详细说明了用网状弹性聚氨基甲酸乙酯切片浸渍陶瓷料浆压制AS型泡沫陶瓷过滤器的工艺。采用非磷酸盐添加剂粘合,由碳化硅、氧化铝、硅胶及少量硅酸铝纤维制成的AS型泡沫陶瓷过滤器抗压强度可达1.65MPa而厚度仅为15mm,并且不会造成环境污染,完全可以满足过滤铁溶液的要求。  相似文献

本文简单介绍了聚氨酯泡沫海绵的分类,阐述了泡沫陶瓷过滤器用聚氨酯海绵载体的性能指标要求。对比了氧化锆、碳化硅和氧化铝泡沫陶瓷过滤器分别所需聚氨酯海绵性能指标;通过试验发现,不同材质的泡沫陶瓷过滤器所需聚氨酯海绵的强度、弹性、比重、熔点等指标性能也不一样。其中,氧化锆材质泡沫陶瓷过滤器对聚氨酯海绵强度和弹性要求最高,其次碳化硅质、氧化铝质泡沫陶瓷过滤器。试验还发现,聚氨酯海绵性能对泡沫陶瓷产品收缩、通孔率和强度有较大影响,其中通孔率影响最大。  相似文献

采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备泡沫陶瓷过滤器.研究添加剂SiO2微粉和CeO2对碳化硅-氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器的影响.采用正交实验并对陶瓷进行性能检测,结果表明,SiO2,微粉和CeO2的加入量与烧成温度之间存在最佳配比.采用最佳配方在1 380℃下制得的碳化硅-氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器常温抗压强度为2.10Mpa,热震稳定性为20次.  相似文献

采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备细孔径氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器。研究了有机泡沫载体的表面活化处理对氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器性能的影响。结果表明:羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、木质素磺酸钙、聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)三种表面活性剂对泡沫陶瓷性能的影响程度由大到小依次为CMCPEI木质素。当取活化剂CMC的浓度为1.5%时,制备出的泡沫陶瓷性能最佳,其容重、抗压强度和孔隙率可分别达到0.49g.cm-3、2.40MPa、83%。  相似文献

以Al2O3和锆英石为主要原料制备了具较高强度及抗热震性的泡沫陶瓷并进行了性能研究与应用试验。结果表明:当锆英石含量为30%时,材料的抗弯强度最大,达3.84MPa;随锆英石含量的提高,抗热震性能增强;泡沫陶瓷的孔隙率与锆英石含量无关,为80-81%,泡沫陶瓷过滤器能有效滤除铸液中夹杂物。  相似文献

Due to the large amount of ceramic tile polishing waste generated in China, the recycling of this waste residue becomes important. Herein a foam ceramic was successfully produced by using ceramic tile polishing waste as main raw material. In this research, SiC was added as the foam agent, and the foaming mechanism was also investigated. The results showed that the best dosage of SiC was 1%. Furthermore, in order to obtain a foam ceramic with better structure, the sodium phosphate was added in raw materials as foam stabilizer. The influence of this addition on the microstructure and properties of foam ceramic was investigated. It was found that the optimum additive amount of sodium phosphate is 2–3%.  相似文献

利用自制的粘结剂,选用合适的填料、悬浮剂和减水剂,表面活性剂等附加剂,采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料先驱体挂浆成形法和常温固化工艺,制备出具有均匀、相互贯通孔结构的免烧结泡沫陶瓷复合材料,其生产工序简单,生产成本低,同时由于聚氨酯泡沫塑料载体保留其中,所以产品韧性好,不易脆断,研究结果表明:随着粘结剂加入量的提高和泡沫塑料载体孔径的减小,泡沫陶瓷复合材料的抗压强度显著增大,但通孔率明显降低es用适当浓度的碱液对泡沫塑料进行表面改性处理,可显著降低其表面张力,提高表面粗糙度,还能溶解残留的封孔薄膜,从增加挂浆量,提高其力学性能,但随着泡沫塑料载体表面改性处理时间的延长,泡沫陶瓷复合材料的通孔率下降bde着常温固化时间的延长,泡沫陶瓷复合材料的抗压强度逐步上升,常温固化28d时,其抗压强度基本上达到最大值。  相似文献

采用碘化物-碘酸盐平行竞争反应为工作体系,以离集指数(XS)表征微观混合性能,实验考察了物料体积流量、H+浓度、旋转填充床转速、物料体积流量比等对两种不同孔径的新型整体泡沫陶瓷填料旋转填充床的微观混合性能的影响。结果表明,孔径较小的泡沫陶瓷填料更利于微观混合;H+浓度、进料体积流量比的增加会导致XS增加;而旋转填充床转速、进料流量的增大都可使XS下降。在实验研究的基础上,利用团聚模型计算泡沫陶瓷填料旋转填充床微观混合时间(tm),得到tm范围为0.385~8.55 ms。与传统不锈钢丝网填料对比,泡沫陶瓷填料tm最小值(0.385 ms)低于不锈钢丝网填料的tm最小值(1.6 ms),表明泡沫陶瓷填料的微观混合性能优于传统不锈钢丝网填料。  相似文献

采用发泡法,以废石膏为发泡剂,通过干压成型工艺制备出了中铝质闭孔泡沫陶瓷砖。主要探讨了助烧熔剂和烧成制度等因素对闭孔泡沫陶瓷砖性能的影响。采用真空密度仪、万能测试机、导热仪分别测试了样品的真密度、抗压强度、导热系数,采用排水法测量了样品的体积密度、闭孔气孔率,通过SEM分析了样品的闭孔分布。实验结果表明:样品的真密度为2.691g/cm3,体积密度为1.324 g/cm3,抗压强度为4.82MPa,热导率为0.173 W/(m.k),闭孔气孔率为57.2%,,样品内闭孔分布均匀。  相似文献

采用有机泡沫浸渍工艺制备Al2O3泡沫陶瓷过滤器。通过对试样的抗压强度、热震稳定性等性能的检测以及利用扫描电镜(SEM)对试样显微结构进行研究,探讨了粘结剂对氧化铝基小孔径泡沫陶瓷过滤器性能的影响。实验采用正交分析方法,研究磷酸二氢铝、糊精、硅溶胶的加人量对制品性能的影响。结果得出最佳配比,其用量为:磷酸二氢铝40%、糊精0.5%、硅溶胶1%。采用最佳配方在1400℃下烧结所得的氧化铝基泡沫陶瓷过滤器常温抗压强度达到2.256MPa,同时试样加热到1100℃保温15min空冷后的残余强度保持率达到90%。  相似文献

The work reported in this paper is aimed at exploring the feasibility of immobilizing alkali lipase from Penicillium expansum on a bimodal ceramic foam, which has both macro- and micro-pore structures. After being chemically modified with a silane coupling agent, the ceramic foam was used as a support for lipase immobilization. To determine the preferable immobilization conditions, the effects of the amount of enzyme for loading, immobilization time, temperature, and pH on enzyme activity were investigated. The results showed that the chemically modified ceramic foam has a high loading capacity and a strong binding ability for the lipase. Thanks to the low internal mass transfer resistance, the ceramic foam has greatly enhanced the rate of immobilization. As a comparison, the immobilized-lipase activity was much higher than that on many frequently used porous materials like diatomite, alumina and activated carbon.  相似文献

Filtration of molten metals with ceramic foam filters is a proven method in order to remove the inclusions. This paper develops a new approach for the production of ceramic foam filters. In the conventional method of ceramic foam filter production, polyurethane sponges are used.In this work, ceramic foam filter was produced by using expanded polystyrene. Polystyrene is expanded in a specially designed mold by steam to form polystyrene patterns. Various ceramic slurries are then poured into the polystyrene cell and allowed to air dry. After the shaping operation, filters are subjected to sintering process under various conditions. By this new method, filter channel sizes can be controlled and traps with desired configurations can be formed. Some tests were applied to the produced filters. Thermal shock tests ensured that the filters could withstand temperatures of 1450 °C. Water absorption test showed that bauxide based material absorbed water more than the others.  相似文献

Ceramic foams are ideal materials for thermal protection systems such as those used as a thermal shield on the space shuttle. The working temperature difference between the outer and inner surfaces of the ceramic foam is extremely high. Under this adverse condition, the ceramic foam coating could buckle from its underneath structures. Therefore, the general problem of damage due to buckling delamination of a ceramic coating on an elastic substrate is investigated in this paper. The delamination buckling amplitude and the stress intensity factor at the tip of buckling region are derived in closed form in terms of the porosity of the ceramic foam. Based on the maximum amplitude and the critical stress intensity factor criteria, critical temperatures of coating buckling from the substrate are established. A fitting formula of maximum buckling amplitude as a function of outer surface temperature is given. It is found that higher porosity and length-to-thickness ratio of the coating will result in a smaller stress intensity factor. However, it seems that the buckling amplitude is independent of the porosity of ceramic foams.  相似文献
