatically generate the status of construction progress. This object-based approach introduces an advanced model that enables the user to have a realistic understanding of the interior construction progress.  相似文献

This article reports the findings of a quantitative study on the relationship between various project performance outcomes and the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), within the commercial construction industry. The literature review identified inconsistent results among prior qualitative and quantitative work concerning the relationships of key project performance measures and BIM use. Data on 13 variables from 93 completed construction projects were collected and examined through a causal comparative research design. Projects that used BIM (in design or construction) were not found to experience significant performance outcomes when controlling for the contribution of other independent variables and covariates at the 95% confidence level (CL). At the lower 90% CL, however, projects using BIM in construction experienced significantly higher levels of schedule growth than projects that did not use BIM in construction. Recommendations are made for training of construction management staff as a step to avoid unwanted schedule growth associated with BIM use during construction. This study is one of a very small group of rigorous quantitative analyses of BIM project performance outcomes conducted to date; additionally, it is the only study that has analyzed BIM in a multivariate context that controlled for the contribution of other project variables not directly related to BIM use.  相似文献

Abstract:   Virtual construction allows engineers to simulate and visualize construction progress on computer before commencing the real project and is becoming an important technique to manage fast-track and complicated construction projects. One major consideration for virtual construction is the simulation of the operation of construction equipment for a construction project. This research specifically focuses on developing a mathematical model to support the simulation and visualization of cranes, the most critical equipment in terms of project controls. This model is composed of two submodels—a kinematics model and a dynamic model. The kinematics model is to present the crane components controlled by the operators. The dynamic model is to present the dynamic behavior in suspended system (including the cable and rigging object), which cannot be controlled directly by the operators. To verify the feasibility of these methods, a computer program that simulates and visualizes detailed crane activities was developed. This program supports the real-time visualization of crane activities with high degree of reality accuracy and also, enables the detailed simulation of long-term construction projects .  相似文献

The utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has been growing significantly and translating into the support of various tasks within the construction industry. In relation to such a growth, many approaches that leverage dimensions of information stored in BIM model are being developed. Through this, it is possible to allow all stakeholders to retrieve and generate information from the same model, enabling them to work cohesively. To identify gaps of existing work and evaluate new studies in this area, a BIM application framework is developed and discussed in this paper. Such a framework gives an overview of BIM applications in the construction industry. A literature review, within this framework, has been conducted and the result reveals a research gap for BIM applications in the project domains of quality, safety and environmental management. A computable multi-dimensional (nD) model is difficult to establish in these areas because with continuously changing conditions, the decision making rules for evaluating whether an individual component is considered good quality, or whether a construction site is safe, also vary as the construction progresses. A process of expanding from 3D to computable nD models, specifically, a possible way to integrate safety, quality and carbon emission variables into BIM during the construction phase of a project is explained in this paper. As examples, the processes of utilizing nD models on real construction sites are described. It is believed to benefit the industry by providing a computable BIM and enabling all project participants to extract any information required for decision making. Finally, the framework is used to identify areas to extend BIM research.  相似文献

Theoretical developments in Building Information Modelling (BIM) suggest that not only is it useful for geometric modelling of a building's performance but also that it can assist in the management of construction projects. The purpose of this paper is to explore the extent to which the use of BIM has resulted in reported benefits on a cross-section of construction projects. This exploration is done by collecting secondary data from 35 construction projects that utilised BIM. A set of project success criteria were generated and content analysis was used to establish the extent to which each individual project met a criterion. The most frequently reported benefit related to the cost reduction and control through the project life cycle. Significant time savings were also reported. Negative benefits were mainly focused on the use of BIM software. Cost/benefit analysis, awareness raising and education and training are important activities to address the challenges of BIM usage.  相似文献

应用建筑信息模型(BIM)的项目有利于项目团队成员之间的信息交换,减少团队内部的冲突和分歧,并在项目成本、三维可视化、施工顺序问题、冲突解决方面具有显著效果。研究考察了BIM项目的社交网络特征,通过分析BIM项目的参与方信息流动特点,从而揭示项目的组织网络特征,然后使用项目绩效作为度量筛选出针对BIM项目而言最优的社交网络结构,最终提出了BIM项目信息流建设的相关意见。研究引入关键绩效指标(KPI)以衡量项目绩效,使用密度、平均度数、直径和平均路径长度等社交网络指标揭示不同BIM项目的网络特征,最后揭示了项目社交网络与KPI之间存在显著相关性。结果表明,高度紧密的组间社会网络更有利于项目绩效的提升,有效提升组间沟通质量是建立最优社交网络的必要条件。然而对于网络的平均度数指标应当辩证性看待,高平均度数代表该网络的沟通能力极佳,但从权力量化角度来看也意味着可能存在高度集权的节点。  相似文献
