酞酸单酯是水体环境中一类新型的环境激素污染物。以含叔胺基的复合功能树脂NXD-2为吸附剂,以邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(MBP)为目标污染物,通过吸附等温线、热力学、动力学和柱吸附脱附实验,考察了NXD-2对MBP的吸附性能。研究结果表明,NXD-2对MBP的吸附以氢键作用为主,在288~313 K的温度范围内,平衡吸附量随温度的升高而升高;升高温度有利于加快NXD-2对MBP的去除速率。柱吸附脱附研究表明,在进水浓度为300 mg·L-1的高浓度条件下,吸附出水的前100 BV中,溶液中MBP的浓度低于检测限(10 mg·L-1),说明NXD-2对MBP具有较高的处理深度;同时NXD-2具有较好的脱附效果,脱附体积达到20 BV时,脱附率接近100%。因此,复合功能树脂NXD-2作为一种吸附剂,在水体中酞酸单酯的去除方面具有良好的应用前景。 相似文献

Amino derivative of chloromethylated polystyrene resin was synthesized and functionalized by 1,10‐phenanthroline (1,10‐Phen) to yield a novel adsorbent, namely 4‐methylamino‐[N,N‐bis(2,2′)‐1,10‐phenanthroline] polystyrene ( 4‐MABPPS ). The complete development of novel adsorbent along with its characterization is described in detail. The adsorption ability and selectivity of 4‐MABPPS were investigated for cobalt and zirconium ions so as to efficiently separate cobalt ion impurities from zircalloy cladding material of nuclear reactors. A novel flocculant was synthesized, a method consisting of a poly(acrylamide‐co‐acrylic acid) complexed with an inorganic coagulant through the chemical bond between metal ions and carboxyl acid groups or amide ligands within the polymer. This complex polymeric flocculant is more readily available for purifying water than any single or mechanical mixture. Poly(quaternary ammonium salt) (PQAS) as a cationic polymeric adsorbent was synthesized and characterized by FTIR. Isotherm, kinetic and thermodynamic of dye removal from single and binary systems was investigated. Acid Blue 25 (AB25) and Acid Red 18 (AR18) were used. The effect of operational parameters (adsorbent dose, pH, dye concentration and salt) on dye removal was studied. The dye removal followed the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-first order kinetics. The adsorbent maximum dye adsorption capacity (Q0) was 2000 and 1667 mg/g for AB25 and AR18, respectively. The thermodynamic data showed that dye adsorption was spontaneous, endothermic, and a physisorption reaction. 相似文献

An affinity media for endotoxin removal based on silica gel was prepared by activation with silane coupling agent and subsequent conjugation with histidine (His) as a ligand. The influence of pore size and particle dimension of the silica gel and the grafting conditions such as reaction temperature and concentration of His in solution on the grafting yield of His were studied by means of IR, thermogravimetric analysis and elemental analysis. The results show that the silica gel with a particle size of 200 μm and a pore size of about 12 nm was a good carrier material for the preparation of the affinity adsorbent. Under the optimal conditions, histidine was covalently immobilized on silica gel at about 20 mg/g, with a corresponding maximum endotoxin adsorption capacity qm in contaminated water of about 1.2 mg/g and an apparent dissociation constant Kd of about 1350 μg/L. The adsorbent had little nonspecific adsorption from a protein-containing solution. 相似文献

In order to develop a new type column chromatography, a polymeric adsorbent was prepared by grafting a photoresponsive polymer containing an azobenzene moiety on the surface of controlled pore glass beads. The polarity of the surface of the polymeric adsorbent was increased by UV irradiation because of trans–cis isomerization of azobenzene moiety. Adhesion chromatography of erythrocytes was carried out using the photoresponsive polymeric adsorbent. The erythrocytes were adhered to the adsorbent in the dark and separated from the adsorbent by UV irradiation. This behavior appears to be caused by the photoresponse of the polarity change on the surface of the polymeric adsorbent. The morphology of the erythrocytes which adhered on the surface of the photoresponsive polymeric adsorbent remained unchanged both in the dark and after UV irradiation. The amount of erythrocytes which adhered to the adsorbent increased with increasing the molecular weight of the grafted polymer and the hydrophobicity of the surface. 相似文献

Three nanocomposites containing MCM-48-35PEHA-15DEA (35 and 15 as weight percent of amine addition), MCM-48-30PEHA-20DEA and MCM-48-25PEHA-25DEA of mesoporous silica MCM-48 modified by the mixture of pentaethylenehexamine (PEHA) and diethanolamine (DEA) have been synthesized and used to study the adsorption of carbon dioxide (CO2). They are characterized by low angle x-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and Brunauer-Emmet-Teller (BET) analysis. MCM-48-35PEHA-15DEA (as optimized adsorbent) shows CO2 adsorption capacity of 0.51 (m·mol CO2/g-adsorbent) at 1 bar and 298 K, much higher than CO2 adsorption capacity on polyethyleneimine, pyrrolidinepropyl and polymerized aminopropyl loaded MCM-48. 相似文献

From p-toluic acid, a series of polymeric fluorescent whitening agents (FWA) was synthesized. In the paper are given the details for the synthesis of the FWA and their intermediates. The products are water-dispersible or water-soluble, have good affinity with hydrophobic fabrics, affect the soil-releasing effect on polyester, soiled or aged cotton fabrics, and can be incorporated into concentrated fabric conditioner, a product type using FWA that is being developed. 以α-溴代丙酸乙酯(EPN-Br)为引发剂,氯化亚铜(CuCl)与N,N,N′,N″,N″-五甲基二亚乙基三胺(PMDETA)组成的混合体系为催化剂,使甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯(tBMA)进行原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),得到了端基为溴原子的聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯大分子中间体PtBMA-Br。使其末端的Br与甲基丙烯酸发生亲核取代反应,得到甲基丙烯酸封端的大分子单体。FTIR和1H-NMR的分析表明大分子单体结构明确,双键导入率高;再用该大分子单体与苯乙烯分散共聚制得形态规整的高分子微球。 相似文献

Isolation step of vancomycin, a glycopeptide antibiotic, is usually done from fermentation broth filtrate, while its adsorption directly from the whole broth could rationalize the process. The equilibrium and kinetics of vancomycin adsorption from broth supernatant, diluted and whole broth on polymeric adsorbent was studied in this work. Experimental equilibrium data was correlated with Sips, Langmuir, Freundlich, and linear adsorption isotherms. Agreement between measured and regressed data for the first three mentioned models did not vary much and was relatively high. The maximum adsorbed amount for supernatant was higher than for fermentation broths because mycelium particles blocked adsorbent surface. Liquid film mass transfer studies showed that external mass transfer resistance could have been neglected. Diffusion of vancomycin inside adsorbent particles was acknowledged using a nonstructural, homogenous surface diffusion and bidisperse pore models. Model simulations indicated that kinetics of the process could be improved by using smaller adsorbent particles. © 2011 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2012 相似文献

Two polymeric dyes containing the anthraquinone structure were prepared via solution polycondensation. Their monomers were prepared through reactions between 1,5‐dichloroanthraquinone and nucleophiles. The polymeric dyes were characterized with NMR and thermogravimetry. Their ultraviolet spectra, intrinsic viscosity, and solubility were also measured. The proposal of suitable processes for glycerin removal from crude biodiesel is an important task for making the overall biodiesel production process environmentally friendly and economically viable. In this article, we propose a dry purification process for biodiesel treatment with different polymeric materials [chitosan, cellulose acetate, poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), and sulfonated PVA]. Except for pure PVA, all of the proposed materials were able to reduce the free glycerin content of crude biodiesel from 0.03 wt % to values lower than 0.02 wt %. When the PVA was sulfonated, the glycerin removal increased from 12 to 82% compared that of pure PVA. The glycerin content in the biodiesel sample treated with sulfonated PVA was 0.0055 wt %. Mid‐IR spectrometric analysis showed that the sulfonation of PVA increased the band due to H? O? H stretching vibrations; this enabled greater hydrogen bonding between glycerol and the ? Graphene oxide, particularly as magnetic particles, has recently been used as an adsorbent for wastewater treatment in applications such as heavy metals separation (mercury, cadmium, copper, chromium, arsenic) and also organics (antibiotics, dyes, i.e. Reactive black 5, etc.). Selected examples will be given in the present review—mostly from the literature. A new type of aquaporin‐based biomimetic water purification membrane is fabricated using a propargyl functionalized β‐sheet peptide (FBP1). FBP1 is demonstrated to bind to aquaporin and form a stable protein–peptide complex in aqueous solution, as well as covalently conjugate with azide group. Substrate starting material, polysulfone (PSU), is modified with ~1.05 azide group per repeating unit and casted into a thin film substrate with appropriate pore size structure using non‐solvent induced phase separation technique. Protein–peptide complex then is clicked onto the substrate using an in‐house built circulating system. The successful immobilization is verified by surface chemical composition analysis and surface morphology analysis. The preliminary salt rejection results show salt rejection improvement from 5% of control membrane to 12.5%. We thus demonstrate a promising method to conjugate a thin layer of membrane protein onto polymeric substrate and well maintain the functionality of membrane proteins. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
