通过热失重分析仪和锥形量热仪等仪器对无卤膨胀阻燃聚丙烯的阻燃特性进行了研究.测量了聚丙烯和无卤膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯的热解过程,同时测量了纯聚丙烯及无卤膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯质量损失速率、热释放速率和残余质量分数随时间的变化规律.结果表明,随着膨胀阻燃剂添加量的增加,热释放速率不断降低,但降低的幅度逐渐减少,其质量损失速率、残余质量分数也有类似的规律.外部辐射功率的增加会加快无卤膨胀型阻燃聚丙烯分解,热释放速率会相应增大. 相似文献

以水性树脂为基体,聚磷酸铵(APP)、三聚氰胺(MEL)、季戊四醇(PER)为膨胀阻燃体系,可膨胀石墨(EG)和绢云母为填料制备了水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料;研究了基体拼合、膨胀阻燃体系、EG与绢云母配比对钢结构防火涂料性能的影响。结果表明:氯偏乳液与纯丙AC261P乳液质量比为22:3,APP、MEL、PER的质量比为4:3:3,可膨胀石墨和绢云母的质量比为5:3时,制备的防火涂料涂层受热膨胀倍率为5.68倍,形成了"蜂窝状"结构的膨胀炭质层,孔洞均匀致密,与钢板粘附性好、强度高,耐火性能好,耐火极限高达2 997 s。 相似文献

To reduce the flammability of epoxy resin (EP), a flame retardant (designated as D-POSS) containing diphenylphosphinyl and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) was constructed by aminopropyl-isobutyl POSS and diphenylphosphinyl chloride. The chemical structure of D-POSS was fully characterized, then it was used to enhance the flame retardancy of EP. When the flame-retardant EP composite contained 4 wt% D-POSS, its limiting oxygen index value was 29.0% and it achieved UL 94 V-1 rating. Also, its peak of heat release rate (pk-HRR), total heat release (THR) and total smoke production were decreased by 35.3%, 30.3%, and 38.3%, respectively. Moreover, the results from cone calorimeter disclosed that diphenylphosphinyl group and POSS group in D-POSS showed a strong synergistic effect in inhibiting pk-HRR, THR, and smoke production, promoting the charring formation of EP material, and forming an intumescent char layer. Additionally, the theoretical THR reduction of flame-retardant EP composite was calculated by the equation deduced from the standard, and it was almost same with the practical THR reduction. Notably, some silicon oxide enriched on the residue's surface. The phenomenon led to form a double-layer residue that consisted of white yarn-like outer char and normal intumescent inner char. Magnesium hydroxystannate [MgSn(OH)6, MgHS] was successfully prepared by a facile coprecipitation method. Then, MgHS was used to intumescent flame-retardant polypropylene systems. Thermogravimetry analysis results indicated that the introduction of MgHS can improve the thermal stability of the intumescent flame-retardant polypropylene system. Limiting oxygen index and UL-94 vertical burning test data show that the addition of MgHS can significantly improve the flame retardancy of intumescent flame-retardant polypropylene system. From the cone calorimetry results, it can be observed that the peak heat release rate is decreased in comparison with intumescent flame-retardant polypropylene. Moreover, the addition of MgHS significantly reduced the gaseous products, especially carbon monoxide. 相似文献
