顾客需求与工程特性之间关联关系的确定是QFD规划的难点和重点.针对大量数据难以获取的问题,提出确定QFD关联关系的正交试验设计方法.将工程特性作为影响因素,顾客需求作为评价指标,从而看成多因素多指标的试验设计问题.利用方差分析的P值确定工程特性对顾客需求的影响程度,将各工程特性的方差贡献率作为顾客需求与工程特性的关联函数的系数.最后.结合全自动洗衣机开发.进行了实例分析,说明该方法可采用较少量的数据,获得比较满意的结果. 相似文献

目的 对水果物流周转箱用户需求进行梳理分析,将需求转化为具体设计要素、质量特性,并据此完成该类产品创新设计。方法 基于KANO模型,确定水果物流周转箱在不同应用场景下的用户需求,建立需求框架;应用层次分析法(AHP)对需求框架进行分析,建立包含权重的需求层次结构;基于质量功能配置理论(QFD),确立用户需求与质量特性关系,建立QFD质量屋;以发散性创新、聚合性优化递进方式进行水果物流周转箱设计。结果 建立了准确度和客观性高的水果物流周转箱用户需求框架及QFD质量屋,完成了合理、易用的创新设计方案。结论 对KANO、AHP、QFD方法的综合应用,能更科学地挖掘用户需求,发现产品需要改进的问题;基于综合方法设计的水果物流周转箱,能为该类产品创新提供新思路,为农业物流供应链优化提供最小单元新方案。 相似文献

目的 为提升医生和患者在使用诊疗床过程中的满意度,提高诊疗床的可靠性和实用性,探索诊疗床的创新设计方法。方法 构建QFD和AHP的应用模型,通过用户访谈得出核心用户需求,并利用QFD将核心用户需求转化为设计特性。根据QFD得出的结论结合AHP建立诊疗床设计特性的层次结构模型,针对每个层级建立判断矩阵,通过权重计算得出需优先考虑的设计特性。结果 经计算得出需优先考虑的设计特性,分别是垫布替换结构、废物收纳结构、整体结构、材料与工艺,以此4项为切入点进行诊疗床的创新设计。结论 集成QFD和AHP的应用模型,既能够满足用户需求,还能够系统准确地判断设计指标,完成方案决策,有效开发产品,提高设计效率。该应用模型可以为诊疗床的创新设计提供方法指导和理论参考,并具有一定借鉴意义。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the state of the art of partner selection and enumerates the advantage of partner selection based on gray relation analysis comparing to the other algorithms of the partner selection. Furthermore, partner selection system based on gray relation for an Agile Virtual Enterprise(AVE) is analyzed and designed based on the definition and characteristics of the AVE. In this paper, a general closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) network is configured which consists of multiple customers, parts, products, suppliers, remanufacturing subcontractors, and refurbishing sites. We propose a three-stage model including evaluation, network configuration, and selection and order allocation. In the first stage, suppliers, remanufacturing subcontractors, and refurbishing sites are evaluated based on a new quality function deployment (QFD) model. The proposed QFD model determines the relationship between customer requirements, part requirements, and process requirements. In addition, the fuzzy sets theory is utilised to overcome the uncertainty in the decision-making process. In the second stage, the closed-loop supply chain network is configured by a stochastic mixed-integer nonlinear programming model. It is supposed that demand is an uncertain parameter. Finally in the third stage, suppliers, remanufacturing subcontractors, and refurbishing sites are selected and order allocation is determined. To this end, a multi-objective mixed-integer linear programming model is presented. An illustrative example is conducted to show the process. The main novel innovation of the proposed model is to consider the CLSC network configuration and selection process simultaneously, under uncertain demand and in an uncertain decision-making environment. 相似文献

The selection of multi-functional teams is a key issue in problem solving. Currently there are no papers in the literature that discuss analytical approaches to forming teams. Furthermore, no comprehensive model exists to prioritize team membership based on customer requirements or product characteristics. To deal with the underlying complexities of the team selection process, a methodology for team formation is developed. The methodology is based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. A QFD planning matrix is used to organize the factors considered in the team selection. The importance measure for each team member is determined with the AHP approach. A mathematical programming model is developed to determine the composition of a team. The methodology developed in this paper is tested by the selection of teams in concurrent engineering. A detailed discussion of the model implementation and hov/ to reduce the number of comparisons in the AHP process is presented. Possible modifications of the model to include “soft factors”, i.e., leadership, morale, personalities of group members, group values and so on are also discussed. 相似文献

The decision-makers have been experiencing difficulties in determining the most suitable robot alternative due to the increase in number of robots and the diversity in their application areas. A robust decision framework for robot selection should consider multiple and conflicting criteria and the dependencies among them. This paper introduces a decision model for robot selection based on quality function deployment (QFD) and fuzzy linear regression. The proposed approach benefits from the fact that QFD focuses on delivering value by taking into account the customer requirements and then by deploying this information throughout the development process, and applies this perspective to robot selection. Fuzzy linear regression is considered as an alternative decision aid for robot selection problems where imprecise relationships among system parameters exist. An example robot selection problem is presented to illustrate the proposed decision-making approach. 相似文献
